I purchased new wiper blades and I wanted to try to install them myself. After 20 minutes, I gave up and went inside the store. I didn t say a word and Peter knew what was wrong and immediately offered to help. Within minutes, they were installed! Very happy with the customer service at this store!!

Joe at the Woodland Hills location was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He helped me find the correct replacement blades and install. Through no fault of Joe s, the rear wiper arm snapped off and Joe ordered me a new factory part with no charge. When I returned to have it replaced (took a couple of days for the part to come in), Frank was very helpful in installing the arm (Joe wasn t working that day) and testing to ensure it worked. Every time I go to the store, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. It s a pleasure to experience good customer service - something that is rare to find these days. Every member of this store s team who I encountered was great. Five stars!

John was one of the most helpful employees i've encountered in my life on a customer service basis. I personally work in customer service so watching John go above and beyond without even requesting help, to personally help me find a lightbulb for my car and go ahead and instruct me on how to change it in my car (which had a weird setup to change the headlight). John did an overall 10/10 job and hope those who oversee him are able to see this message and recognize him for his consistent dedication to his customers.

First time to Advance Auto Parts, and the visit was such a success! FRANK was incredible. He helped me from the minute I walked in with ALL of my Jeep needs. I even ended up picking up a few extra items for my car. Thank you Frank for all the amazing help!!

I bought some windshield wipers a few months ago and they started to malfunction and today went into the store and spoke with Frank and he replaced them without any question or issue. The customer service is great.Thank you, Frank!

I had the good fortune to run into John, a store representative who was professional, an expert problem solver, and trustworthy, over a check engine light issue. He plugged in a scanner on my 2001 Tundra, and four codes popped up. He methodically helped me solve this problem in no time. Not only was John knowledgeable but he seemed to have integrity. The next day I passed my smog test and I was pleased. John also consulted another representative who was also very good at diagnosing problems. I will definitely be going back to this store and work with John and these gentlemen/woman. Advanced Auto Parts is fortunate to have John.

Victor was very helpful toda!. My battery had died and I had had to call for service. So I drove to the store and was scared to turn off my car. I told him that I had had a bad day so far and he said now it will get better that was very reassuring to hear. Victor was very nice, very helpful and installed the new battery for me. I am very thankful to him.

John at your Woodland Hills store was especially helpful. I asked if he could come outside to see my side mirror problem. He, without hesitation, said, Sure looked at the problem and solved it with creative ideas that involved selling me an inexpensive item. He was honest, knowledgeable and, importantly, genuinely customer friendly. Very positive experience.

Ronald was extremely helpful and even went out of his way to get rid of the scratches on my car using his own personal supply of Oops. The wiper blades I bought and he installed work great.

I am a previous Pep Boys customer. The change to Advance Auto Parts in our Woodland Hills location is great. The store is very clean and organized and the sales force is very nice. I had the pleasure of working with Jon M. He is an amazing representative of this company. Jon is extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable and makes EVERY attempt to provide a solution to your automotive issues. Thank you Jon!!

Went in and was astounded by their wonderful customer service! I mentioned to the nice lady at the front i needed to know the type of oil filter for my car, and she instead showed me a deal they had to get the oil i needed and a nicer filter for cheaper, she even went as far as to get the oil off the shelf for me! In the end her help saved me over $12. I didn't catch her name but she was very kind and personable, and i will absolutely be coming back! 10/10 would recommend.

Pep Boys wouldn't help me. But I went next door to adv auto parts an Frank came out to my car and showed me where to put the brake fluid. He helped me make the purchase and then put it in my car. Also showed where to look to see if more was needed and after where full mark was. He explained it might be low because pads might need to be replaced. Great guy. Very helpful.

I was two and a half hours from home with a broken serpentine belt late on a Saturday afternoon. Every shop I called either didn't have the belt in stock or wanted to fix it on Monday. Thankfully, I found Frank at Advance in Woodland Hills. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the belt and the help I needed to get me back on the road. Thanks to Frank, I am writing this from home!

Clean, organized, and convenient. They are located where Pep Boys Auto Parts used to in West Hills. Frank is my new best friend. He is helpful and knowledgeable. The customer service here is five stars.

Absolute worst interaction I've had at an auto parts store, and that's saying a lot seeing as how the person being so rude to me was a woman In an auto parts store, I'm typically only treated poorly by men.Didn't catch her name, I was so caught off guard by her shocking behavior, I just left. Older woman, long hair.I came in to pick up a few things for my car, but I made the mistake of asking if she knew what time the pepboys nextdoor's working hours are since the online hours were incorrect. Because she is a human being who clearly works right next to them, I figured she'd be a reasonable person to ask.She seemed to take extreme offense to this question, and cut me off before I could finish, was extremely short with me, and told me to leave, because "their door is right next door".It was a very surprising interaction. After leaving, I even went back in and asked if she would be willing to let me finish asking my questions, she said yes, and again was extremely short with me. A simple, "I don't know" would have been fine, and I could have moved on to ask about the car battery I need to buy, seeing as how I had to jump start my car to get it here.I chose to jump start my car again, luckily I have a portable device with the capability to jump it three times before it dies, drive home, and find another place to buy it tomorrow rather than give a single dollar to this establishment or spend another second in this woman's presence.Unbelievable.

This new Advance Auto Parts Storte which replaced the previous Pep Boy Store, now refuses to take used motor oil for recycling or disposal. Very frustrating. They also do not carry higher performance 20-50wt, 10-40wt oils which motorsports enthusiasts who change the own oil, would want to use and purchase. I now have to buy my High Performnce Moto Oil by mail and find somewhere else to dump the used oil. :(
