This place used to be good and I would send people there, but the last two times we ve tried to work with them they ve been awful. My daughter had a lot of damage to her last car and they said it was only going to be $3000 to fix. Two months later they were saying they had to total it because now it was up to $8000. Then after she got a new car, someone sideswiped her. Not a lot of damage, but some paint on the side and we need a new headlight. They quoted $5000! Way less damage and crazy expensive. They just don t seem like they re on the up and up anymore ever since the father died. Needless to say, we will not be working with them a second time and will never be going back.

Hello I'm just given heads up for costumer don't take your car to this shop they are very bad putting things to gether we tool are car they because it had some damage cuz by a rat that got inside and eat some foam parts of the seat and seat belt they replace the seat belt and carpet but the most important thing was the back seats they replace it but didn't put it back properly the seat is making noises and the cover is very loose i call the toyota dealer and asked them about replacing my car seats and he explain evething very clearly and. He say my cover seat should be niece and strong but it looks like they just put the cover over it and didn't use the hog rings he mantion it it shouldn't be loose it should be should be nice and tight put back together like new they put it back but not like it was originally it makes a loud noise when I seat so I call them and asked them about it and they said oh is messing some rings they need to be replaced but never mentioned it when I pick the car from them they were very bad from the begging the man who help my wife's was Gerardo garry Maldonado he tall us he was gonna order the parts and let us know when they arrived and 2 weeks latter no answer i call and asked what was going on. The lady the answer the phone didn't have a idia what was going on so they had to start all over again with it seems like the people that works inside the shops is a bunch of kids with no experience putting seats back together so we just don't want you to go true what we going true and Is sad we have crook people like this so I am going back to the shop and get all the OEM parts order and then we gonna go to the Toyota dealership and �sked them if they order the original part's of the 2017 toyota and we gonna check make sure they are the originals parts but over all bad bad bad job no Star 0 cero I hope we can get or car put together back again

Great customer service! My car was in and out in exactly the time they said it would be. Hopefully won't need a body shop again soon but if I do I'll definitely use G&C Auto Body. Thank you to the G&C team.

I have used G & C several times over the past two years for work on my 12-year-old Lexus. They have consistently been the best body shop I've ever used. The work is prompt and excellent. Been trying to get my repaired for months here but there was a mix up in the insurance companies and now it's been another month and the autobody shop left me in the dark. Was a customer since 2018 and my last time here ever. The estimate part was the easiest part unsurprisingly.

I've used G&C 3 times over the past 3 years. This last incident will probably be the last. I brought in my vehicle it had severe damage in the front about $17k. They decided not to replace the battery. You would think for that amount of $ you would replace the battery. I was stranded twice because the battery was dead(the battery is 1 yr old). When I called about it they said it was tested and there was no need to replace it. The car was hit where the battery sits chances are it was damaged. They didn't offer to correct the problem. Most businesses have an account to cover miscellaneous customer satisfaction. I will tell people considering bringing their vehicles make sure you inspect your vehicle before you sign off anything.UpdateI don't know what G&C intentions are reaching out to me. I've called and sent emails and no one has responded.

Had a great attitude, quick and super clean environment! Made sure that I left and remain happy with my repair! Always communicated with me, which is very appreciated! Plus some guy in their has a great smile:) thank you

G&C did great work for me! Great service, I worked with Dan and he took great care of my car. Kept me up to date on progress and they finished early. If I had to do more auto body repairs or knew somebody who needed it I d go or send them back to G&C!!!

We live in a world where, so often, our expectations are tamped down do to the endless complexities that we run into and so it was amazing to find that G & C has found a way to coordinate every single need that a customer like me would have when an autobody repair needs to happen. First, their staff are all skilled and very nice and the car came out perfect. Second, their integration with my insurance company was seamless and took away any insurance company problems I might encounter. Third , my Hertz rental car was there waiting for me when I dropped my car off for repairs... Couldn't have asked for a better experience.....

