Great dealership to buy Porsche from. Started with first contact through internet dept and Myron. We texted back and forth a few times, settled on price, put down deposit on highly coveted certified Targa all in middle of night while on vacation in Asia. Made me feel super comfortable buying car sight unseen . Myron sent me a video as he walked around car, Each person I worked with kept their word helping out when issues arose as an out of state buyer. Car buying process was extremely easy and not stressful. Finance with Josh and Amir, along with sales manager Eric Tran have all been awesome. The general manager Scott contacted me early in the process of the sale with his cell phone. These small touches meant a lot. I look forward to building my own Porsche with this dealership in future.

Great experience as always I ve been a customer for years and bought a few vehicles and it s always a pleasant experience. Nicholas is just amazing and extremely professional and they re very lucky to have such a sales manager, he is a class act pure and simple. Not to forget Marilyn who s sweet, professional, not pushy, and is extremely knowledgeable and most of all attentive to the client needs. Keep up the good work and again if you re in the market to buy a Porsche you should definitely consider visiting Porsche Woodland Hills.Ask for Nicholas or Marilyn and you ll experience the professionalism at its best.

I had the pleasure of working with Sofia, Kenny and Ryan. I must say this is one of the best experiences I ve had at a car dealership. Sofia and Ryan did an amazing job finding me the perfect car and getting me a great deal. They did not give up until they found me the perfect car and it was absolutely worth my 3 hour drive. Kenny made me feel like family. He stayed late as well to help me understand every detail in the car and how to work everything properly. Extremely knowledgeable and knows the products! Amazing customer service. My service advisor Mario Chutan took care of the issues I was having with my cayenne. My car was overheating and needed a pump replacement. He got me a loaner vehicle and had my car back to me repaired within 2 days. I personally own a service company and this is how service should be!

We recently purchased our second Porsche from Marilyn at this dealership. The experience was just as phenomenal as the first time. If anything, Marilyn has set the bar even higher for what we expect from a luxury car purchasing experience. Marilyn recalled our preferences from our previous purchase and showed us options that perfectly aligned with our tastes. She was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. We left the dealership with an amazing car, and couldn't be happier with our decision. I visited Porsche Woodland Hills today. The purpose of this visit was do fact finding on the 2024 Porsche Cayenne. I had been researching online of this vehicle, and being off today, took advantage to get a up close look at the SUV and get facts on it. I was helped by one David Lin. I was impressed of his knowledge of the vehicle, but most of all after telling him this was a fact finding visit. He still took the time in giving me all the information I was after. after talkinging and looking over some vehicles, he then gave me a tour of the complex. This was very impressive, knowing I would not be driving off the lot with a vehicle today. Being in a customer service position( IS support) and a manager. I know about customer service and David today, gave validation to one of my favorite saying to my teams. "Great Customer service, is not in the quantity, but in the Quality" Thank you David! I just bought my first Porsche Cayenne from Porsche Woodland Hills. Carl Bell was my sales person and he was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Carl was able to answer all my questions and he was very thorough. He took the needed time for me to feel confident in my decision. The financing department was top notch and the process was smooth, easy and very efficient. The team at Porsche Woodland Hills kept in constant communication with me as I eagerly awaited the arrival of my new Cayenne. The car was impeccable when I picked it up. Carl went through all the specs and features with me to ensure that I knew everything there was to know about my new Porsche Cayenne. The new dealership space is a massive upgrade. There are multiple lounge areas to stay and work while you wait, and they offer plenty of snacks and beverages. The service team is so friendly and immediately helpful. Even when my apt was with someone who was busy at the moment, another person noticed me walk in and instantly took care of things. The whole experience was very smooth.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my friend received at this dealership. He brought his SUV in for service and was ignored for over an hour by your service advisor and waited another hour for a loaner vehicle to be charged. Additionally, after receiving his vehicle back, he noticed that several rear panels were removed but not replaced. It is unacceptable that a customer is treated this way, regardless of the make or model of their vehicle. I hope that you will take steps to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and that their vehicles are properly serviced.

