If I could rate them with NEGATIVE stars I would! I purchased 2 Michelin tiers from them on October 16 2023. I asked if they would match a top competitor's price with road hazard and balance warranty, yes we can match it! I show up a few months later for my first balance, and was asked where my receipt was, something that I thought was very disturbing! This place has no computer and would not honor the balance warranty! if you want to deal with people who live in the Stone Age with no computer and do not keep their word, then do business with them! This is a form of fraud! I would win hands down in court, but have better things to do than go after slimy business owners, stay away, far away, not a place you want to do business with!

Ripped off. Saw need and it was raining so they charged me $80 for used tire that turned out to be no good. Of course not being of other ethnicity didn t help me either. Very disappointed.

Owner gave me one price. Had my truck towed in only to find the same guy switched price on me. His own employee told me thats what the owner does among other thing to rip people off. M.T. Tire Center on Roscoe and Winnetka .NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE NEVER

Suspected I had a nail in one tire, and a slow leak in another. Went in, and they checked both tires. Removed a screw from one, fixed the hole. Didn't find any leak in the second tire. Put both tires back on, filled all four tires with the recommended PSI. $30, and all done super fast while I waited. Cannot recommend enough!!!!!!!

I realized that I had a nail in my tire Friday morning. I called MT Tire, and they told me that they could help me out. They ended up having to replace it, because the tire was starting to bubble, but $40 for a used tire isn't terrible. It's about $10 more than what I'm used to paying for a send tire, but that's okay. The guy helped me out right away, and it was super fast service. He was friendly, and it was an overall positive experience.

When in because I had a flat tire, and a worker named Jose helped me. He looked around if all my tires were working good. He was very honest with all the details and gave me a very good price with great quality. Definitely would recommend them, I'll for sure be back here if I ever have a flat tire again.

Where has this place been all my life? I've driven past it numerous times over the last several years and never given it a second thought for my auto needs.Jose always takes great care of me, and the work done by the team is top notch. From his recommendation on tires, he's one of the main reasons I will keep coming back. The prices are fantastic, the service and knowledge impeccable, and the experience is always excellent

I cannot even begin to tell you how impressed I was, not only with the tires, but with the service!!I drove up late on a Friday night needing two front tires replaced. Not only was I greeted with a smile and helped immediately, when it came time to pay the incredibly reasonable rate, I realized that my cc had expired. Saul, the tech who was assisting me, went above and beyond! He held the shop open until I could run to my house and get the updated card. Saul absolutely went out of his way to help me.I've gotten several tires from here in the past but I'm never shopping anywhere else again!!!

Been coming to this spot ever since I can remember; I think it used to be called Mexican Tires- anyways, the service has always been to part- the workers are fast and very knowledgeable- very busy spot and you sometimes need to a wait a minute to be helped but it is well worth it and prices are good.

Mexican Tires has been my go to tire shop for many years. Great service and it s done quickly. New tires or used tires!

Disappointed when I arrived here for a tire issue on my vehicle at approximately 6:34pm today 11/15 to find out establishment was closed, although it states closing time is 7:00pm on Google.

Changed 4 tires done fast but didn't check for hole, got home and had to redo what he should have been watching for....also pointed out to him that was going flat he said it was fine.... Can't trust

Rip off. Don't do it..i got a patch 20.00 just to change out my tires 120.00 ...lol what a joke...over best tire also Canoga tire free for patch or plug a tire exchange 48.00..60.00...

Fast tire repair and with reasonable price. It took about 10 minutes to fix the slow leak to the tire caused by a puncture.

Very rude owner and racist i guess the name of the company speaks for itself. If you are not mexican dont expect any service at all.
