Very rude and Iazy people. Asked the mechanic if he could not use his power tools to put the lug nuts back on the wheels. Since I didn t want the new lug nuts damaged. The mechanic refused to do the work and told me to go somewhere else. I am taking my business elsewhere else, I suggest you do the same.

They went above and beyond in their service. Their prices were so reasonable and their work so fantastic that I tipped 20%. I have to say well worth every single penny spent. It was obvious to me that they knew what they were doing. I'm an amateur car mechanic and it was clear they were professionals

Took a tire with a screw on may 27, they patched my tire 3 times and couldn t get it to stop leaking , and still charged me. Took it to the next shop down and in 5 min I was gone with the tire fixed.

This shop is ran by two brothers who are absolutely amazing. Prices are extremely reasonable. They rebuild your vechile from scratch or a simple tune up. so call today and make your appointment, you will not be disappointed

Fast, efficient, friendly! I had an emergency with a trailer this past Sunday and the young man that helped me was so nice! He dropped everything to rush out and changes my tire in the time it took me to use the restroom (which was very clean). The price was amazing, and the shop was so clean and tidy.

In an emergency I drove there on a flat one morning around 7:20am with my daughter in the car because I was dropping her off at school, out of nowhere the owner pulled up in his truck and helped me BEFORE they were even open! I didn't even say anything or ask. He saw my tire and immediately started helping, went to the back to look for a used tire, came back a couple minutes later told me he didn't have the size tire I needed but he still checked to see if my flat tire was able to be patched, I didn't think it could be but he made it happen! To be honest it lasted a while after that like if I had gotten a used which would have costed more out of my pocket in the end. Martinez Tires SAVED me TIME and MONEY and made sure I was able to get my daughter to school within 10-15 minutes he was quick, had me out of there before he opened. I was worried and stressed until he came along like an angel He didn't even have me get out of my car, which was winter at the time. All this just goes to show what kind of MAN he is He went out of his way and was 1000% humble towards me, a complete stranger.Professional, Fast, Caring, gotta love hardworking men. God bless him and his family

This place is the best place around. Great customer service. Great work and they stand by it. If anything isn't how you like it they fix it. Has what you need or can get it quick. Lowest prices I can find.

Went here to get my tires rotated and a couple of them turned around because the tire thread was eroding faster on the inside. I asked a mechanic I happened to see at the smog shop behind their shop how much it would be and he said $45. When I went to the shop (5 minutes later) another mechanic was there and he told me $60. I explained to him that I was already given a quote and they all refused to work on my truck. Said the guy that gave me the quote would have to be the one to do it. It s not about the $15 dollars as it was not much more. It s about the customer service or the lack of it honestly. 3 mechanics all free just standing around and none of them would work on it. SMH

This shop recently increased their prices as if they did a great job they always scratch rims and recently bent one of my friends rims while installing a simple tire. they refuse to pay for a new one. I will not be returning to this shop and I recommend no one to go there.you want cheap you get cheap

Prices are all clearly displayed for all costumers to see (which is important for an auto related-issue costumer experience)They provide speedy service, and somehow still manage to constantly have costumers flowing in and out of the shop within minutes.
