My car was broken into and this shop was able to fit me in days before anyone else could. The price was affordable and they were done working on my car in less than 30-45minutes. Joe was very nice, he kept me updated on when the part would be in. The receptionist & staff were all very kind. This shop was actually recommended to me and I m glad I went to them, I will def be recommending them to others.

Most amazing company! Excellent customer service from the moment we drove up. Greeted right away. Car moved into shop so quickly and we were out of there in such a little amount of time. The work is phenomenal. The price is half that of any other place we called. Great price. Service and quality of work, well you get what you pay for. When they returned my car, they didn't attach they driver's wiper arm. They broke a retainer and didn't replace until I told them to. Then they replaced it with the wrong kind of retainer. The rubber around the top doesn't lay flat. The screws on the beauty trim were not screwed right. Again the glass is great.

I've been going here for a bit this place is amazing they are fast they have a lifetime warranty and they're very friendly I highly recommend this place they also do side mirrors windshield I even put my windshield wiper on for me when it was busted thanks guys you guys are great

This is a family owned shop run by Joe and his brother. I must say of my 37 yrs owning cars and getting glass repairs I would rate this place #1! For the price, the service and the professionalism you can't go wrong! I've been here multiple times including getting my front windshield and passenger window repaired. The front windshield was $120 and no other store in all of LA county could match that price! They are super responsive and quick to get the repairs done. No BS! (Being a female in the car repair industry can mean that you get taken advantage of however this place has never taken advantage of me or exploited me for extra costs.) When getting my passenger side done I was super excited to hear that they had a used window available for me for $70! Like the windshield that was super cheap this passenger was also cheap and again no other store in LA county could match that price! The used window saved me so much money and they installed it in 20 minutes, can you believe that! The only complaint I would say is that they don't offer full mechanic repairs, because if they did I would go here for all my car needs for sure! Thank you Joe from the bottom of my heart for all of you are kindness and services!

They are always honest, friendly, excellent customer service and usually get the job done in less than a hour even if they don't have the glass on site it will be there if you call and give them a heads up

Excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly and Jesus and Cande did a great job replacing my windshield in about 25 minutes with no appointment. They even fixed my headliner . The price was good. Great service. God bless this business and its employees. Very respectful, I called in advanced to check price, etc. Francis was very helpful and ordered the glass once I stated I would like to come in the next day, she stated what time the windshield would be in by. I called just to verify the windshield arrived before going over, she stated they have it. When I arrived, they got right to work, I didn't need to wait long for it. They gave me instructions on when I can remove tape and wash the vehicle I recommend this place Jesus Christ Love's Us All, Hallelujah, Amen

Had to get my windshield replaced the same day so I could ship my vehicle overseas from Long Beach. Joe was really helpful and squeezed me in at a really good price. They did a good job installing the windshield, and they did it in less than half an hour. Joe and the other mechanics were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wow when your window cracking you don't know what the h to do and then you find somebody that's very helpful very kind and appreciate you that's where you spend your money at they are amazing if you ever need your window replaced and you're on a budget go there first thanks for your service

Found this place through a referral and by luck. Just in time because my truck's window had a deep divot that wasn't able to be filled in with resin.I spoke with a wonderful lady named Francis and she gave me an unbelievable quote for, not only my windshield, but my wife's windshield. The only request was to call them a day beforehand to make sure the window was in stock (which it was).The process was quick and easy. I got to the place about 830am and i was out by 925am. And I sat and watched the process.Def recommend this place for the no nonsense and straight forward windshield replacement and direct pricing.

Cheap Price Auto Glass was the third place I called to get my rear window replaced as two other 'mobile repair' companies stood me up in a ridiculously unprofessional manner! Not only was Khalid's price 20% lower, but he was able to accommodate me the same day! From the time I put in the service request to the time he had confirmed my appointment, ordered the glass, sent a text with a time to arrive, and had the glass expertly fitted... was about 2 hours total! I am aware appointments will not always be as quick... but that is professionalism at its best! Do not go anywhere else!Service: Auto rear window replacement
