Very bad service from the owner was on Saturday I went to go patch my tires, unfortunately did a nasty job on Sunday. My tires are flat. I waited because it was a holiday and I went back on Tuesday and the owner started yelling at me. That wasn t his fault unfortunate. That s why I paid. He goes give this lady her money back. I don t wanna hear her. I think that is very poor customer service. I would never go back to them. I know most of you have had a good experience with them but unfortunately I didn t. Just be careful as us woman when we take the cars to get tires checked these guys are taking advantage specially, if you re alone. But on my experience, I m not alone I talk back and I told him it s so sad that us Mexicans need to help each other , and unfortunately they see us and they don t help us. So good luck out there going to them I will never go back, and I will write them very low score. And I am doing a file against him.

The guy there gave us 4 used tires at a good price. Good tires the threading was deep and good. Satisfied with the tires and price. Will come back. Was honest. Will keep coming back. Even my dad likes the place. My Sentra running smooth again. Thanks.

Worse place in Wilmington maybe los angeles owner is the worst person it's a shame for someone like him to own a place with his attitude.

My brother recommended this tire shop and I'm satisfied with the price on the new tires I got. I have a SUV, and for the same tire the dealership tried overcharging me for, I got it here for $128. So for 2 new tires with 1 year warranty came up to $260. Now that's a deal!! I went in and didn't have to wait, they changed the tires fast and took out a nail from the back tire. This is my new go to place for tires, I can tell they're about helping people out and not overcharging. Oh and they also have used tires as well.

i literally called 10 places and they are the only ones that had my tire size. great fast service too when you arrive. Took my wife's car same day because Toyota said she desperately needed new tires but they were honest and said that she doesn't and that her tires were good and checked air in all tires! Trustworthy and Great service!!!

They wont honor the warranty on the tires. Bought a brand new set of four one got ruined and they refused to change it. Less than 2 weeks on the tire.

1 Star is to good. Was given a price quote in person and 2 days later they think they can up the price 60 bucks. Owner or whoever the head guy is needs an attitude adjustment not to mention learn honesty and customer service. I have had previously been here for some used tires on 2 other vehicles I ve owned and 2 different times I ve had my lug nuts cross threaded resulting in broken wheel studs. If you want hidden fees and higher price then quoted with work done by lazy technicians that have no care about damaging rims etc during the process this is a place to go save yourself some time money frustration and damage to vehicle and go to Steve s tire around the corner beat price by 80 dollars and did quality work

Prices gone WAY up at this place, used to be my go to. Now I recommend Freeway Tires just down the road. Much better and fair prices

Been going there for quite a while now used to drive for a living so as always going through my tires oh no they do sell brand new tires I found that my used tires I saved me more money cuz I went through them so fast and they've often had great used tires but their service is excellent nice guys there

Took my car in today to get a tire changed out. They told me over the phone it was $20 to mount and balance. When I got there they told me it was $30 because my wheels where 2 piece wheels. Even though I told him they where 1 piece wheels and he insisted they weren't. I didnt want to argue so I agreed to his new 30$ price. After he took the wheel off and started working on it, he told me he might scratch the wheel because of the wheel material. I left the shop before they damaged my wheel, went to a tire shop down the street. There they confirmed it was a 1 piece wheel and changed out the tire no problem all for half the price.

BEWARE!! DO NOT GO THERE! They literally patch ur tires with a patch, no plug! Bought a used tire from them n the side wall was patched. Pay the lil extra at any other tire shop.

I always come here for tires. Great prices and super friendly. Super quick too, rarely much of a wait and they are fast AT their job. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Cheap and fast... Sometimes that's a good thing. I've never called to make an appointment, I just show up and immediately get helped. Everytime I've gone, I was in and out... They get right to it.

Beware!! This shop has unlicensed employees who don't know what they are doing!!. I went to change my tire after I ran over a truck nail. The mechanic who changed my tire broke my ford brake cable and one week later my emergency breaks don't work now. He basically put the jack on the wire. The owner didn't even check my car because he didn't want to take responsibility or pay. I just changed my breaks one month ago so really I know it was Him smh

They are the Best!! Cuco is very good, he check tires always in a good Mood and has an excellent customer service, Mr. Felix same thing always with a smile and a clean environment!!

They are the worst shop in Wilmington. The owner is rude. They gave me a new used tire and one week later it popped. Of course they have no warrenty on the tires but really the tire should had lasted me more than a week. Dont go to this shop it has no money back even if they purposely set you up for failure

Pacific tires is my go to place when i need my wheels hooked up the guys there are super friendly and they definitely knpw what they are doing and the prices are fair