My first time dealing with G&C and finally today I am so relieved that I don't have to be calling in for updates in vehicle status repairs and waiting on parts . I have wasted not only my time and energy being disappointed I also wasted gas money going there and finding out they got the parts but ordered and had the wrong one!, Do they double check before calling in customers? I don't even wanna go over it too stressful and it's a ridiculous mistake to make. I see good reviews from months ago what had changed? It's sad that it's what I went through. Anyways it is what it is.

i had a terrific experience with Mitch. he was very accommodating and worked with me through my insurance after someone backed into my car. the shop did a perfect job repairing and re-painting my bumper. the color was a perfect match. Mitch even delivered my car to a family members house since i couldn t make it back in time before they closed. it was sparkling clean! hopefully i won t need exterior repairs in the future, but if i do i d definitely return!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff kept me updated at all times with any repairs, delays, and general information. They were helpful in showing me pictures of service, explaining everything, and making the coordination between an auto body shop, insurance company, and rental car company a very smooth and painless experience. Dan and Ali were the staff I interacted with mostly and were very helpful.

I can t say enough about how great my experience is here at GandC. I had my car repaired at Blake s is Santa Rosa and it was a nightmare. The repairs were rushed and incomplete. Allstate did an amazing job of coordinating with G and C and made my whole situation so much better. G and C coordinated everything for me and made me feel well cared for. My car was pristine when I picked it up from them! I have since been back with other small repairs and will continue to recommend and use them in the future!!

I was very impressed at how friendly and helpful they were.I was also amazed at how they took it upon themselves to touch up another area that was not part of the original damage I had taken it in for and how fast they were at returning the vehicle back to me. I would definitely recommend G&C to anyone looking for car repair!

Thank you so much for the outstanding customer service and for fixing my car! I had a fender bender and I had to travel out of state for work the next week.... perfect timing, eh?? I really wanted my car to be repaired when I was gone, since I wasn't going to need it. I had my car dropped off before I left, and picked up when I got home a few days later. Easy peasy! Jeff worked with my schedule, communicated with me while I was out of state about my car, and it looked perfect when I came back. Also, it was clean- inside and out! Yeah me! I will recommend G & C to anyone. I never write reviews... but for this, I made an exception. :-) THANK YOU!

Awesome service. Got my vehicle back before they estimated due date. Everyone there kept in touch with me through the entire process, especially Dan my service write.They even brought the car back to my house and parked it in the driveway, WOW!Pretty darn good. Thanks G&C, I'm sticking with you guys if I ever need additional work on my vehicles.

I recently had the truck bed panel on my Toyota Tacoma repaired at G&C in Windsor. The experience could not have be better. The staff was pleasant, efficient and accommodating. The repairs were completed the next day.The truck looked better than before the accident. The work was first rate and the truck was cleaned inside and outside. I would recommend G&C with out hesitation.

I've used G & C a couple of times over the years and they are the best, by far! Very professional, very considerate and do a superior repair job. My car was always returned as good as new and they made the entire experience hassle free.I would definitely recommend G & C to anyone who needs this service.

Everyone was very attentive and friendly.. Had to have a rental car too and was able to pick up at G&C. Work done was perfect. I was leaving for Labor Day and they drove my car to my house and picked up my rental. Great experience and would recommend.

Had a great experience with G&C Autobody. One of our cars was in a minor accident and needed some body work. G&C handled the insurance paperwork and kept us in the loop via telephone the whole way. The work they did was great and we were really pleased with the outcome. The car looks as good as new.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This was my second experience with G&C and even through this was for minor repairs they kept me updated through the repair process. They worked directly with my insurance. Never fun to have to deal with an accident but everything went smoothly.

My car is beautiful again. I'm very satisfied with the work and the service. The staff is well trained and very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The work is beautiful and my car came back cleaner inside and out than it has been since I bought it.

Had a couple door dents came into the Windsor office to see about getting an estimate, they actually did an estimate at that time, and set me up for the next day! Dan was great thru the process. Great job on doors I will definitely return if I ever need auto body work again! Thanks G & C

Well I wasn t going to say anything, but since G and C keeps asking us to post a review, I will. They took twice as long as the estimated time to complete repairs. When my wife finally was able to come get her car, she was informed that one of their techs hit it in their parking lot and repairs would have to be re done. Will rethink our body shop choice next time.
