They charged me $50 to tell me that my backup camera was bad . I could have done that. I bought the truck from my neighbor and he said that it just needed to be hooked up with some wire. And the guy told me he had good news and bad news. I was like I want the good news and he was like I have the same camera on sale for 150$ I was like that is not good news. I just left and was disappointed. A couple months later my brother hooked up a backup camera and noticed the ground wire from the original wire that was ran through the truck was not hooked up to the left taillight. My brother said that you need to hook it up to get power to camera. They didn t check that at the audio shop.

Worst place to get your audio! Biggest regret I ve wasted months of clocking out early of work just to get stuff fixed! Till this day still having problems! They haven t fixed the issue no money back no returns! Plus they do Mickey Mouse wiring! Went this week again to fix the wiring issue 3 days later gave out again!!!!!!!!!!

Very impressed! I had a Groupon for a 4 door tint, which turned out pretty good(a few tiny bubbles here/there, but a LIFETIME WARRANTY). While I waited for the tint, They talked me into a great deal so I ended up taking my wife s car in for a new head unit, speakers and backup camera install the very next day. They had it done in 1 day. Great bunch of guys and easy to work with. Pricing was good for what I got and the service was great also. 2 weeks in and everything is great! Thank you

DO NOT COME PLEASE !!! THEY DO MICKEY MOUSE WORK! | finally got a chance to make a review.Let's first start off with the head lights. They did not have the size for the bulb for my headlights. It was to small, they said"come next week we will get you the right size" so I came the following week and they said the bulbs came. They end up installing it, they ended up used the same bulb as last week and they used glue to place them on. They GLUED MY HID BULB TO MY HEADLIGHT!!!! Not just one but BOTH! I asked them about it and TIMOTHY said "you wanted your light so we installed them" if you never had the correct bulb then don't install it. Or you don't have any then screw it just say no. And give me my money. EACH HEADLIGHT COST 300$ USED! And the freaking head lights burned out a month later which is when I found out after checking that it was gluedNEXT, you will see wiring, CHEAP WIRING wired to my car which makes sense why it burned out in 1 month. That whole month I smelt plastic burning under my hood and found out the blue protection on the ballast piece wasn't even taken out which could've caused a fire!!! Like why???? Why couldn't you just do the easiest thing.NEXT, they drilled a whole in my firewall, why didn't you just route it though the wiring harness or something. Now I get bugs, water, and dust coming in the hole. I can smell oil coming in from the hole.THEY WILL GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT ON 5 STAR REVIEWS, MAKES SENSE WHY ALOT OF PEOPLE GO FROM 5 STARS TO 1 STAR AFTER SEEING THE WORK LOLOLOLOLOLIF YOUR READING THIS, PLEASE DONT COME.I refer going to AUDIO MOTORSPORTS in Carson they do a good job and fixed all the problems they've done. As you can tell, on there reviews they do a bad job on everything!!!PHOTOS ON YELP

These people aren't audio engineers.They're scammers. The "managers" overcharge to keep their business afloat while hiring uncertified people to mess up your car. Go to "Pro tech" in Carson for your audio engineering needs.

Dont believe any of these guys they say free installation when I get Inside they say that they do charge labor and have the guy heads to the back of the store and delete the messages off his phone and come back and tell me that was never said stick to your word. Especially when I have the transcripts on my phone complete bait and switch went somewhere else where they did charge me labor but it was worth it because they didnt switch up and were honest upfront.

IF YOU WANT YOUR RADIO TO CUT OUT OR IF YOU WANT YOUR AMP TO BURN OUT AFTER 1 year AND THEM TRY TO GET YOU TO BUY ANOTHER ONE THIS IS YOUR SPOT.. I been here 2 times both amps I paid over $500 and they burn out in a year .. nomas

