Ryan and the team are great communicators and get work done well. They allowed me to leave my car for a couple days until I could pick it up. The shop gives AAA discounts and coupons, which helps. They send reports about the work too. They seem honest and are clear. I recommend them.

Manager Jason and his team are always friendly, positive, and very helpful with all questions and their excellent service. I feel safe driving my car, knowing AAA in Windsor takes care of my car.

They did a great job on my service and did a 60,000 mile recommended service the same as the dealer but at a much more affordable cost. I would recommend AAA auto and tire center. Thanks

Went back with a tire problem, after purchasing 4 new tires from here. Plugged the tirs due to being stranded on roadside, so I felt the tire should be repaired properly. These guys wouldn't do it. So I took it back to the 76 gas station in Gualala, where the guy plugged and patched the tire. 76 gas station shop VS AAA Tire

Wow. I cannot begin to describe how grateful I am for the outstanding service from Ryan and the other guys at Mclea s Tire in Windsor! He was extremely helpful and patient with me. They were unbelievable understanding and helped me find the right tire that I need for what I do in my truck. I feel confident and comfortable with the tires I purchased. I live up in Tahoe but grew up in Windsor. I make constant tips back and forth and take my dirt bike to all sorts of zones. Ryan understood what I was looking for and matched me with the PERFECT tire for my needs! I will be recommending everyone I know to come to them! A true locally owned family business! Thank you Ryan and all of the staff who helped me out!

Initially I was very impressed with the customer service when I booked my appointment, all of my questions were answered following a quick scheduling of service. However upon completing the services to my tires and alignment, the tech "broke so many lugs that the vehicle is inoperable" which I was also told broke "due to being rusted". I insisted that I have removed all four tires and remounted them without having them break so it sounded absurd - then being told that 150 ft lbs was the torque spec for my lugs, which is untrue. I asked if they expected me to pay for the broken lugs which caused the customer service rep to begrudgingly offer to cover the cost of them. Due to the following incident I had to wait an extra 20 hours to pick up my vehicle.When I arrived I asked where they took the 150 ft lbs torque spec from and I was simply informed "from the manufacturer", when I showed the customer service rep my photo from my GM book stating that my lugs are only to be torqued to 120 max(see attached photo) he simply looked at it and said "they should go up to 200 no matter what", interestingly enough they torqued the new lugs to 120 ft lbs(coincidence?) and informed me that if I brought my vehicle back there is notes saying that they won't be paying for any broken lugs. I was shocked that spending 900 bucks at a shop without even buying the new tires(purchased online) that I was being treated this way. At this time I asked if they would do any compensation for keeping my truck for an extra day(missing my smog appointment) and I was informed they would only take $25 off. I was also very curious as to how they continued breaking the lugs without questioning what they were doing and they blamed me and my truck for the problems, however I wasn't getting anywhere with their customer service so I didn't bother.I would give 1 star but the alignment and repairs they performed were excellent and I don't want to discredit that. In the end I left feeling that I was treated very unfairly and that I was not valued as a customer. This is the level of customer service you would encounter at a fast food restaurant, not at an over-priced shop.

Excellent technicians, no hard-sell, safety check included in service.2022We have used McLea's for years on all our vehicles. Not just a tire store, they have a full shop and are friendly and professional. They service all our vehicles, from an old (old!) Jeep to our Tesla. (Granted, the Tesla is just for tire care, but still!)Tell 'em Chip sent ya!

I needed a tire checked out as it kept loosing air slowly. From the moment I arrived they were professional and extremely friendly. The got the job done quickly and at a great price. When the time comes that I need to replace my tires I know where I am definitely going.

Came limping in with a flat on a rental car, no spare tire! Excellent customer service from the phone call to checkout. We can't say enough good things about McLea's Tire and Automotive Centers the facility is spotless and employees were kind and professional. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Just got a full set of tires as a first time customer. Great experience with excellent customer service. Fair price and clean environment. Reece McLea assisted me and was clear and professional. Both Reece and the other gentleman that rang me up later shook my hand (a real handshake) and I found my car with the new tires and wheels shined. Overall perfect interaction and it appears customer service is NOT dead afterall. Will be back with our other car when my wife runs that one into a large pothole.

I got stuck in healdsburg on a Friday at 6pm because I pumped my gas tank full of diesel (oops). This was the ONLY MECHANIC in town who was open on a saturday, and they did a phenomenal job helping me out!! My insurance provider said my car would need to have the entire engine replaced, but the mechanics at McLea's were very kind and calm and professional and told me they would absolutely be able to fix it, and they did! They took it on Saturday morning and I had it back by Thursday. They didn't just drain the tank either- they pumped the entire engine clean and changed my oil for me, and even checked on my spark plugs and other extra stuff to make sure there weren't any other issues with my car. They also called me every day with updates, and were never rude or condescending about the mistake I made. I can't recommend them enough! I've always been scared of mechanics because my mom has always had bad experiences, but the people here were kind and accommodating throughout the process! They actually finished my car on Wednesday, but didn't mind holding it for an extra day since I had to drive back from humboldt. I thought I was going to have to get a new car, but they fixed her up perfect and now she drives like a dream again!Thanks for saving Mabu!!Services: Engine repair, Oil change

I really like McLea's Tires in Sonoma. All the mechanics and the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to deliver quality work and quality parts for their customers. With all the work I have done on my daughters' and my cars, I feel they gave me the best deal, the workmanship was great, and they even checked out my car if I heard a noise and tweeted a few thing for me without charge. They take me home and pick me up when my car is ready, which is a big deal for me. Also, if they couldn't to the work there in the garage they would refer someone who could do it and do it up to standard. (For an instance, smog testing.) I am going to miss their garage here in Sonoma and the people representing McLea's Tire.

I have been taking my Subaru to Ryan and Reese for a few years now. They take such great care of my car, are honest, and most importantly keep me safe on the road. I have converted my dad and boyfriend to take their cars here as well, and not once have any of us been disappointed by the attention and professionalism you'll find here. Take your car to McLea's, trust me.

I have always been treated with respect and kindness here. I have been to the location on Piner and the last few times the Windsor location. Very clean and organized facilities. Ryan is the associate that helped me last week with an oil change. Ryan also worked up a qoute for some future work I will be having done on my Toyota .

the team at McLea's always treated my wife and I with the greatest integrity and also prioritized repairs needed as to what is needed now and what can wait. best service from a tire shop. with 4 drivers and 5 vehicles I needed a shop I could rely on. they are it.

Mike and John provide great customer service. They are friendly and professional, take the time to answer your questions. The mechanics always do a great job to make sure my vehicles are serviced as I have requested.

My a/c pump locked up on my 2000 corvette.I took it down the st a mile or so and got a quote of $ 3669 ! I brought it to reese at mclea's he told me he'd do the job for $ 999 including new belts.They did a fantastic job.Not only did the a/c work better than it ever had, they also eliminated a noise I had on warm up. They aligned my front end ( included) in the price! I cant say enough good things about they people & the work they did.Keep it up guys you got my vote

I actually trust these guys to work on my car. They do a good job and dont try to trick you out of money. I trust their recommendations but I always recommend to do your own research for replacement parts. They also have a robust warranty for their tires

I thought my battery might be getting low, so I called on a Saturday around 3p.m. to ask if they could test the battery. They said no problem. I brought my car in and the battery was very low. It was over 5 years old.I asked if they had time to install a new one and yes they did! I only waited 30 minutes. Thank You!

Awesome service and no worries!!!! Time and Time again these guys have made it happen. Reece is one of the best. If you want great service and speedy turn around just bring your stuff here. The customer care and quality they deliver is the best around!!!!
