I m so happy with their service, huge shout out to service consultant Freddy Hitchcock. I had the good fortune of being assigned to him and he was the absolute best! He s forthright and honest (seems like all the guys there are) and helped me get the best service in an extremely timely manner.This is my first experience with the service area and I am impressed. I used to go to Galpin and thought they were great (bought two cars there) but it turns out they are overpriced and thankfully I had a warranty so I never had to pay out of pocket for anything but they quoted me $150 more than Woodland Hills Honda for a diagnostic and $600 more for new tires, whereas Freddy got me the best price he could.I m so grateful I found them (I was told by Honda to shop around for a cheaper diagnostic test for my AC cause Galpin quoted me $500, and my service guy there who had known me for 6 years and I thought had my back, didn t. I asked him if that was the flat rate for every dealership and he said yeah and I didn t think I needed to shop around, cause I trusted him. Huge mistake. Lesson learned. Always shop around.I have had another great experience back in 2019 when my ex boyfriend bought a fabulous used Jeep here as well, and it was such a good, no pressure experience and the dealer really did get him the best price he could. I should have used them before (but I thought my warranty ONLY worked for Galpin, turns out with Easy Care you can take it to any dealership). I should ve looked into it more as I could have been using Woodland Hills all these years. Which I will from now on!!!HIGHLY a recommend this place!!Well done team!!

I was going this places almost 20 years for my car service . Previously Service people was very good and professionals. But Now the service is very bad and trying to cited and asking money. I was going for my multiple cars. About my one car recently they told me engine issues but I check outside it was other problem, nothing happened my car engine. Present service people trying to talk bad about previous service people which is wrong and unprofessional. Avoid this location for Bad customer service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

They literally told me that my oil change would take 5 hours to be done which blew my mind since everywhere I ve gone to has at most taken an hour if it s been busy. I honestly wouldn t have gone to the dealer for an oil change but since I just bought the car the dealer offered me two free oil changes and I wanted to redeem them. I guess I ll just avoid this service location since all the other locations have openly accepted my walk ins before. Along with another location has changed my bumper under 3 hours so idk why an oil change would take so long .

Did a walk in for a battery issue and tire pressure light. They ran full diagnostic, fixed the tires and installed a new battery under warranty. All done within an hour! Akbar did a great job!

The Sales Manager ARMIN was incredibly professional and gave me a price $60 LESS THAN GALPIN. ARMIN was ready with the paperwork when I got there and didn't need to wait 2 hours like the other dealers. I refer ALL people to him as he is HONEST & does NOT do the " bait & switch tactic" He is a real GEM

Car key battery was low and so I went in. They told me they had some being delivered in two days and to come back. They were correct and I was able to get it switch out in seconds.

If I could give 0 stars I wouldTerrible service, twice apart from lying, they do not do the service, supposedly it is a Honda center to service Honda.
