I m super picky with where I take my car but I was recommended to this shop by a friend and it s now going to be my go to tire shop. Sean was a pleasure to work with and the guys were quick and efficient. Was in and out within about 35 minutes for a full set and prices were reasonable. 10/10

They are literally the best .Have been coming to them for 4 years for all my tire needs on both of my cars, and they always provide exceptional service. Anthony always looks out for and overlooks the well being and integrity of my tires. As someone who drives 60k-70k annual miles as a solo female traveler, this provides me with so much peace of mind and comfort. They've installed new tires and repairaired numerous leaks. Thank you Anthony & Hank's tires .Attaching pictures of my vehicles and the terrain I have them in constantly with a peace of mind when it comes to tires.

I discovered Hanks about 6 years ago and couldn t be happier! The guys are professional, courteous, honest and experienced. They supply all of my tires, most of my mechanical and all of my smog checks. Prices are very competitive. They are very realistic about their skill set and expertise. In the few instances that exceeded their expertise, such as transmission work on a Mercedes, they referred me to an expert.I have sent dozens of friends, family and neighbors to Hanks. They have all become repeat customers.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving Hanks a try!

I m willing to pay more for an outstanding service At Hank s I don t need to pay more! Maybe not the cheapest place in the valley, but definitely on the lowest price range, and the service is always great! Got 4 new tires and Smog, all in and out in 1 hour (scheduled). Can t beat that!

Super professional staff. I got a flat tire, and I came in with no appointment. 20 minutes later, I was on my way with a new tire that isn't easy to find and without being ripped off. I was impressed with their patience and knowledge. Highly recommended if you get a flat tire

I've been going there for over a DECADE, giving lots of business. I was always told that if I purchase a tire from them, if anything happens to the tire, bring back, & they will either repair or replace for free as per their company's personal guarantee & warranty. however they didn't want to honor it & attempted to spin the narrative by saying that they don't give free repairs or replacements & they said i didn't have a warranty, the warranty is separate & needs to be purchased at time of initial service/purchase.I am sorry that it comes to this & people have to hear about my 1st ever negative experience with Hank's Tire in Woodland Hills, CA. As a loyal customer who has given them lots of business, it is disappointing that they did not honor their personal guarantee and warranty. It is especially frustrating when you were told that if anything happened to the tire, they would repair or replace it for free. It seems like there was a miscommunication or a lack of transparency on their part.It is important for businesses to stand by their promises and treat their customers with respect. If they have a separate warranty that needs to be purchased at the time of initial service or purchase, it should have been clearly communicated to me or any customer. It is not fair for them to attempt to spin the narrative and deny the existence of a warranty that I was under the impression I had.Overall, it is disappointing when a long-standing customer like myself is treated in this manner. It is important for businesses to take responsibility for their actions and rectify any misunderstandings or discrepancies.After an hour long back & forth, I said screw it I'll pay for the tire but I vehemently expressed my disdain, disappointment, & displeasure pertaining to the entire ordeal. It left a bad taste in my mouth & definitely soured the Decade long relationship I've had with them....Subsequently........ LOL...... this happened... lol...Much to the CHAGRIN of the supervisor/manager(ANTHONY), he reluctantly acquiescenced & took care of the tire & whatever charges so I wasn't charged anything. Though I'm grateful, however that is what they were supposed to do in the 1st place.Like don't nickel & dime me nor mislead me. It's not about $$$$ it's about PRINCIPLE! Honor your word! If your policy/protocol has changed then express & elocute that, DO NOT attempt to patronize nor gaslight me. It's not gonna end well. It makes you look unprofessional & tarnishes a 70+ year history & reputation of incomparable service. Great service! The service was fast. Nice friendly service. The people who helped me were honest, didn't try to sell me on unneeded services.It's great to know there is a local tire service store that is honest and well- ran A+ Highly recommended.

Last time I went to Hank's Tire (about 15 years ago), the owner was getting up in age and didn't seem to communicate the best to his customers so I stopped going there. I decided to try them again and was more than pleasantly surprised. Adam answered the phone and was wonderful from the first moment. I was trying to get a full set of tires right away as 2 of them were in very bad shape. Adam recommended a good tire on sale and provided a great price as I did some research. I told him that I could be there within 30 min and he told me that he was able to get them done within 45 minutes. I was hopeful but figured it would take a little longer, which was okay. Well, his crew had it down in 35 minutes! I'm very happy that I gave Hank's Tire a second chance and Adam is a rockstar!

