Michael and the team are very friendly, considerate, and professional. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Michael educated me about both my vehicles and I would recommend anyone to go to this location. I have taken my vehicle to another location where Michael was the lead a few years back and my experience was outstanding. Which ever jiffy lube location Michael is working, you know you ll get an amazing experience. His team at this location is very passionate at what they do and it shows by how they greet you and serve you.

All of the employees were kind and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service was incredibly fast. The only tiny complaint I have is that on the final report it stated that they washed all of my exterior windows and they did not actually do that service but that wasn't a big deal, considering I was in and out of an oil change in less that 15 minutes!

I was worried about my wheel balance so I decided to come to this Jiffy Lube and I am so glad I did! Michael was so kind and understanding. He clearly wanted to understand my issue and took his time to listen for what noise I heard coming from the car. He thoroughly checked everything which made me feel much better about what I heard. I truly appreciate his customer service. If you ever have any issues with your car, I recommend coming to this location. Michael was amazing!

Great experience, I couldn t be more than impressed with the service I received from the moment I walked in. The staff made it a very convenient trip and super fast! Alex and Sean were extremely professional. They were both knowledgeable, and friendly greeted me with a warm smile.Overall, the service I received from Alex and Sean was outstanding. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube for anyone in need of an oil change. Thank you both for your professionalism and excellent customer service!

This service station has always been my go-to place, very nice employees, Efficient! Yesterday I went in for an oil change and was helped by a young man whom I didn't bother to catch his name because he was so incredibly rude I really just wanted to get away

I called 3 different places on Saturday and every place said drop and come back at the end of the day! Really. For an oil change! I don t think so. Ain t nobody got time for that!! So I stopped by Jiffy Lube. I got two cars done within two hours and that was including a stop in Menifee between. A+!!! love the service the price is the same you ve got another repeat customer. Thank you.

Guys did a great job on my car. Jacob and Alex took great care of me and my car. They showed me some issues I didn't know I had and were Extremely professional. I will definitely come back to this location and ask for them personally. Thank you jiffy lube and a huge thank you to Jacob and Alex!

Wonderful service! Michael has helped me out a couple times with an oil change, air filters, and most recently new brake pads and rotors. Very professional and straightforward, he did an inspection of my car and let me know things I should replace/fix in the future as well. Shop is very clean and sanitary also and they provide pretty quick service, 10/10 recommended bringing your vehicle here! :)

Surprisingly, the staff was less than pleasant for this visit. I was greeted with "What are you here for ?" Instead of "Good afternoon sir." When I asked for an oil change, the technician mumbled "turn the vehicle off and leave the keys in." I followed the technician inside,...he simply pointed to his right and said "bathrooms are here and sit wherever you like, someone will be in with you in a minute."When a second technician came in and sat behind the desk,....I was expecting a simple greeting, a hello, or a good afternoon. After receiving neither, I sat quietly and observed. After a few moments, he pulled up my info and asked if I wanted the same service as before. I said "yes." I guess I was used to the previous staff members who were fun to talk to.I know I shouldnt expect to receive five star service at an oil change facility, but it is not too much to ask for a little courtesy, professionalism, and kindness.I will still visit this business as the location is convenient for me, and the service is efficient.

Very thorough, efficient, and fast. Checked filters, which Needed to be replaced! Had them in stock. 1st time!!!! Not going back to Honda dealership! Staying with jiffy lube!

The staff seemed professional and kept me updated on my short visit. After I got home I looked at the services listed. One of the services was Vacuum Floors . It wasn t done. This made me wonder if they did everything they said they did. Also, the price for the oil change service has doubled in the past 3 years.

The men that helped me out made me feel so happy and comfortable and cared for! I brought a quart of oil (I needed four) and they explained that buying more would be cheaper than purchasing the whole service altogether so I really appreciate them for their honesty! I was not able to remember their names but one had three ear piercings and wore a hat and the other had a bare head and wore glasses!! Thanks guys much love to you. Very unprofessional. When you Drive up all they do just stare at you, like I know what bay to drive in. So I ask and he says what do you want? Super rude. They need to learn customer service or they won t be in business very long. So I drove off.

I wasn t impressed with the customer service. In all my years going to a Jiffy Lube for an oil change this was just not impressive. On my receipt it says vacuum floors cleaned windows but my car was not vacuumed nor my windows cleaned. Just getting that type of service done would really be a Jiffy Lube signature thing to me. They definitely were not busy. Not sure if due to our generation of younger kids but I don t see myself going back which is very unfortunate because they are right in our neighborhood and it s developing so much. The older man there even walked me to my vehicle not sure if he s the manager but he should have taken a step further to inspect the vehicles appearance. Everyone there just seamed to be strolling around. I think I ll go to the other location off Temecula Parkway even if it a few miles out but the service is incomparable. If something is on your receipt saying it was completed and it wasn t certainly says a lot about the service. SLOPPY!

Friendly staff. Fast work and close to our neighborhood. No need to drive 30 min or more for car maintenance. They have taken care of anything from oil change to tires and brakes. Very satisfied!!

I had my oil changed and the service was excellent! Very professional and went beyond by checking my tire pressure, vacuumed and cleaned my windshield. I was out in about 15 minutes.

This shop has been open for a while now. This week I decided to give them a chance because they are very close to my house. I pulled up and all the bays were empty. They asked me to get out of the car and leave the keys in. (The other place I go to lets me stay in the car.) After going into the office they informed me they didn t have the type of oil filter for my car. I have a Hyundai Tucson. They checked just to be sure and they didn t have it. I had to leave without getting my car serviced.I have never gone to any other shop, with this car, and had them tell me they didn t have the filter in stock. Honestly, why would I ever go back here? I would think that when you open a shop like this you would be sure to overstock the filters at first because 1) you have no usage history for the location, and 2) the last thing you want is for a new customer to be turned away and at first every customer is a new customer.I hope for the location s sake it was a fluke. Maybe they just happened to service 10 cars that day that used the same filter. The surprising thing was they just sent me away. They didn t say when they would have it or if they would ever have it. They didn t ask me to please come back and offer me a special deal if I did.The next day I went to my usual shop and as usual they had the filter.

Customer service was good overall but my receipt break down said that they added washer fluid. When i got home i checked and found that no washer fluid was added because it was empty. I was a bit disappointed considering the price I paid.
