I need to share my experience with Michael at Regency USA Car sales. For me he was the best most honest patient person I have ran into on a car lot for some years. I was looking for a Lincoln Navigator to replace my wife's that was totaled in an accident. I found one on their site that truly seemed too good to be true. We all see those. I live almost 7 hrs away, so I put Michael through the ringer with questions before I took an entire 18hr commitment to drive there and back. Because the price was so good, I figured I would get there and the car would have a smoke smell and be a repaired wrecked car that I would not want. This man was so calm patient and above all honest with me and treated me with respect even though I was buying a cheap car for their lot. I spent over an hour looking through, in and under the car, it was perfect. Nothing that he had not disclosed. Nothing hidden. Michael had sent me quite a few pictures whenever I had requested them and detailed every flaw he saw with the car. I have had the car for over a week now and I could not be happier. I tried to shop locally and the car salesmen here were just the worst.I would recommend this dealership and I assume all but especially Michael. It is not the conventional experience but I am very happy I found them, in fact I am actually shopping their lot for another car now. I will buy here again!

Me and my fiancee, we decided to buy a Benz SUV. After a lot of searching in the area of the dealers, we found our favorite car on the Regency U.S.A. Web site and immediately called to get more information. Mike was the one who answered all of our call, and when we went there he answered all our questions with great optimism and helped us buy our favorite car more easily and smoothly. Had a great experience buying from Regency. I was looking for a used cayenne for an off road build and looked in person at over a dozen. Unfortunately most were at the type of sketchy used car lots that throw thousands in required add ons without disclosing it.The cayenne I found was in great condition at a good price. They let me have my mechanic come take a look then me come and test drive. Once I decided to buy they had no problem with me using my credit union for finance and they handled it well despite the credit union being a bit of a hassle. No add ons, no hard sale, nothing. Easy enough and would buy from them again.For the reviewers complaining about issues with the cars you re buying used cars from used car lots. They get most at auction and aren t usually purposely hiding issues. This Porsche had no issues but if something popped up soon it wouldn t be the dealers fault.

This was a surprisingly excellent option to get a car. I found it over a webpage and doubt to go there because it was a little far for me, but one of the cars they had peaked my attention. I called and a guy named Pablo picked up, talked to him and when I got there he had already taken the car I was interested out. He started talking me about it and other ones under my same budget, he had memorized almost all details of almost every car they had there, talk about professionalism. After picking and actually buying a car they have been really cared of me as a costumer, totally recommended. Not only they have cars of all ranged and prices, they really are one of the best sellers I've seen in this business

My truck had an oil leak and a check engine light that cost me over $2K to fix they were ZERO help. Also the truck's license plate never came and when I called to inquire there response to me was "go to DMV" I'll never do business here again.

This place was everything we were looking for .Big cars and trucks selectionsMatt the owner was very professional and accommodating! We were able to buy our Van and he gave us a very good price . He also fill out the tank for us .Definitely we will go back for our next truck .

2 years ago I purchased a Lexus from this dealer with the help of staff member Richard. I would def recommend this place, there aren't any hidden fees, and it was straightforward. Richard was very friendly and honest as well. I drove 3 hours and told him that, but before I left to drive there he contacted me asking me if I looked at the carfax and did my research. He wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting my time driving all the way there which I appreciate the honesty and not trying to make a quick sale, 2 years later the car is still holding up amazing. Would def recommend buying a car from here! The car was also an amazing deal as it was almost fully loaded red leather and all with a clean silver color. The car was also detailed nicely.

Regency USA Inc.Coming Home, Again.I was born and raised in Wilmington, CA and as luck would have it, I inquired about a particular vehicle - their 2016 Toyota Prius.At first, I thought it was a misprint. After conversing, Pablo gingerly stated that was the downpayment and offered financing.After mulling it over, and getting counsel from close friends, I decided that Regency was the best course of action for me.The moment I walked in, I did no feel rushed, haggled, swindled, or any of the other stereotypes that we re running through my head already. The stereotypes were ever flowing because I already had two bad experiences and other dealerships.I really didn t want to bring in that spirit or aura to a new place. I tried my best and they were patient.I wanted to wait for the type of car that I desired and in the condition suiting my style and work situation.Everything was gone through, with my all questions answered, and nothing was left up in the air, or any ambiguous statements or any absolutes. Absolutes say what absolutely say . . . impossible. that can t be done , it s always like that How refreshing it was to go into a place of business where they tend to your needs and are considerate of the time constraints.Everybody talk to everybody like they were family members or best friends, and I even felt a part of the group for the time that I was there.It takes a lot of energy and deliberateness in order to create an environment.I applaud the individuals I met and say this: camaraderie has nothing on you! Take a look at their inventory, I was in awe of the selection of standard and luxury available.I am not a relative or friend. I am customer who had a wonderful experience.

Rude, couldn't answer questions about cars they knew nothing about. Abused the very vehicles they sell. Typical Gas station Iranian attitude. Went to look at a BMW that was "HOT" on the market and about to sell. I had a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) done at a BMW indy nearby that my family and colleges have trusted for years. The damn thing had 3 coolant lines busted, leaky turbo lines and a bad clutch bearing among other codes the computer picked up. Including an altered mileage.I feel sorry for the two people who supposedly ended up purchasing the vehicle that same day.Definitely stay away. Don't bother with the other reviews that are named with iranian or greek or the like, it is their family and friends putting up fake reviews with googled photos.