I would like to take a moment to do something that I rarely do. However because of the exceptional service that I received from PCH Custom Audio I had no choice...I work at a high line auto dealership in the LA area and because of my job I'm required to meets the needs of very influential clients on a daily basis. These client's expectations are of the highest standards and order to be successful I must graciously meet these standards.Well now I've become accustomed to expecting such standards myself. Which generally when I do business I find that a majority of businesses are unable to deliver such standards. Well to my surprise PCH Custom Audio was able to deliver over and above. Not only did they give me the type of service that I've grown to expect from a 5 star establishments they exceeded that. I meet the owner Andrew and his Mgr Sam.. personally they made sure to take the time to listen to my need then offered different solutions. They where extremely honest with me and made it very easy to business with them. The work was awesome and my new audio system is just incredible... I can't be more happy and I recommend that if you need a new car stereo or just maybe to improve what you currently have go see them. I promise you won't be disappointed! Take it from a person that has an eye and ear for quality!Christopher

I wish I could say it was a great experience, but to have to go back so many times within 2 months just for a tint to look decent is ridiculous. And just like it's mentioned in other reviews, they tell you to bring your car in the morning and you'll still find it parked outside the shop and no work has been done to it. It was a 3 day process each time. They don't have any urgency when it comes to customer service. Sadly, they try to rip you off for something you've already paid for! Please save your time and money.

I went there twice, once to get the new speakers and the second time was to get them checked cause they were rattling (and still are). They told me that I would have to spend more money after already buying these speakers to get a better sound quality. And I had asked them the first time if these speakers that I bought were good quality and they told me yes. Yes they gave me warranty on them but didn t fix them when I went in and told them they were rattling they just told me I had to spend more money for new speakers

This is the worst place to go to. I took my car in for a alarm. They had my car for 6 hours. I went back after 6 hours and they had not touch it. Once they saw me they went out quick to move my car in. I told the guy you guys are just going to start to work on it. He said it is fast. I went in and talk to the guy that help me in the beginning. He told me that they had a lot of work and a problem with one car. I said i want my money back. He said i will give you a $25 coupon to use in store. This is one of the place i will never recommended.

Worst customer service ever! So I call to replace a tire, and they tell me over the phone that they have it on stock. Come to find out they have to order it and the tire would not come until the next day. To make things worse, they told me they would call me when the tire came in, and they ever did! 3 days later i go 30 minutes before they close to get my tire put on, and they tell me that they are going to have a meeting and they can't do it. On day 4 I am.waiting for.someone to help me since they all seem to have something betyer to do. I definitely will not come here again, and do not recommend this place to anybody.

Worst customer service ever, be aware!!! They don t care or value customer s time. Even with an appointment at 10 am, you should expect to wait there for 3-4 hours or you need to leave the car and pick it up later. No one told me that in advance! Initially, the staff made a mistake for the reservation even I called in 3 weeks earlier. He seems throwing random dates without looking at the schedules, I even confirmed the date with him, guess what, He didn t make the reservation from the beginning. So I have to go back. That is simply ridiculous and very disappointed customer services I ever had!

had a great experience of human kindness today. the battery on my motorcycle died just up the street, so i pushed it over . they tested the battery with a multimeter free of charge and let me store my bike there while i went to get another battery, then helped get the leads installed on the new one.really appreciate the accommodation and assistance.

GREAT PLACE! Love the work they did in my car. My stereo is working perfectly and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Very friendly environment and great deals you won't be able to find anywhere else. I HIGHLY recommend it.

Pros: Good deals on installations. Cons: Work never meets deadlines. I took my vehicle in for installation, date of completion was changed Every day, No updates on work completion. FINALLY after 5 days I had enough and had to go in and wait in person. Very unhappy with their service

I lost hope on these kinda shops every time I come here they give me a different price s. Their Rude. The guy in the front, I never trust him he always gives me a ridiculous price. I Suggest customers to go to Best Buy. It was $100 cheaper and they give you Warranty & no hidden fees.

Pleasure doing business with a bunch of professional. They're willing to solve any issues and even did things to my truck free of charge just to show they care about the customer. I highly recommend this shop for any custom work to any type of vehicle!

