9/2023This review is about the service department.Have had warranty and maintenance work done here when I have owned a Lexus since the mid-2000s, back when it was still Vista Lexus. The service department personnel are fantastic and go the extra mile to make your experience a good one. Recently, Brad Steinberg in the service department went very much above and beyond to make sure a newly acquired pre-owned Lexus was properly reconditioned and returned to like-new condition, following a full inspection (needed a few things replaced - bushings, etc). In the process, he negotiated with an extended warranty company to make sure the car got everything it needed. (Thank you Brad!) It should be noted I have dealt with Maria as well, who is also great. These are friendly, helpful people who care about getting the job done right and making sure you are happy - a rarity in the car business.I have had OEM and extended warranty work done here, and in all cases the work has been performed flawlessly. Nothing has ever been done incorrectly or needed rework. Cannot speak highly enough about the service folks here. This is a large dealership, with several different seating areas inside and out. If you are waiting for your car during service, you will find a spot to your liking somewhere. If your Lexus needs work, I highly recommend this dealership's service department.

Horrible service! Don t go here!They will try to just take as much money from you as possible.My story:I went there because I had check engine light with error about misfire in first cylinder. They did diagnostics all day and at the end of the day they didn t even tell me anything and just closed Next day after 24 hours they told the same thing that I knew before. They offered me so many things to replace in total about $2000. They told me it s critical to update ECU. So I paid $450. But in one month, the error came back again.I went to local mechanic and we replaced spark plug coil and and my car repaired atlocal mechanic s for - $80 in 2 hours.VSLexus official service center - $450. 2 days! Problem was not solved!Their managers never pick up the phone, they are extremely difficult to get through!

Took my car to get serviced here for an alarm and brakes problem (among other things). My service agent was ANDY BENSON, and let me tell ya- he went above and beyond his job description. I appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and mannerisms in handling my case. He understood the assignment. He knew what I needed and had to get done in order to make a safe, long distance road trip to Canada and I appreciated that. My car feels great and sounds great so far so thank you! ANDY is hard working and has wonderful work ethics. He was super nice about everything before, during, and even after my service repairs. Guys like ANDY deserves all the accolades in my book! You guys got a good one so don't lose him! Needless to say, I'm a happy patron. I'll definitely be back to seek his help again in 6 months.

I have never had a bad experience at the service department of Lexus of Woodland Hills! In fact, I highly recommend this service department! I recently, brought my vehicle in to fix two problems. One was that the auto trunk opener did not work consistently, and secondly, I was concerned about a rougher than normal ride of my vehicle after having to turn my steering wheel sharply while braking to avoid a vehicle that turned into my traffic lane suddenly and without warning. My service advisor, Louis (Ly) Do checked out my vehicle immediately. He tried a few settings to get the trunk to open, but to no avail. He also recommended a four point alignment and a check of the suspension. As it turned out, the alignment resolved the rough ride situation, and even though the auto trunk opener worked in the service bay testing, Ly Do was able to verify to the tech that it definitely did not open or close without using force when he examined the car earlier. As a result, a part was ordered and installed, and now my trunk auto opener works great again! Ly also checked to make sure the warranty and service on the trunk repair was still in effect, thus saving me money! Without exception, everyone in the service department is extremely polite, helpful, and nice! I have complete faith in my service advisor, Ly Do who is always professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and truly concerned about his customers.
