We bought a new car from Lexus of Woodland Hills. I contacted Mr. Jay Navard, Fleet and Internet Sales Manager, and he found the exact car that I have been searching at 5 other Lexus dealerships. He is straight forward with selling price and offered a competitive price. While waiting for the car to arrive,Jay kept me updated on whereabouts and best estimated date of arrival. Indeed, after 10 days, I received a call from him to pick up our longed waited Lexus TX 550h plus(dream car). Upon arrival, he greeted us and took us to the car, which is well prepared and super clean. We drove home on new car. We appreciate great hospitality of Lexus of Woodland Hills and want to send a big THANK YOU to Jay for a hassle-free car purchasing experience and for his outstanding customer service!

I have been coming back to Lexus of Woodland Hills for any issues and recommended repairs quite a few times now. Hector, the service advisor, the technician and the manager take PROMPT & EXCELLENT CARE of my precious 91 Lexus LS 400!! Since my car has been in their hands it s such a joy to notice that she drives smoothly, feels solid, right and tight, no more leaks AND she is much better on gas! I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with the service I receive at this particular dealer! I shall continue to bring my car here because there s more things to take care of to make her be even more reliable.Thank you very much for your time and all your hard work, I truly appreciate that!!

About a year ago I came to Lexus of Woodland Hills for the first time and I ve been advised by Hector since.He provided me with a priority list of recommendations for repairs to be made in order to have a reliable and excellent running car again.Every time I picked up my car I could feel the difference in the performance compared to before. A week ago was the last part of the repairs finished which is the biggest difference yet.Driving is truly an amazing experience now. The whole car preforms effortless and sound! LOVE, LOVE IT!!Hector has a broad knowledge of my precious 91 Lexus LS 400 which is extremely valuable to me and I greatly appreciate that!! I can always count on him and the technician without fail! Also, he provides excellent customer service!!In a nutshell: he is THE BEST!!Thank you very much for your advice and all your help!!Of course I am recommending Lexus of Woodland Hills to anyone not just family and friends!

A month ago I had a great car buying experience at Lexus of Woodland Hills up until my car was serviced for due bill. Technically due bill had one item but before leaving the dealership the day of my purchase detail messed up my paint on my hood. I made an appointment to return and get the two items fixed. When my car was returned after working on the due bill there was certain things on my car that weren't there before. My grill was covered in thick layers of dust that I tried to clean off. In addition my car was driven over 60 miles which I asked for an explanation for the miles and really got no explanation.Sales build such a HIGH standard for customer service but it was evident that after making the sale my other concerns after purchase didn t matter. I made contact with sales manager Gus Briones who initially made contact with me through text messages but Gus never took the time to acknowledge my calls or texts. I spoke to another sales manager Brian Nguyen and he was helpful at first but when I pointed out the other things that weren t there on my car when I dropped it off he dismissed it like it was no big deal like I need to settle for what they can do for me.I didn t go in blazing guns but I did make a 30k plus cash purchase and wanted the things that weren t on my car when I dropped it off fixed. It mattered to me. Plus, I m 3 hours away and had to take time off from work.I dealt with Sergio in service in which with all sincerity he seems pretty genuine and tries to make it right and I am content he doesn t work on my car nor tries to sabotage customer's vehicles in any way but detail and the body shop they take it to does Joe blow work.I got my car back with a full tank of gas and it was detailed but the grill still had hard dust on it and damage now from trying to remove it. I did point it out to Sergio and other things. He offered to take it back to detail but it shouldn t had been on there since that was the whole point of taking it back and getting it done right. There s no way I trust detail and the body shop with my car at Lexus of Woodland Hills anymore.All I want is to enjoy my car HOW I INITIALLY PURCHASED IT with one item on due bill which was getting the rims re-done ONLY. I will be going to corporate and filing a complaint to California bureau of automotive and to other resources needed to make this right.* IN REGARD TO YOUR REPLY FROM 4/19/2024(ALSO ATTACHED PICS OF OVERSPRAY STILL ON AREAS)WOW. I m in disbelief after reading your reply. Now I m getting the guilt trip for damages your service department caused on my vehicle and having to go above and beyond to repair AND had THREE ATTEMPTS to make it right and I still have overspray in areas I pointed out. Not to mention the lies and dismissing your best efforts . Look at the videos! I sure as heck can t make this stuff up. You expect me to be okay with your attempts to make it right but damages are still there. I would LOVE for you to be in my shoes and settle for what can be done. What are you all smoking??? Geez! I still can t comprehend how incompetent your Joe blow crew is and how it s allowed. This is why I avoided going to a corner dealership. I SINCERELY regret my purchase now.The level of trust has failed TREMENDOUSLY with this dealership and I still gave you Gus Briones another opportunity and failed. It s beyond comprehending.I m waiting on a call from a Corporate supervisor but I m done dealing with you guys after this reply. I m pursuing it legally and taking it to the media because I m sure there are other unsatisfied customers.

