Would absolutely recommend this place to all my friends. Had my car broken in to this past weekend and was referred by a friend to David at wilmington auto center. David went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. They were able to fix my car early morning to have it ready by lunch time. It's so hard to find a friendly and trustworthy mechanic, I finally found a good place here Thank you David for everything (:

Lee the owner is great... He is up front and willing to work with your schedule as much as possible. For best results to get same day service, drop off the car as soon as he opens.

Awful customer service.How many times do I have to call for an oil change for you to schedule me at an appointed time? It's like pulling teeth just to get service. When you're finally able to talk to someone, they give you vague estimations as to when you can schedule to come in, and then act like you owe them. I arrived here on 3 different occasions just to get turned away til the next day. No more chances. I'd rather pay double the price elsewhere if it meant getting quality service. Don't go here.

AVOID!!!! Took over $800 for new parts & didnt even change most of them... or they were faulty. Lee the guy is charge is Very very aggressive.Had to go to another mechanics down the road - who ended up undoing Lee's bad work - one of the new mechanics from down the road were kind enough to come back with me to pay Lee a visit & help me try & get my money back..... I only got 5% back from Lee after a massive argument between Lee & the good mechanic I was now using to fix my car. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! He will F**K your car up & take all your money.

Beware of this place! this are not real mechanics on hybrids.They will charge you a large fee and will not get the job done.Do no not waste your time here, they will rip you off!
