These guys are great. I chose this location because of the easy access from the 101 and their extra security. The friendly and helpful staff is a bonus. I've used them on two separate occasions and I couldn't recommend them enough.

StroragePRO has been great! Linda has been especially helpful, working with me to make sure my stored items ares safe and ready for me to retrieve. She really helped me to be calm when I was worried! The facility is clean and maintained, as well as being very easy to get to and access. Thank you StoragePRO Windsor!

Awesome facility - very clean and very shiny. Did a lot of checking around and found this company to be the best deal. Could I have signed up for a cheaper solution? Probably, but the quality of StoragePro easily beats any lesser cost by a lot. The very best I have seen, visiting several other storage-business'. I highly recommend this storage and the manager I dealt with was very very nice. Overall a great experience.

I had a unique situation on needing to get into one of my two storage units in a building which had no access due to a 3-day long power outage due to inclement weather. I desperately needed to drop of a large amount of storage which was time-sensitive. Associate/Manager Linda quickly set me up with a short-term (2-3 months) rental with an available outdoor access 10'x10' room. I appreciate that StoragePro just happened to be running a 2-months half price promotion. I was very satisfied with Linda's diligence and care in making all of this happen with no computers working due to the power outage. I've been a satisfied customer since April 2022. The Windsor, CA facility is kept well maintained and always very clean. -Andrew J Johnson

I had a very good experience !I planned to use a storage for short term.I got a great promo deal for the first two months and was able to come empty my unit upon the third month.The staff members are awesome, the facilities are clean and very well maintained; even the bathroom was very clean, with a lovely scented hand soap.I recommend using Storage Pro for all your storage needs, you won t be disappointed-

Had to make a change over the weekend. Again The facility was clean and well-maintained, and staff wax was friendly, helpful , competent. The experience couldn t have been better. I m glad I remain Windsor StoragePRO customer.

Have been a tenant for over two years. Prices have increased substantially with little notice. Office staff (especially Linda) is helpful and friendly. Location is incredibly clean. My biggest grievance is the price increase for long-term tenants which erodes the value of choosing to store items outside your home.

Best storage experience ever! I came down just before closing, expecting to have to come back another day if I wanted to rent a unit. But to my surprise, I was able to rent an awesome unit on the spot! The facility is new, extremely clean, and competitively priced. And the manager, Desiree, is amazing! She was extremely kind and thoughtful, I am happy to be a new customer!

Very Professional staff! Jeannette was a pleasure to work with. Her kind, peaceful and professional demeanor made all the difference in choosing where we store our belongings.The facility is well kept with state of fhe art security features. We love the easy access to our unit . I highly recommend Storage Pro in Windsor if you need a safe and clean facility for storing your items!

Impeccable service! Got into a unit within hours of inquiring about availability. The facility is clean and safe. I love that the unit has a light, not very many storage units have that. Decent price for a 10x10

Enjoyed my experience here. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The units are clean, and you don't have to worry about any of your stuff. Security is amazing from the cameras to the boss locks. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to storage their stuff for any period of time.

Edit 6/13/23: Multiple rent raises since I moved in has lost this company a star. I still think it's a great spot and safe, but these rent increases are rough.Original: It's awesome, super convenient location, newer, great fire suppressant system, very secure, stays pretty cool and some units offer electrical. 2 step security system gives you lots of peace of mind. Staff is super friendly and helpful when needed. It's basically my garage. Its pricey, but you definitely pay for what you get. I have a 10x30 w/power.

I used the online option to reserve space since it looked user friendly. We went to get a key/code then looked at the unit and decided we needed bigger. Linda was really helpful and made the corrections speedy quick. Thank you Linda!

This is the nicest self storage facility I have ever seen. The 2 part security system is state of the art and I felt absolute peace of mind leaving my stuff here.The units are climate controlled, clean, dry and lit up. I believe you can even opt for an electrical outlet.The entire facility is clean, orderly and well lit and the management, Linda, is fabulous! She answered all of my questions thoroughly, knew exactly what she was doing and was very personable too!I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to store even their most treasured possessions.

My partner and I just moved all our stuff from another storage facility into the StoragePro Self Storage of Windsor, and it was the best decision we made. The security is top-notch, it's well-priced, and the facility is very new, clean, and well-maintained. We are getting better security and a better quality unit for less than what we were paying for our previous storage unit of the same size. And the staff are so helpful and friendly! We called in ahead of time and they answered all our questions, plus were flexible if we needed to switch to a different sized unit day-of. On our move-in day, Jay assisted us to get settled with our new unit and he was so helpful, informative, and friendly, and made the whole process easy. Would highly recommend to friends and family and anyone in the Windsor area!

I was very impressed! This facility is brand new and has very secure double locking doors that open very nicely with ease. Units have automatic lights when you enter for good visibility. Facility is conveniently located right off the highway. Desiree met with me and she was super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend renting here. A+++++

The staff here are extremely helpful with a very positive attitude. You feel like they really want to be of assistance. What a nice contrast to so much of what you run into these days! The facilities are extremely secure and very clean as well. Have never regretted giving them my business for a single moment.

I went to StoragePRO after checking it out online..I thought I would come back the following day to fill out paperwork and pay...because it was so close to closing time.I was greeted by the most helpful young women and male (training associate).They showed me a couple of units and gave me a tour of their facility. I told them I didn't mind coming back tomorrow. I know they probably wanted to go home.They both said: No problem! We don't mind at all.I upgraded to a larger unit.Got my new lock.They made sure I knew how to use theKey pad and get in and out of the gate.I wish all my service/sales experiences were like that!! My experience was great!Whoever does the hiring and training should also be complimented.Thanks,C.Ozuna.

I rented a unit yesterday, I am very impressed , spotlessly clean and new. The young lady who showed me to my unit gave clear and detailed instructions, very professional and friendly. It s a high tech storage which makes security excellent . And I love the OLD OAK TREE in front. PLUS IT WAS CHEAPER THAN ANY OTHER STORAGE PLACE. hooray.

I was very impressed with how helpful and friendly the onsite receptionist.was when I called to reserve a unit for that very same day. I got the size unit I needed at a fair monthly rate along with a great discounted special move in rate.The facility is very clean with security technology better than any other public storage facility .I have rented several over the past 15 years. I highly recommend this place to store the things you care about.

We used the NEW StoragePRO facility on Caletti and had a great experience. Not only is it conveniently right off the 101 freeway, the staff were extremely accommodating to our needs. We took advantage of the two month promo price which was amazing, and the units were very clean and secured 2 ways. I would use them again the future if ever needed.

Linda from another facility referred me to the Storage Pro on Shiloh rd in Windsor because of the 2 month promotion they are having. I am very satisfied with the customer service there. I cant remember her (hair pink n pretty) name but she was very sweet, funny and PROFESSIONAL at the same time. I got exactly what I was looking for with a great deal. Wow..this was an amazing experience...the manager walked me through every detail of my rental even explaining a "deal" that I knew nothing about that saved me a boatload of money. The facility is new, modern and the ultimate in safety measures. Couldn't be happier!
