OK Tire is the best tire shop around. Honest workers, faithful committed work.. I have taken my mother's car and got her work done here. She lives in lake elsinore. She can pass 20 tire shops along the way! OK Tire has earned my families trust. They have replaced my trailer tires all the way around, they have done 4 vehicles of mine all the way around. Including balancing, alignment. Steven goes out of his way to put a smile on all of customers soul!. Godbless you all.

This place is awesome! Son had a flat on his car. Called, spoke to Steven to set up the mobile service. From the time I spoke to Steven to service completed, less than 1hr. Definitely keeping them on my emergency contacts for sure.

I was spoken to with such disrespect by the roadside tire guy and the manager as to where if I were younger it would of been a different story before I left. Unfortunately I had to go back to the shop again another day about a different tire need and had to ask questions and was uncertain as to what decision to make on my employers behalf. I've had to go back there several times for my employer and have been punked several times. I guess things like that are okay in this day and age of no customer service. But, then I take it back. We just get limp service now with attitude.

Great business, My family has gotten our tires there for the 6 or 7 years. Great prices, great service, very professional. I had a tire fixed there this afternoon, they were not going to charge me, there card reader was not working, luckily I had enough cash on me, they fixed a tire for me last time for free. I will continue to give them my business. I rate them at the highest. Thanks guy's.

I've been a customer for 12 years, I like to support local independent businesses. I do not like being ignored for 20 minutes and then watching other people walk right in and get service. I live so close I could have left my keys and walked home but never even had a chance to explain when I tried to communicate after waiting. I've bought at least 8 sets of tires here but I will go elsewhere in the future. This unfortunately is a repeat negative experience where I have been treated like this as has my son. My wife seems to get better service.

Needed to get my 5th wheel bearings re-packed. They went above and beyond. They cleaned off the excess grease and grime that was on the brakes. Adjusted the brakes. Inspected the tires. Highly recommend this place. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent and fair price as well.

My tires were low today and AMPM air machine wasn't working, so in a hurry I stopped here because my tire pressure was really low in one tire and I wouldn't have been able to make it to work. They put air in all my tires free of charge. We have come here in the past for tire services and they always deliver fast service and are very helpful! Definitely recommend!

Super nice folks, reasonably priced. A Godsend because I was having difficulty finding someone to rotate the dualies on my motorhome. Very efficient and I recommend highly.

Apparently they order ties for me but gave me the run around on when they were supposed to be delivered. Had to go to Les Schwab for good customer service.

The guys here are great. Fast service, one stop shop for tires. From cars, to forklifts, to Derrick diggers to tractors. You got the vehicle they either have or can get the tires.

Had a large RV co. Inform me that I needed front brake pads NOW.Live in Hemet so went to o.k. Tire inWinchester, and was informed to drive another 15 k miles then have them rechecked. Will do! Thank you for your free and honest service.John

We drove in to this place with a flat tire because the gate was wide open and the hours posted online said it was open on Saturdays. As we pulled in, one guy yelled, Who opened the gate? Tell them we re closed! We ve never been there before and it says Open to the public. I doubt it is after this treatment. Never bothering this place again.