This dealership needs to/ and will shutdown. The recession will be the end of them when they can not afford the interest rates anymore and have cars sitting there with issues. They will waste your time and screw you over after purchase lying to you. I was going to buy an old cheap M6 they had but they lost my sale. Terrible communication.

I'm going to Pick up our 2012 Cadillac Escalade Hybrid, this car was represented correctly, since I'm a past employee of Cadillac Division of General Motors, I have the luxury to check the exact history of the car. Richard's Presentation was correct and honest. However, management was asked to deposit our deposit through regular channels, not done!!! costing $60 dollars in overdraft charges, plus an extra day out of our lives, simply following our request would have saved our time and Regency's.Richard was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with...

FULL REVIEW PLEASE READ(edit:NEVER CONTACTED ME! BUNCH OF LIARS, REVIEW IS 2 YEARS OLD, JUST TRYING TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK GOOD!!): Lets start from the beginning, first I made contact with Regency usa inc about a Subaru legacy I spoke with Tony and he seemed nice so I said that I would come down, so drove down to Wilmington which is over 70 miles from my house and with traffic took me more than 2 hours to get there. When I arrived I was not immediately greeted but rather had to walk over and get someones attention. The first gentleman that came over and talked with about the Subaru legacy that I was interested in seemed aloof and became confrontational when I questioned the fact that on their website the car is advertised with having Subaru Eyesight, when in reality it did not. So aside from It not having Eye Sight which is a big feature and affects the price big time,(also the man we were talking to said that we were wrong and that it affects nothing) aside from that we were overall impressed with the car. I decided that I wanted to take if for a test drive and Tony stepped in and helped us with it got the keys and went for a ride with us. Tony was a very nice guy and was helpful. We returned to the lot and went into the office to talk to David who was the finance guy, he was giving us a great deal when we were talking numbers and again a very nice guy very helpful. This is where the problems start under California law everyone has the right to have a car inspected by a mechanic within 7 miles. So obviously we wanted to have the car inspected and make sure that everything was good and in place. We setup a time and a place for Regency to take the car to the Subaru dealer and have it inspected, again at the time there was no problem here we thought we setup everything for the next coming Monday because when we saw the car it was Saturday. Major problems: everything was setup and David told us that we had first right on the car and we would be notified if someone else wanted the car or was going to place a deposit on it. So having this we were very overall happy and if everything went smoothly we would come back Monday and buy the car all cash. MONDAY: We call to double check with the Subaru dealer, they are fine. Then we call Regency, a man answers the phone and is kinda giving me a "I dont want to talk to you attitude" but I ask if everything is setup to take to the mechanic and he says"Someone is interested in the car and we are not taking it to the dealer mechanic because we want it here" "The car has a deposit placed on it and is already in the process of financing" . So we ask if we can talk to a manager or david or tony and he says that he is the manager and they are not at work today. So in conclusion I have a written piece of paper signed by David saying that I had first right of refusal and I would be notified WHEN I WASN'T, and the "manager" REFUSED to take the car to the mechanic. I dont know if this whole operation they have is a sham or what but I wish that I could leave a lower rating. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HEREBEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS THESE 5 STAR DONT EVEN HAVE ANY DETAIL

I recently purchased a Range Rover from Regency and I could have not been happier with how smooth my transaction was. Mike and all of Regency Staff are exactly the type of people you want to deal with. Transparent, no bs, straight to the point, and priced to sell. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process and I will certainly be buying more in the future.

Highly don t recommend anyone to buy here. Trust me. I got a 2014 F150 that seemed like didn t have any problems, wow in less than 200 miles check engine came on. Called and went to there mecanic and worked for about 2-3 months of city driving. Then engine almost blow up. They sold warranty with finance company so they won t worry about having hands dirty. I m in the middle of hopefully finance company taking care of there mistake. So please check all in and outs with car or truck or suv. I will never recommend them to anyone. Specially how they say not there problem. Goodluck if you do purchase.

Mike is a good guy I liked his style didn't pressure me in it any way but than again I like truck he was selling me.....I bought the truck drove it home to find out that my keyless wouldn't work to lock or unlock the doors but according to Paul he said it work he went to fill up the tank at 3/4 of a tank , so how did this keyless remote lose it's connection to the Truck from there to my house, I call the next day and Richard said it shouldn't be problem to fix it but for me to call back the following day when Mike was there, so I did Mike started to tell when will I be around the area to get it reprogram, so Paul started to talk to me and plain out said No, I bought it as it (which I knew already) but he was not going to reprogram the key LoL THANKS FOR NOTHING Paul...Here's your Review!!!People before you drive off make sure you get your keys that right ones and all yours Keyless remote work and speak to Mike he'll take of you

I had a great first experience with Paul., he knew exactly what was going on with my car.. and referred me to his top mechanic... Paul was nice and understanding .. one visit to his mechanic and now my car never drove better.. almost like I got a hole new car.. thanks Paul :)

They have bad vehicles basically good looking lemons if they don't let you get a diagnostic check witch by law you can get don't get it or make them give you a warranty.... THEY KNOW THE CAR ISNT THERES ONCE YOU GET FINANCED AND THATS USUALLY WHEN IT BREAKS DOWN A MONTH OR TWO AFTER.... They have the best attitudes here until you have an issue or they get you to drive off the lot. They lie and say the vehicles run great but to be honest they aren't driving these vehicles everyday to tell you that lie

Waste of time , drive all the way from sacramento and call them almost 4 time about the same car . They say have it in stock . But when arrives there they says its sold out . Is it joke worst dealership . Be beware guys dnt trust them.