These people turned a bad day into a good day for me, as they helped me out with an unexpected flat tire. They had what I Needed in stock. And gave me amazing prices. Go see them. They also have a Cool Audio shop, with a variety of Nice Rims available. TIMOTHY You Da Man

HORRIBLE. TAKE UR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!They are a rip off. Seriously.The guy told me i was approved for credit and they charged my account for the total amount i was approved for without my knowledge..... I never agreed to order any specific item. We only looked over items.. never did i say " ill take that " ...and they claim " i put in a special order ". The sales guy never told me "i put your order in and it will be here in the next couple of days, or i charged this amount to your account"..i didnt find out anything until the credit company called me the very next day.And then the store manager brian is saying we can work something out because "all sales are final" so i basically have a charge on my credit from this store when no work was done to my car nor did i agree to order anything ...$1500 for 4 new tires?? Seriously?? This is a 4 door chevy sedanIf i could give 0 stars i wouldThey are scammers and will try to get over you

Really you should go somewhere else but if you do choose this place know YOU MUST HAGGLE THE PRICE. They are wildly overpriced here I guess thinking nobody has access to Amazon. Many items are double the price of online. I understand they have overheads like rent but double is a bit drastic. It's easy to get in the mindset that you're getting a good deal because you've talked him down quite a bit but in the end you still could easily be paying more than you could anywhere else. I'm not going to even get started on the shoddy installation work. You've been warned.

They did everything to my car. New stereo and sound system and change my tail lights. Not good at all. Since December if 2014 I been there talking my car to fix my lights and my stereo is the worst place ever.. they even kept me waiting for more then 8 hrs just to fix one light bulb..Now is 2016 I'm goin back again to get a new radio

This is one of the worst places to get a custom audio besides their bad service they over price everything. I went to get a new amplifier and subwoofers, A guy named Jason he will tell you he will give you the best deal but actually type on the invoice a cheaper models and install the cheaper model tell you that you need stuff that really you don't need he sold me a custom subwoofer box without even installing a new custom subwoofer box, he left my old one there but didn't tell me he thought I wasn't going to notice same goes with some led head lights they didn't install them I had to go back another day cause they didn't have them in stock! About the custom work it's all MICKEY MOUSE specially if you get a guy named Israel he drill and screwed the amplifiers on the cab of the truck knowing they would come outside of the cab now I got screws sticking out between the bed and the cab, it's been raining which now I got water going inside the truck causing the amps to turn off even worst my carpet is soaked and getting rust on the bolts! I went back so they can fix it they said to go back in 3 day cause they were to busy.(((( I would not recommend this place to no one, wouldn't want anyone to go thru this experience ))))!!!!!!!!

I was taken for a ride by this establishment.I had made an appointment to have a stereo,amplifier and speakers installed.One would think that installation by professionals would be completed the same day,right? Especially with an appointment.....I didn't get my car back for 3 days AND upon inspection i realized i'd been lied to by these guys.They said they'd completely rewired my stereo system.Horse manure...What ever they did for 3 days i don't know except that the wiring harness of my extremely rare and original 1991 BMW 850i was butchered like a side of beef...Unnecessarily i might add.Instead of running 2 lengths of wire from the trunk up front to the door speakers these guys hacked the whole wire loom and connected to the factory wiring. I have a rock solid Small Claims case against them but there's something stomach turning about this place. I will eat the damage just to take care of myself.I'd have to go into witness protection if i squealed on these tipped up hoods!

I really like this place. I always go here to my tires and sound system. Sam always takes care of me and when I go he even gets me a ride home so I don't have to wait. I recommend this place to everyone last time my sister has a flat tire pch custom audio fixed it and they didn't even charge her... thank you pch custom audio

Worst experience ever!Customer Service sucks!They tell you they will help you and say they will give you good deals,That's a lie all they did for me was give me a headache and over price there merchandise even tho what they have you can find way cheaper.I ordered kickers and these people put JL audios because they didn't have the other kicker for my car,not only that the tv they put in my car does not work.Not only that but they kept my original speakers and they didn't put any thing in my vehicle back together. Everytime I went to complain they wouldn't want to help me.They just gave me the run around and tell me they will fix it but all they did was miss my car up even more.
