Woodland Hills Auto Body and Paint has exceptional customer service. Arman and Sean are both very professional and kind. This is my second time taking my car to get repaired and my car looks brand new every time. They also returned my car back to me very quickly. I would highly recommend this auto body shop to my friends and family.

Where do I start....thoughtful, sympathetic and transparent. We were dealing with a bumper repair that involved a lamp malfunction for the license plate. They really took the time to show me the inner workings of this conumdrum during the course of the repair process. Their paint matching was perfect. They run the business like a family. It's a close knit group stitched with a fabric of trust. Their entire staff is highly skilled and confident in what they do.

Arman and Sean at Woodland Hills Auto Body and Paint were extremely professional, straightforward, and courteous. They presented me with very clear repair options with upfront, honest, detailed, pricing and reasonable time estimates. They kept me informed at each step. They were very professional and pleasant to talk to. They were honest and competitively priced. The work they did for me also came out great! The team at Woodland Hills Auto Body and Paint are great! I brought in my car for repairs and both Arman and Sean were professional and courteous. Arman was honest and informed me the time estimate it would take to realistically have my car back. My front bumper looks great! Highly recommend!! I had small cosmetic repairs on my car and Arman went above and beyond! He is knowledgeable, friendly and honest! I came in frantic with a broken bracket on my right rear fender. Arman saw to it that his mechanics were quick, efficient, and respectful. I will come back to this repair shop any day for any reason. They really did treat me like family!

My Toyota Camry got rear-ended two weeks ago, so my cousin recommended that I go to Woodland Hills autobody for the repair. Their service was amazing and surprisingly fast.I got my car back in even better condition. Paul the owner immediately listed the areas of concern and made it the smoothest experience without any hassle. Overall great customer service and very professional! Have used Woodland hills auto body in the past. Used them again the other week for a small cosmetic repair on my car. Simple, no hassle body shop which is welcomed. very fair Price was agreed to, drop off date within a few days, and got the car back exactly when they told me it would be ready, and it looks great. I can honestly say this was THE best body shop I have ever dealt with. The service was out of this world. They are a group of professional and experienced individuals who specialize in their own field and they made my car look brand new!Very fair pricing and jaw dropping work. Arman and the team are great. Lots of body shops will nickel and dime you but these professionals do quality work for a reasonable price. I unfortunately had to take my brand new 2020 Explorer to the body shop twice due to damage on the hood and then damage on the rear bumper. I came across Woodland Hills Auto Body and Paint in my search. They where very professional and completed both repair in the time they said they would. They kept me updated on all the progress of the work and were extremely accommodating to my needs. They matched the paint perfectly and made my brand new Explorer look perfect again. The owner was very friendly and so was his staff. I would highly recommend them to my friend and family.

Hands down the best body shop. I brought my vehicle here after being hit by another motorist. Their reviews were exceptional across the board and upon meeting Arman, it became clear why. Despite the other motorist's insurance wanting another bodyshop, Arman helped me navigate the entire process, negotiated a rental car for me when the insurance's reservation 'was unavailable', kept me abreast of all changes from the insurance - including when more damage was discovered under bumper. When I picked up my car, I was surprised to see that they had also helped paint in all of the little dings my car had acquired over the years as well as smoothed out as best as possible an unrelated dent.This was not my first experience with a body shop, but it is the only one I walked away from feeling taken care of.

Very helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable . Extreme attention to detail of the craft.No short cuts on repairs just to make a extra nickel.Shop ALWAYS inspects structural integrity of vehicle., not just shiny exterior.Owner very concerned with safety of vehicle OEM.I've had many of my personal cars repaired and have referred many, over the past 8 years

My car needed minor paint touch ups when I walked in to this shop. Paul, I believe was the manager said no problem will take care of it. However, what really surprised me was that they didn't change me any money. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I hope I won't have problems with my car, but if needed I'll definitely use this shop!!!Thanks again for great service!!!

Top Body Shop around. Been a returning customer since 2005. Don't mess with the other cheesy shops. Besides the quality work Paul and his team provides, I always feel like Im at home when I visit their office! Paul accompanies me with cold water and coffee! I had work done here about a year and they did an amazing job. The service was wonderful, the prices were fair, and they are really honest mechanics. I just went in today with auto questions and they were beyond helpful. I would recommend them to everyone I know!

This is my favorite body shop , I dropped off my car and was delivered to me earlier then expected and the car looks like its brand new again . Ask for Paul or Arman and they'll take care of you .
