German Tek is the best auto body shop in Los Angeles!! I don t trust my car with anyone else. They do quality work and treat you like family.

Clean work, I m glad I took my car there.A note to everyone, when you go somewhere to have your car fixed, look at the other cars there and see if there are a lot of fancy cars there, you can trust that body shop more than a place with some beat up cheap cars!This place wasn t cheap but if you gave insurance, you shouldn t care about the price, you only care about the quality of service.If you are not using your insurance, you may want to think about it more!I hope this helps

My experience with GermanTek Collision was truly exceptional, marked by remarkable customer support. Initially hesitant, a friend's recommendation led me here following an unfortunate accident.While there was a slight delay in my BMW's repair due to parts availability, the quality of the paint job and other work was top-notch. Alan and his team went the extra mile in assisting me during the repair period.Their exceptional service and dedication are something I deeply appreciate and I hope more businesses adopt this level of customer care. I wholeheartedly recommend GermanTek Collision, especially for those with more exotic vehicles. Thank you for the fantastic experience!

I just had my car fixed here from a collision here for the SECOND time.Again, they were great. Gave me a fair price, had it finished days before their estimated date, and it looks wonderful. I would diffinately recommend GermanTec.

I was referred to these con men through my lawyer. They were paid to realign my number, fix my windows and touch up with some paint. They damaged the car, did not fix the windows, and did not touch up what all the agreed areas. I left thinking these guys were just in collusion with the lawyer, however I recently found out they put a lien out for what they're saying we're unpaid fees?!Are you kidding me? I'm in the process of suing them for everything they were paid for failing to repair the car and for fraud.Stay away from this shop, there are plenty of local repairmen that are actually legitimate, however Habib and his crew are not them.AVOID.*EDIT*Reported these con men to the Bar of Automotive repair. Habib/Allen refused to complete repairs they were paid for, I cannot state how bad this shop is, AVOID THIS SHOP, they will LITERALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY.Next step is claims court, end goal is to get my full refund and have these guys license suspended or removed.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

The folks at German Tek were courteous, helpful and experts in their trade.Alan was extremely accommodating and helpful in getting my car fixed the right way by going the extra mile and presenting the issue properly to the insurance company. At the end, the insurance company replaced all damaged parts and I had my vehicle delivered in my driveway on time and with minimum payment. A total VIP treatment.Thank you Alan and the German Tek team. My Audi Q7 looks new again.

I made an appointment over the phone When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, servicing my vehicle began immediately. Integrity is the word I use when referring to German Tek. Everything I was told would be done, was taken care of. No deviation from what I was Told. Excellent is what I use to describe the work performed. YES everything about my experience at German Tek was Excellent , Perfect. I will take all my vehicle to Greman Tek when I need to have body work done.

i got my manual transmission replaced on the week of Halloween 2014 along with various other parts that needed to be fixed, i spent over $3,000 in the process which was to be expected for the work being done. however, i had to bring the car back the next week because the replacement transmission they put in was shot and hardly worked. i noticed the problem as soon as i drove off. the mechanic agreed i needed another one. i have spent the last 3 months calling this place almost every week to get this job finished and never once through the entire job did i ever get a call from the shop. when i called i would get little respect on the phone with Alan. i just got the car back today on 1/19/2015 and was asked to pay another $250 which i was never told about and i was then told by Alan that "i don't have to give you your key back". when i got to my car which was parked on Topanga for almost a week because they lost my number and therefore couldn't call me again. as i drove off i noticed the steering wheel is now off-center by about 30-45 degrees since the shop has had it.-on a side note the mechanic that does what seems to be all the main mechanical work was always very kind and respectful on the phone as well as in person. he even gave me a box full of leftover parts from the original transmission in case i ever needed them in the future. his kindness went a long way in this ordeal.

Doesn't seem the same as used to be? Very nice owner manager and accommodating for walk in/drive in estimates.... but not sure if great for all types of luxury and high performance vehicles so thus the 4 star rating.... I expect great for German vehicles.

Great body shop which i will recommend to friends and family. They are very professional . The owner and the staff made sure for the repair to be done correctly and in a timely matter .i am very happy with the repairs and will recommend them to all my friends and family .