I can't believe this place is 5 stars. The last person I spoke to said he was the owner and was literally cursing at me on the phone and yelling extremely aggressively using the worst language you could imagine. That's no way to treat your customers! I first spoke to Sebastian who works at Hanks Tires and he gave me a price on the phone telling me they would throw the alignment and labor on them. When my wife showed up they charged her $80 for labor after selling us the tires each for $30 more than their competitors! Buying the tires at a more expensive price is on us. We should've done better research but pulling a nasty switch and bait by getting us to come to the shop and then changing the deal was definitely not ok and left us with a horrible feeling.I spoke to the owner and he immediately started yelling and cursing at me. I was actually shocked at how rude and aggressive he was. He wouldn t tell me his name and his coworkers wouldn t tell me either which is super shady. I then called back to try and speak with someone more reasonable, yet they mentioned they would call me back shortly to resolve and never did. The service is terrible and they're way overpriced. I don't typically leave 1 star reviews but I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone and I will be leaving a complaint with the BBB as well as I've never had a business treat me like this ever before!Update: I went to post a complaint on BBB and it turns out they re not even accredited and have a terrible score. I m definitely not surprised.

Wow what a great operation. The service is extremely friendly, warm, and supportive. I have never had a better experience as a customer in the "auto space" than I did at Hanks tires.Highly recommended

Unfortunately I was completely husseled. They will advise you to buy tires or brakes regardless of need. I would strongly advise all of the long time loyal customers to never go back. Completely untrustworthy. I have never felt more cheated.

The best neighborhood tire and service. Old fashioned customer service that makes the customer actually feel taken care of. My whole family has been going there for almost 30 years and every time I leave there I feel well taken care of and safe. There s not too many businesses you can say that about!

The tire professionals at Hanks took care of my car better than expected.Another tire store the day before replaced a pressure sensor but didn't activate it. Jacob, knowing his stuff, reset my cars tire pressure sensor in no time at all. No more warn light! Yay!

Best mechanic ever! They are 100% honest and reliable, and provide quality workmanship at fair prices. As a lone senior female, l'm always treated respectfully and never feel concerned about being ripped off. On the contrary, Nelson always works within my budget and time constraints. When l needed a referral for a mechanic in San Bernardino County, George provided me one for an establishment of equal quality. There is a reason Hank's has been in business as long as it has...they're the best. Can't recommend highly enough. Will never go anywhere else.

Hanks tire is the only place I will ever take our vehicles in the West Valley. The team is always friendly, understanding and willing to help however they can.You don t find places like this anymore and this team needs to be championed for how amazing they are!!I would send anyone here from car enthusiast to new driver who doesn t know anything about their car. They will always be taken care of as the team here operates with the highest level of integrity!

I have been taking my Subaru to Hanks for the last year and these guys are wonderful! They don t give you a runaround, they are always honest about what they are doing, and the customer service has always been friendly and welcoming. I give these guys a solid 5star rating because of the genuine kindness and professionalism they have shown me multiple times. Strongly recommend taking your car here for any need, they are a one stop shop and they forever will have my business! Thanks Hank s for being a valued local mechanic shop! You guys rock

Jake and Al helped me out and they were extremely friendly and professional despite the 95+ weather. I' take my car here again 100%. Prices were fair and the work was excellent. Thanks guys. (Repair was rim straightening and crack getting welded)

Don't come here! the people work here seem nice and work fast, but when you have a problem with your tires, you are on your own no warranty and they only want to sell you more for their profit. I had a replacement 4 tires 2 years ago at Hank's Tire in Reseda. 1 tire broke on free way and they won't cover.

I have been going to Hanks for probably, 15 years. They have always done amazing work, the mechanics are friendly. And, being a woman, I have never felt like they are taking advantage of me. They have always told me if I NEEDED to do something, or, I can wait. Their prices are always fair. They get you in and out as fast as they can. I love the guys at that shop so much!

Hank's Tires is beyond amazing. I was referred to them through Costco, and im so glad i took their advice. Staff was kind and fast serving. I was helped by Nelson, and he was so helpful and funny. The rest of the crew is great as well, with a funny sense of humor and very friendly. With all that being said, their service was impeccable and had great prices. I was told my car service would be about 2 hours, and I got a call 1 hour and 45 minutes later. So far, so good with everything, and I would definitely go back to these guys for everything.

Got my tires changed here in under an hour for a great price. Awesome, professional, and friendly staff. They gave me choices without any judgement on tire brands and suggestions. I highly suggest Hank's Tire when you need a replacement. They also offer other services to keep your car up and running. I will definitely return and will check out their other services for my car. My husband needed a new tire while he was on a quick lunch break. They made it so easy. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They had the tire in stock, gave a fair price, and replaced it in a timely manner. Al was so great and accommodating. I give Hanks my highest recommendation for any tire needs. I will not go anywhere else! A+++!!

These guys rock! Fast as heck, friendly, professional, and affordable. They run a tight ship over there and it shows. Oh and if you ever visit ask them for a shirt, they'll give you one!
