I was in this store a few weeks ago because I was running out of antifreeze for my car, when I arrived to the place I saw a guy who was parked in front of me wearing the store brand uniform. I thought let me ask him if they were allowed to help me out putting the antifreeze in my car before I go inside the store otherwise I would have to go somewhere else, when I approached him to a certain distance so he could hear me; I said excuse me sir could I ask you a question, he could answer yes or not but instead of that he started yelling screaming and insulting me as if he was crazy; acting as one of those aggressive homeless on the street whose minds are not there anymore. I got scared and afraid that he s going to attack me. So I went inside the store and told the person in-charge was had happened to me so they could see the video of this guy aggressiveness towards a customer for no reason but they just told me that the guy was in his brake time so they couldn t tell him anything, I tried to contact the most important person in charge in that store and left him a message but he didn t even bother to contact me. This let me know that they didn t care about the customers security while we are in their premises the management might not be responsible for the employees behavior I totally understand that however they are totally responsible for what they do after they been notified and aware of employee s aggression behavior towards a customer especially if they can see it by themselves in the cameras an incident like that should be a big RED FLAG but I guess the manager is not smart enough to see it unfortunately for people like like that bad employee guy who attacks me I won t ever come back to that store anymore and I m pretty sure l am not the first and I won t be the last because that guy seems to be very confident as if he has done before and knows that nothing is gonna happen to him; The manager might think losing one customer is not important but I m pretty sure I am not and I won t be the only one so good luck with your bad choices.

horrible service unfriendly send me back walking three times cuz it couldn't get the part right on my car was down would never mess with them again

Are you kidding me? These guys are awesome. Great service, very patient and knows there products. You could joke with them. I try to bring them pizza. They love pizza. Products are good . They all deserve raises and pizza's. Lol. Keep up the good job my brothers, and sister's too. Thank you!

Welp i never knew of O'Reilly's until I moved to Cali but this place is a great. Place to find what you need to work on a car if they don't have it then order it. so whatever you need to work on a car just go to one of 3. Places O'REILLY'S, advanced auto or auto zone. If you can't find what you need to work on a car then you shouldn't be working on a car.

They didn't charge my battery and said it was bad .this is the second time . That's why I'm going to auto zone instead .they don't mind doing their job. It's a new battery .I got it from a worentie, after 3 years. I'm a proud yellow optima owner. They lied to me at oreilly. and didn't charge it . They charged it at outo zone . They have better customer service.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Limited parking. Not sure if they have a bathroom. Next to Wells Fargo, 99 cents store and food4less to bundle your trips.

I went in to ask for a battery charge. When i came back to pick my battery up i get it and the guy tells me my battery is bad. It couldnt be because i had bought it recently a month ago. I ended up taking it to autozone where they charged it and told me it was good. Im guessing the staff was thinking i was stupid and tried to get me to buy a new battery. With all due respect YOUR STAFF HAS NO HONESTY.

The clerk Abraham is very lazy didn t put any effort into trying to help me find my parts and just kept pointing to what aisle I could find it on and instead another customer helped me out , I felt embarrassed to even ask for help again definitely not coming back

I've always had good experiences when I have gone into the o'reilly auto parts I buy my brakes there I've had Had the guys there come out in analyze my car and my wife's carm very happy with them parts are super good quality at very low prices very happy with them being in my neighborhood thank you Captain Morgan

This store has very poor customer service. You are better off going to Auto Zone on PCH. Avoid this store.
