I recently brought my car in for an intermittent problem. Received excellent customer service as I was continuously kept informed of the status and received a detailed explanation of what needed to be done. They completed my car the next day. Everyone there was so pleasant, and Travis was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this shop.

Great people, great service, honest prices Great local shop.Just had my second experience with Ryan s. They helped me finish up front end & steering work on my daughters 90 Bronco, that I couldn t do myself in the driveway. Again, I have to say they re a great local shop and will go back again. Friendly staff, even offered to pick me up and drop me off if I didn t have a ride to or from the shop.

The starter unexpectedly stopped working. I d heard positive reviews about your business so I thought I d give you a call. Michelle who answered my call couldn t have been sweeter, respectful and supportive. We were able to get our truck there the next morning and had it back two days later. We are very grateful and look forward to referring and sharing our experience with others.

Ryan and crew did a great job getting this old '66 truck up and running from sitting idle for several years. Even after a few fuel related hiccups along the way, she's running good now. Thanks Ryan!

Had a great experience here, from start to finish everything was communicated well. No one tried to push any services I did not want. They also provided me with a ride home and a ride back via Uber which was amazing. Will definitely be returning here. Very up front about pricing as well

Ryan's Automotive provided quick response when I was in a pinch. They provided an inspection to get to bottom of problem, as well as advisement of other concerns I needed to be aware of. They fixed my problem for a fair price! They were a great find in my Town of Windsor.

I went there for the first time and discussed I had a leak of some kind. Ryan said they would first do a free inspection and take pictures and send them to me! This was very comprehensive. We needed new Tie rods and they first thought the leak was from the power steering which was covered in oil, after doing a dye test and doing further testing the leak was from the valve covers. They did an oil change and tire rotation and tire balance as it was needed after replacing the Tie rods. The report was very thorough, most I have ever seen. I am going back to replace the valve covers. They also cleaned and sanitized the inside front of the car! We will continue to use their auto services and I highly recommend them!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I m not much of a car expert but I was overjoyed when they were able to squeeze me in on Monday morning after calling on Friday. Clarified and communicated with me about the issues on my Toyota Highlander and was able to give me the best option. Will definitely stop by more often!

I took my car to Ryan's off a recommendation from a couple ppl actually. I don't have a local mechanic, I typically try to service my own vehicles, tho my health has kept me from doing much anything of late I needed help. Nonetheless my ford escape was having some brake issues, leaking fluid. I brought it to Ryans hopeful, they very confident in the fact that whatever the problem was, they could solve the problem. Nonetheless they were very thorough in their assessment of issue. Located the problem, and turned every rock over to solve the problem, and fix the vehicle. They were very, very good at communicating what they found, and where they were at in the repair process, while solving the problem. I look forward working with Ryan's moving forward, a family owned a shop, which is completely trustworthy and very competitively priced. Thank you!Service: Auto brake replacement

Came here for an oil change. I was barely there for an hour in total and came out having had a full service change, inspection and tire rotation. Super quick (but not lacking in quality) work, super friendly staff and all that was the same price as a drive through oil change. After breaking down after paying for repairs at a DIFFERENT shop already, and a neighbor recommending to come to Ryan s, I brought my vehicle here and am so glad that I did.I had only talked to Ken, and he is a stand up guy. He had told me exactly what was needed and even though my repairs were going to be more expensive, he said that he wouldn t feel right sending me back out with something that will just break down again.Excellent service, trustworthy staff and techs, I ve already recommended a friend to stop by.My vehicle is running better now, and accelerates faster, than it had when I bought it.Thank you all, sincerelyServices: Auto battery replacement, Engine repair

Was looking around the area for a quick last minute oil change and Ryan s Automotive came through. Was very pleased with their quick and detail oriented service. They even took care of servicing a few more items that would have needed attention sooner rather than later and let me know in quick fashion.
