Everything you expect in a parts store, with friendly, knowledgeable staff.2022Still a great parts store, but I finally found a part they do not have. (Of course, no one else has it either!) It's an esoteric part for an antique Jeep, so no shade on O'Reilly. The great staff there bent over backwards to help me find the part, even searching the web. Great job, folks, thanks again!2023Yup, this us still my friendly neighborhood parts store!

These guys are super helpful! They even installed my windshield wipers for free! I was so impressed that I actually came back just to tip them. I didn't even think about tipping at an auto parts store and didn't know if they were allowed to accept. They do accept tips. Yay! They deserve it.

The man who helped me was quite helpful. I didn't really know what I was doing but he did and it only took a few seconds for him to know exactly what I need. He was so nice and didn't treat me like I was dumb. He told me what I needed and explained why. He was great. He even checked what the car needed and found out it didn't need it after all so he gave back my money. He made a customer for good, if I have to get anything I'm sure to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts.

2 stars because they are close to me. Other wise staffed by young punk kids who are not knowledgeable. The stock is often in boxes on the floor, not the shelves, leaving me to dig through and find it myself (if they even have it). Lousy customer service, when I asked an employee about a product they told me to go look on the shelves to see if they had it.As another example a product was listed on the shelf at one price rang up at another. When I mentioned it to the employee all he said was this is what it says in the system. I suggested he could go back and look at the shelf. When he arrived at the shelf and saw the different price he asked what he wanted me to do about it. I suggested that he ring it up for the advertised price as shown on the shelf. At that point he repeated it is not what is in the system and I would have to talk to his manager. I said that is fine after which he says the manager may not be in until tomorrow. The price difference was only ~3% ($1). I guess price match guarantee only applies to other stores not for themselves.Went to the O'Reilly in Santa Rosa and very friendly and helpful with the giant sign up behind the cash registers (see photo). Definitely lack of training going on in Windsor.

My windshield wipers broke when it was raining so I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Had to wait for the rain to stop. They were so nice. Only one other person in the store and everyone had their masks on. They let me look at different selections of wipers, I picked what I wanted and they immediately installed them. It was my first time in an auto parts store in a long time. Everyone was courteous and efficient. It was a pleasant experience.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews however, I've experienced great customer service at this store. Trent, the manager, has helped me the last couple of times. He's knowledgeable and doesn't try to upsell me on unnecessary products; he explains things so that I can choose the best option.

I had an issue with defective caliper hardware from my BrakeBest #C562 kit for my Toyota RAV4. But, Jose from the Oreillys on Hembree was friendly and made it right for me. Thank you!My single gripe is that this location has a oil dropoff tank that always seems to be full. Call ahead before bringing fluids to be recycled.Another shout-out to the staff here at O'Reilly Windsor. Made my return of nearly $600 of rental tools super easy.

Don't pull in here with a trailer, it was dark so we didnt realize the enteance is also an exit...small parking lot and hard to turn around...luckily it was late so not a lot of cars...

Staff isn't as friendly or knowledgeable as other stores, and they tend to match you with the highest priced part in their system. However, if you take time to look at the website ahead of time and have knowledge of what is available to order, you'll be ok. Thankfully they're reliable, and open every day.

Buzz and his crew go above and beyond to help you maintaining your vehicle or, even, when you have to make repairs yourself. I have personally saved thousands of dollars doing everything from oil changes to minor repairs. Employees must be well-vetted as I have never had a bad experience, they are helpful and eager to please. They will give you advice and troubleshoot with you when you are stumped. Parts are often available and reasonably priced.Thank you Healdsburg O'Reilly's! You guys rock!

Great customer service! Purchased a set of new shocks for my RV from another O'Reillys in another state 5 months prior. Last week the driver's side rear shock broke at the end and my local O'Reillys was more than happy to exchange the broken shock with a new one at no charge, no questions asked! There guys are great!

jon helped me get stranded in the parking lot and offered zero help. an employee told me i could use a battery jumper right away (and it did say fully charged on the indicator). so i turn off my truck knowing from this advice i could use the jumper to start it. I paid $110, out the door. will it start? Nope. when it didnt start using the jumper (which in fact needed a charge overnight), he said. oh i cant help you . guess you need to buy a battery or cables . So, no sorry , no attempt to help me out. im outside trying to flag down a jump from a truck that can handle my diesel. (no he didnt offer that either). wish i didnt go there, wish i didnt trust these people - clearly dont know what theyre doing

Horrible customer service. Told the customer service rep we needed brake dics for a half ton chevy.He sold us brakes for a full size difference is six to eight lugs.No big deal all we wanted was to exchange talk about a nightmare!!!!!KNOW YOUR PRODUCT AND IF YOUR EMPLOYEES DONT. DONT MAKE IT HARD ON CUSTOMERS.my recommendation is check your parts meaning open the box or know your part numbers

Helpful staff and well stocked store. Always have want I need for oil changes and the basics. Specialty parts that need to be ordered arrive fast.

I go here only to pick up parts on a whim. Most people who work here don't care to help and lack automotive parts knowledge. I wouldn't waste your time here unless you know your part number exactly. Most likely the part you need is in Healdsburg or Santa Rosa, and either way, it's worth the trip to Healdsburg because they know what you need, and are willing to help.

This parts store is a national brand so I know it will have the items I need for my cars. Staff is always friendly when walking in and helpful when I'm looking for anything.

Was triple charged for my purchase of engine assembly lubricant. Didn t notice until I was home. Double charge seems accidental but triple seems it could have been purposely done. Will not be returning to this location.

You might want to think twice, sign on the door say ware a mask but two of the four customers did not have anything resembling a mask, so they do not enforce safety to all customers if it means loosing a sale

Great store and great people working there . Just there trash cans are always over filled and there is trash everywhere out front. Other than than it s a good place.
