I ve been servicing my car here for the past few since it was new. I recently had an issue with my 2019 Velar. The service team has been exceptional from their customer service to updates on repairs and quick solutions. Recently I worked with Justin as my service advisor and he was extremely responsive, provided insight and options for my Rover service needs. I highly recommend the department and the team.

This is my second experience here. First was the initial sales experience which was the smoothest and most professional I have had in many years of buying many new cars. The second was for a service recall and I was taken well care of by Mark. He was very professional, and friendly. He knew I was waiting for my car and got me rushed out of there in less than 45 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. They are indeed worthy of my business.

During my recent visit to Land Rover Woodland Hills I was extremely impressed with the service advisor that assisted me. Megan continually kept me updated throughout the repair process. Furthermore, I received text messages and telephone calls from Megan which let me know that the completion of the repair was a top priority! I will continue to recommend Land Rover Woodland Hills to my family, friends and work colleagues.

My first time getting my car serviced. It did take awhile to get in because I needed a loaner but once I got the appt everything went smoothly. Tonya the service advisor knows her job! Did great understanding the issue, took care of upcoming services, got me in and out.I didn t get the gal s name that took care of the loaner car but she was very friendly!Got a text towards the end of the day updating me on what services my car needed.Got a text the next day stating my car was ready! Easy peasy process!The loaner, Discovery Sport, was gorgeous (maybe I got the wrong vehicle ).Appointment for maintenance already set!Impressive folks! Well done!

Very bad experience. Seems like service was overwhelmed. I bought my car with the same dealership while it was in Encino. I always serviced my car with them but today was my worse experience. It took 5 hours for a simple oil chance and every time I ask ask for an update , Joseph Johnson seemed like he did not know what was going on.More training is a must

I damaged my front tire and rim recently & called LRWH Service Center where Joe promptly took care of my insurance on the wheel and made appointments which fit my schedule. They were busy & he made time for me to make sure that I would be satisfied with getting everything taken care of in a timely matter. The dealership was clean, the crew works hard to get the cars in & out and the service techs value the customers time. I was very happy when I got my car back & I got it back cleaner than when I dropped it off.

I walked into your new showroom and shop in Woodland Hills to get some plastic screws for my 2011 LR4 and saw the brand new Defender 130. My dream car for decades was the Defender, but the 110 was not big enough for my family. When I saw how huge the 130 was , I knew I wanted it and Alex Calderon started to help me. Alex was the nicest and most wonderful salesman I have ever worked with. He truly cared about helping buy my dream truck and getting everything taken care of to make me happy and satisfied. He wasn't pushy or trying to just sell cars , he seemed more interested in making sure I was happy , got a fair deal and everything was taken care of as quickly as possible. I drove out of the showroom a few hours later to take my family away in our new truck and now live this vehicle more than any I have ever owned. Alex checks up on me to make sure everything is great and set me up with a rack / ladder set on my vehicle a few days later. I brought two friends in to meet him and to also buy new Defenders because I told them he was the best ever.I couldn't be more grateful to Alex Calderon at Woodkand Hills Land Rover. He truly made a dream come true for me.

Quick to set up appointment. We re ready when I arrived. Technician listed potential problems which the agent informed me of but didn t pressure me. Follow up appointment set, car arrives to take me back to the agency.

Worst service experience ever with a new vehicle. Strongly recommend against using this dealership s service. Bought a RR Sport, a piece of trim fell off a wk later. Immediately brought the vehicle in to be repaired. 2 trips later, 5 phone calls, poor follow up and communication, 3+ months later, it still remains unresolved. They ordered the wrong part . The reality it their customer service and expertise is awful. Stay away.

I had an appointment at 8 am.I made my commitment to be there on time and noticed that no body is ready to take care of me.I had to wait another 20 minutes to start paperwork. I just reminded them that I had request a ride but surprisingly I was informed that their ride is not available for another 20 minutes. At this time I decided to leave the service department since that was enough to tell me that they are not organized neither on or to overbook the clients and can not be on time.That is not the meaning of appointment to me. Appointment means that both parties should be available to fulfill their discussed commitments on a timely manner.You should not make an appointment if are not capable to provide the discussed and requested service or just go as first come first serve when you are not ready for that level.