Brian ( used car sales manager) was fantastic to work with! He is honest, patient and kind! How refreshing !!! He helped me with the purchase of a new Lexus RX Hybrid+ and managed my trade in. Lexus Woodland Hills took care of my car problem that another Lexus Service center couldn t.The Technician Ceasar is a genius, diagnosed the problem & fixed it, Farah my friendly service consultant was great at triage & the service manager ( sorry can t recall his name) was extremely helpful , arranged everything for me while i was on the phone with him. Great staff excellent service. Couldn't thank you enough

Nikolay was the guy who helped me out and I have to say he was awesome! He did exactly as he said, price was arranged before I drove out to the dealership which was also really nice. He is super professional, follows through with his promises, and a pleasure to work with!

They did a good job on how we wanted to proceed with S Class purchase. We drive maseraties so our standards are higher but they tried so hard to make everything work for both parties. Generally we are happy with our purchase. David was a good sale person. They even came to our house to sign the papers which we expected nothing less! Thank you. We and our pup 80lb german shepherd enjoy this fully loaded S class.

Xavier was not very welcoming. I felt like he and his sales associate were sizing me up and not taking me seriously cause I was looking at the flagship Lexus models.I had to ask like 4 times to test drive the LS 500. And I barely got to drive it.I can more than comfortably afford the top car in that place, I don t appreciate those kinds of assumptions.

I recently came in for my maintenance service appointment. Maria helped me and she was friendly, efficient, and professional. I appreciated her help and patience in answering my questions and clearing up some confusion I had about my car. The service itself was projected to take 1-2 hours, but it only ended up taking 45 minutes. I was super pleased with that. I sat at one of the high chairs inside and another employee passing by (wish I got his name) was kind enough to offer me a bunch of refreshments while I waited. I ve only been with Lexus for 4 years, but I can confirm that this kind of care and attention has been consistent overtime. This extends to their salesmen as well who do their best to fight for what you want - I ve only had positive experiences (special shoutout to Nikola). Lexus WH has always done an excellent job at taking care of me whenever I m in and I m grateful. I can t recommend them enough.

I did a ton of research before finding my car- months worth, keeping my eye on prices and models I was interested in. I ve bought and sold many cars, mostly privately, but there was a newer Lexus I wanted on the lot listed for a very competitive price. I m normally very skeptical of dealerships but this place defied my expectations in the best ways.I worked with Kami primarily and only have great things to say about her, she s awesome, but everyone I spoke with and dealt with made the transaction easy. My trade-in price was very fair, even though I was intending to sell it myself they made it not worth the hassle.When we were looking at the lightly used car I ended up buying, Kami pointed out some curb rash I didn t even see initially and told me they d take care of that, but their wheel repair person had left for the day. I bought the car and didn t get that in writing, despite being a lawyer who should know better, but Kami came through and the dealership was more than happy to honor their word even a month later. I d definitely recommend someone looking for a Lexus consider shopping here because the people are great.

Service was done Sep 1st 2022, i only wrote this review now because they kept calling me to come back.My car was bought here and the previous owner had been taking the car here all 10 years before I bought it. So I decided to continue and I came here for a couple of years for my cars regular service. It was always more expensive than other services but I felt it was worth it. I felt the service associate Peter Marino, really cared and truly made sure my car was in good shape, calling out all immediate repairs needed and those that could wait for now and keep an eye on.My last visit Peter, who had been taking care of me all the previous times had been promoted so I got a new service associate (I think his name was Ly) and with the new person they riped me off $240 and did nothing! They supposedly did the 110,000 mile service and the report came back supposedly all good. My car is not new, there were known problems like suspension leaking, trunk supports weak... All things that had been noted and kept an eye on from my first visit, including pictures . This last visit they obviously did nothing. I didn't get the report until I asked for it and In the report everything magically was all good and when I asked the mechanic admitted they didn't even remove the tires. I mean really, this guy was too lazy to even look at their own service history? And they wanted to charge me an extra $400 to just look into the noise complaint that I had reported.So in the end I got riped off $240 for a simple oil change cause they obviously didn't do any of the other things listed in the service.So really know who you are working with at this service. There was at least one really good service associate and one really bad one.By the way, ended up going to a different mechanic - diagnostic of the noise problem free of charge.So in short never wasting my money again going to this Lexus dealership.