I had such an amazing experience with Porsche Woodland Hills.It was my first time to service my car with them and for sure not going to be the lastfrom the moment I called them to schedule service appointment Mario I guess that s his name extremely polite and professional, he scheduled the appointment and text me the details and welcomed me when I arrived and actually he figured who I am and this is a great sign of perfect customer service. He took me through everything and made the whole process so smooth.While waiting, stepped inside the new cars dealership and they have amazing selection with very unique Porsches, so I met Aaron, also very welcoming. Answered all my questions and almost bought a new car because of how great he is and he is proud of the cars he sells.Long story short, I m for sure servicing my car at Porsche Woodland Hills from now on and my new Porsche also will be from them.Thank you guys so much

I recently purchased a Porsche Certified Pre-owned 2021 911 Carrera S from Porsche Woodland Hills and couldn't have been more please with the entire experience. The Salesperson, Aaron Villa was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The other team members at the dealership were all super helpful as well. Scott Stanley is, by far and away, the best GM of any dealership I ve ever purchased a car from. His knowledge and passion for all things Porsche is contagious, and both he and Lidiya (who is also amazing and such a pleasure to work with) went out of their way to help us find our dream car. If you re in the market for a new vehicle don t waste your time looking anywhere else!

I purchased a Porsche in September, it was a smooth and thorough transaction. Due to a missing key blade, the sales person, who is no longer employed at Porsche, was working on getting a replacement. In December still without any resolution I posted a review about my experience, I m glad to say Porsche s Customer Experience Manager Charlotte looked into my concern and the same day took action to resolve my issue. I regret not contacting her sooner. Woodland Hills Porsche highly values their customers and provide excellent customer service.

Gerardo and Josh were beyond helpful. We came here to just kick tires and ended up leaving in a new car. No pressure or sleazy sales tactics and you can tell the business/ employees prioritize integrity which is rare in the auto industry. Go and ask for these guy when you arrive- you won't regret it!

Cristal had my 10k service performed in a timely manner, and roaming the interior allowed me to speak with several sales reps who were very nice and knowledgeable. They even asked if I wanted to go on a test drive on a new '24 Cayenne S, so that was a nice way to spend the time waiting for my Porsche in service.

Place like this is hard to found in this world. All people are nice and very friendly and helpful. I was there do delivery and would like buy one car . Only toy car for display . But they treated me like if I buying real car. They offered coffee water and they gave me my car with no problem at all . Thank you

I just finished working with Marilyn Baroud, who is the brand ambassador and I had an incredible experience. We spoke on the phone once or twice about the specific Macan I wanted as well as the pricing and she made it happen THE NEXT DAY! Highly recommend calling the Woodland Hills Porsche and ask for Marilyn!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I expected a much higher standard for a Porsche dealership, and was very disappointed by the corrupt culture of this particular dealership.I definitely won t purchase any cars from them although I am a Porsche owner and I want to purchase another Porsche. specially avoid dealing with Kris Assad one of the sales managers, a true shark!

Been there few times for service - today I called service department and they refused to answer simple questions like how to safely disconnect batteries. Frank said if I want my question answered he needs to charge me $350 for diagnosing. May not consider this business anymore - I can take the car to somewhere has more hospitality and willing to help their customers.=======I called the DTLA Center and they were able to answer my question right away. This is a prime example of how dealership will lose a customer.

Service center lacks acknowledgment to their customers upon arrival. And upon receiving my vehicle multiple panels were not put back in place in the rear hatch after service. Definitely surprised service received from Porsche.

I went to Woodland Hills Porsche to buy a low mileage 2023 Macan GTS that I saw online. Marilyn explained about the incentives for leasing a 2023 Taycan. I ve never leased a car but couldn t be happier with the car once I got the charger installed Marilyn helped me find an installer who completed the job the next day. When the lease is up I m definitely going to lease or purchase my next Porsche at Woodlawn Hills. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to be helpful and appreciative

Our Brand Ambassador, Lidiya, was very easy to work with and took great care of us. Amir provided the most professional finance presentation I have ever experienced. We enjoyed talking with Scott the General Manager as well. Outstanding personal experience all around.
