I had a fantastic experience at this location! Jaime was amazing and went above and beyond for me. The staff here is great except Alina, she s a hater but a pleasure to talk to nonetheless. lol All in all, I will definitely be coming back to this location when I need work done on my car.

First class service! From the appraisal, to office staff, to the shop workers, were all polite and professional. It was very nice to be informed on a regular basis on the progress of my car. When I went to pick up my car I was beyond satisfied, it literally looked like a brand new car. Not only was the work done to Superior quality, but they clean and detailed the car for me. I was absolutely thrilled driving out of the shop. This is my new body shop in the future, and referrals I can make will be to the shop also.. Thank you to the team for the good work.

Liz and her team did a great job with my car! They made a stressful experience far better with constant updates, care and great work . The car looks better than it did even before the accident. If I need auto body work again, I will definitely return and know they'll take care of my needs.

Did an exceptional job. Great communication. Timely and thorough. Went above and beyond your standard body repair shop. Ali didn t promise anything but said he might be able to fix another area if time allowed. When I picked you the truck, he was able to do the extra repair! it was amazing. They did an excellent job.

Vince and his team are INCREDIBLE. The turn-around time for my repair was so quick and it turned out beautiful. I've never had such a great experience at a body shop before. Vince is all about efficiency and making sure the customer is happy. He always stayed in touch with me, and gave me updates throughout the repair process. I was very impressed with their operations. I never doubted that he and his team would do a great job. I am going to recommend their services to everybody I know!Service: Body & Trim

Vince was very informative about the whole process and even showed me what possible damage there could be before the assessment. It was very nice knowing what would/could be wrong with my car while it was getting fixed. They were also quick to fix the dummy codes the car was getting causing my check engine light to show. As this being my first time having a car in the shop and handling the process, everyone here was so helpful and helped me not worry about it too much.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Vicente the GM is great and the staff was very friendly. I was the first appointment of the day, greeted warmly and found the shop to be very clean. They have been very responsive via phone and email. Very impressed with their level of service.

I really appreciate the continuous update on my car's progress. My car looks brand new when i pick it up after just four days of being in the shop (half of the expected fixing period). What a scam this place it.They never explained the difference between a quote and leaving for a repair.I was told that if I did not go along with the repair it would be $150.I was told that they would call me and discuss the estimate before proceeding with the repair.Vince is nasty, rude and a liar. I asked multiple times for him to discuss the estimate and he never bothered to. I left a couple messages with your so called service to NOT PROCEED WITH REPAIRS UNTIL THE ESTIMATE WAS DISCUSSED. THEY DID NOT.I was texted the estimate, called Vince and he claimed my estimate was not ready, even though I just got a text. He said he would call me when the estimate was completed. HE DID NOT. He even lied to my insurance company saying he did all of this which he DID NOT.Does he make a commission? He certainly goes above and beyond in screwing people over making unnecessary repairs.Service: Body & Trim

STAY AWAY!, I repeat STAY AWAY!!! I don t know who has left these positive reviews maybe their friends and family. I ignored a previous negative post I learn to regret that decision. Nearly 2 months and vehicle is not ready, I had to reach out numerous times to get information from them and get insurance company involved. Possibly as retaliation for that, they gave me a vehicle that stalled on me on a highway, putting my family s life at risk. Because as stated by Vince they gave me a vehicle without oil where the repair was done. To make matters worse accessories tend to go missing and when you take vehicle back, another accessory goes missing and they charge insurance for accessories that were already there to begin with. Please don t reach out to me caliber rep I don t care for contact. I took my car in for a minor repair, Vince met me and did a great job communicating and explaining the process to me. Upon returning my car there was paint bleed and well as the inside trunk plastic piece that was remover was smashed back on and cracked as awe AL a brake light was chipped. It was brought back to them, they claimed the chip was already there even though I showed them photos that prove that's not true. Repair was fast bit too fast the quality was missed.

I've been directed there by my insurance company after an accident and visited them the next day. One month after I've been told they are still waiting for one part from a dealership. 2 months later I got the missing part number from Caliber and called the dealership parts department myself. Dealer said they always have this part in stock. When I talked to Caliber again, they checked with the dealer, confirmed the part availability and promised to call me next day after the part is delivered to schedule an appointment. Never called. Never heard from them again...I went to a different bodyshop. Dropped my car there and got it back repaired exactly 1 week later.

I brought my 2015 Kia Rio to this Caliber Collision location on Sherman Way hoping it was better than my last horrible experience I had at a different Caliber Collision location on Reseda Blvd. The service I received this time and then overall experience was like night and day from the time before.The female receptionist was extremely friendly and very accommodating. She made sure I understood everything before I signed it, called the rental car location for me to get a courtesy shuttle for me and always had a smile on her face, which was refreshing. While my car was in the shop, I was kept in the loop about the progress of my vehicle's repairs via daily texts from the shop.Orlando was my technician who was also very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. He reached out to me when he found some additional work needed to be done to get my approval, rather than just doing the additional repairs without my consent (like the last experience I had at the Reseda location). They didn't have the type of tape my car needed, but they had a similar one. So instead of having two mismatched tapes going around the body of my car, they replace all the tape on my car for no additional charge. And I was advised that my car would be ready 5/22 and it was done two days early, which was awesome.The Reseda location of this franchise could learn a thing or ten from the Sherman Way location --- first and foremost being decent customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend this body shop. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with the pricing, work they do and customer service.

They went so far above and beyond the call of duty, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! They repaired the damage to my car, making it look and function like brand new, they kept in contact the entire time, and they even vacuumed out all of the dog hair inside my car! Don't look further than this Calibur Collision - you won't find a better place to have your car repaired.

Car got hit from behind quite badly, was going to use my prior body shop but found out it was not there anymore and there is new company - caliber collision.They were very professional and nice , and while car ended up total lost , so can't say much about there actual work quality, the experience left me with feeling that next time I need body shop they will be my first choice.
