I didn't have a three week wait when I had to change my appointment. The amount of time estimated for service was exact. I was further educated on the do's and don'ts of my car care, as well as upcoming service needs.

My salesperson Josh was AMAZING! He does a great job following up. Which led me to leasing a car from Winn. Also, he listened to what my needs in a vehicle were and suggested a car that I hadn t thought of but turned out to be perfect for me .a Taos. I am in love with this car! Also, want to note the entire staff at Winn was great! Buying a car can feel intimidating but everyone there was kind, friendly, and easy to deal with. I would absolutely buy a vehicle here again and recommend to others.

I was lied to twice by 2 different mechanics. Both said either a rat ate wires or I hit a dip too fast. Behold I had a steering wheel short known from the factory. Kudos to the honest mechanic!

If I could I would give Ten stars!! Never in my 69 years on this Earth have I ever been to a Better Dealership!. Everybody I came in contact with was Great! Starting with "Max, then Kenneth, Ash, and Finally Chad" these Men really made Buying a Car a Great experience. Sending a "UBER" to pick me up from home was really kind and that is Something I will not forget. Thank One and All..

Jade my contact at VW service is always pleasant and efficient. Had me checked in and set up my ride to back work quickly and kept me updated on my cars status. Pick up was easy and the cashier was helpful and polite.

Everything went smoothly. They said it would take about 2 hours and they were able to get me out of there in about 1:30-1:45 so that was nice. I would say you could use a little more space in the service area if you are booked tight.

The only reason I m not giving this 1 star is because they got a repair approved under warranty when my car was 500 miles past warranty, which I appreciate.But it is very clear their service department is undermanned and not prepared to handle the id4. It took a week to diagnose the problem and I always had to call them for updates. And it took multiple calls since the service advisors were always busy. No proactive communication at all. Refused to offer a loaner, which meant rental costs to get me to work .and the day they said it would be ready, it was not (allegedly due to high winds knocking out their power), so I m still waiting now missing work (job site is 80 miles away) still with no update if I will have my car back today. Almost two weeks after dropping it off.

I recommend getting there and calling " Hamid " to have a great car and get great service.I am satisfied with leasing the Atlas 2024, and Mr.Hamid and Mr.Ash tried to get me to help to have this car in the best way possible.That is an excellent car, smooth, roomy, and comfortable. My car was repaired in a timely manner. Appointment making process was too complicated. Online chatbot was tedious. The customer service agent presented like the customers were bothersome. The price to replace the 12v battery was excessive. The experience reaffirmed why I avoid taking my cars back to the dealership for service when possible.

I bought 2 cars here.Horrible service, oil change and tire rotation takes 4 hours!Nobody cares about you. They only want to sell you their services, warranties and etc.To receive a GAP and warranty refund takes 4-5 MONTH instead 3-6 WEEKS! I had to call them to know any information about my refund status. Every manager gave me different information all the time. Do not recommend to buy anything from them.

Your associate should have let customers know there is a maintenance plan covered by manufacturer and there is a deductible for EACH service under the Extended Protection Plan before your customers sign the contract!!!

I had to schedule my appointment over 3 weeks in advance because of how backed up the service department was, yet, even with this timing, they still had to keep my car for a month because of how busy they were. There was not much communication about this delay, other than that they were busy and because there had been a recall, other cars were ahead of mine.

This was easily the worst service experience I've had at ANY dealership. My vehicle was booked to do a recall from the manufacturer...4 WEEKS after it was booked/dropped off it was finally completed. There was very little communication with me during the 4 weeks and I had to hound the service department to get updates. I would like to request a refund for my lease payment as the vehicle wasn't available to use and unless something is done to compensate me I will most likely never be purchasing another VW vehicle again.I would give this 0 starts if possible.Mathew Eagen

Hamid is the one. I took my old car to Service and had no intention to buy a new car. While waiting for my Passat 2017 to be serviced I thought I might as well go and check the sales department and see what cars are offered and inquire about my Passat value. While I was looking around Hamid approached in a very professional way with a lovely smile on his face and offered to help . And that was it it was around 10 am by 5-pm I was out driving home with my new Volkswagen Tiguan 2023 and trading in my Passat . He was so patient and explained to me and my whole family the benefit of the new car and the process of trading in my Passat. Thanks to Hamid I am so much enjoying the Tiguan and I so much appreciate all your help. Great hire Volkswagen

I've had a ton of dealership experiences throughout the years from car purchasing to leasing. I've seen all the games sales people play and usually go blindly skeptical. When I first arrived here yesterday to check out a used vehicle for my girlfriend that appealed to us online, I was approached by a salesman, Alvin, with a great attitude that immediately made me feel comfortable with this particular dealership. I test drove the 2017 Jetta SE and notified Alvin that I had been speaking to Danny for a few days already. After test driving it to my satisfaction, we sat down to speak numbers along with Danny. The car was already priced at our budget and after adding VW Platinum Extended Warranty that budget got significantly stretched out. Alvin and Danny understood that I wasn't there to waste anyone's time and expected the same in return. I had a few other options at New Century Volkswagen in Glendale and I told Danny that he could save me a trip if they would sell the car for what I was comfortable with paying. To my wonderful surprise, Danny agreed without any complications and we met up tonight to close the deal. For the first time in my years of experience with car purchases, I left a car dealership with no complications and no back and forth battles. It was as painless as it could get and I want to make it public on how amazing my experience with their wonderful team went, including their Finance department, Kassie. I would only pray all my future dealership experiences go as well as this did and can't thank them enough for working with us.Lastly, this is often overlooked, but it's always appreciated when the salesman introduces the car and its features to you before you drive off the lot. Alvin was great at spending some time with us going over all the neat tech features available on the on-screen display and the Android Auto app. Thanks guys and I'll definitely send business your way whenever possible!

Brought my car in for a service on Friday. They forgot to call me to tell me it was ready. I then called and had a less than average experience with the person on the phone who told me unfortunately my service person had left for the day. Eventually spoke to another service guy who told me the car is ready. I picked it up and a mile down the road my pressure warning light came on. I went back and they said oh sorry we forgot to reset it when switching the tyres.Car was also not clean when I picked it up!

Winn VW was amazing to work with. They really helped me out with my trade in and pricing of a new car. I went into the dealership not knowing what I wanted so many questions, unknowing what kind of car I wanted and no clear vision. They helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and let me know current specials and incentives so I knew my options and they were able to get me into my new ID4!!! (Eek! My first every EV)Monsi was AMAZING to work with!! She answered all my crazy questions and was so helpful. I loved that she worked with me throughout the entire process without pressuring me. She really made my experience over the top!
