Alberto from Loyalty Collision in Wilmington brought life back to my 2011 Dodge Challenger and repainted the entire vehicle, took out all the dents, added a sport package to the body, painted the rims, and ensured quality work for a great price! I get compliments all the time on the car's factory finish. The business is professional, upfront, and honest which is very important to me. My photos speak for themselves. Highly recommend this place! They had great customer service, time of repair was super fast and decently priced! My car also had a large scratch on the side, which they were able to take out. I am very happy with my end results and recommend everyone to check this place out.

I have been to several body shops throughout the south bay. Loyalty Collison is the real deal! Over the last 3 o 4 years I have brought SEVERAL of my vehicles here. They are honest and perform at the highest of quality. I just got back my Infiniti G37 this past week and it looks amazing! Loyalty Collision is amazing!! My family trusts them with ALL of our cars. Alberto and Oscar are polite and quick to help. I have gotten body work done as well as full car detailing.I got into a car accident and had to get my rear bumper replaced. Not only do they work so fast, but the finished product was like new.Thank you for the excellent customer service and the great job you did on my baby Goldie!!

I love this shop. They give you free quotes and are affordable. I brought my car here to get my front and rear bumpers fixed. They are very professional and take pride in their work. I love my results and my car looks really good.

Provided Albert With exactly my situation and what I needed.On his request provided him pictures of VIN and vehicle, twice, over working with him over a 2 week period.The information I provided him Lets him get it exact, regarding all parts needed and cost.I gave him the go ahead to order everthing and agreed to the price he gave me. He said he would order the parts, and I was to bring the car in 6 days later, the following week.Albert made no attempt at ordering part nor contacting me of status.He Did not initiate contact with me or order parts. When I came in a week later, he double the price for extra hardware and trim pieces he as a professional knew about these "extra parts" previos to his final quote.You know this to be true Albert.If youre paying cash, this place is not Straight forward,a bait and switch,completly disregards your time and effort. In my case over 2 week. I have all comunication between Albert and I availible upon request.

After a traffic accidents took my car to loyalty was help and welcomed by Alberto and his crew who went way beyond the call of duty to help me get back on the road . A week later took my car back to repair other stuff and once again I was pleased with all there work and prices thank u all for a great job donuts & sweet bread on me. Ruben B
