This place has poor customer service. There's no point in making an appointment. They won't honor it. They won't even honor their lifetime warrantee policy on tint. Don't waste your time or money.

I very recommend this shop they have very good customer service and quality equipment.and I was very happy when I left the shop. I got my windows tinted the same day after I got my sounds put into my truck and it sounds very good and the window tint looked very good too and the people that work here are very nice people.

Worth the price but not the wait. I got some bubbles in the tint but, the receipt says lifetime warranty. So I hope they honor their word. As for the wait, is the reason for the quality. Less talk = Quality work. 2hr wait should equal same quality work. Don't have custis wait 2 hours for crab work I could easily mess up myself.

We were having issues with our Bluetooth. Joe helped us out and Made sure it was fixed. He was very helpful. Make sure you ask for him when you go. They also honored the warranty and replaced the stereo.

Went in to install sounds on my honda and everything went great ! Great customer service and all around great prices ! Coming for my tint to be done next week. Joe was very helpful and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for tint , stereo, or alarm work !

I don't know how this place stays in business? Gave me the lowest price and didn't charge me tax!!! 2 thumbs up for that! Really cool staff! I called around to different places kikis best prices hands down! Fast work! I waited 30 minutes big plus! Will definitely come back in the future!

Great customer service. We got our windows tinted on our truck and they were able to get it all done in about 2 hours. Will definitely recommend them.

A week ago, I went to get a car alarm installed and get my back doorlocks (they weren't working properly but they worked) and latch repaired. Something told me that I shouldn't have worked with them because they started out lying. Two different associates, gave me two different prices on the alarm I wanted. Unfortunately, it was the low price of the doorlock motor replacement that won me over. They told me they had to fix them in order for the alarm to work correctly, which was fine. I was told it was going to take up to 3 hours to fix. No problem. They got to work. Fast forward to 45 mins to an hour later, they're done with both back doors but couldn't fix the latch. The part a bout the latch was ok but the door locks were fixed pretty fast, considering the fact that they said it would take about 3 hours to fix. They worked better. So, i paid for both. Something still didn't feel right, so my Mother came by and questioned the repairman about the work that was done. Something didn't add up. She asked to see the part that was taken off. They couldn't provide it for her. Turns out he didn't replace the door lock motor. He just made some minor adjustments, yet he charged me full price for the locks. He lied, so did the lady at the front desk. They yelled at my Mother and tried to act like they were the victim because she questioned them. Typical behavior for a liar. I understand it's a business but I don't like dealing with dishonest people. I expect to be told the right information. There was a lot more that went on. I'll stop here, though. I don't recommend Kikes Auto Sound, at all. I found another shop that was more professional, their work was exceptional and their prices were reasonable. Silly me for not shopping around first. Smh.

Went to get my sound installed and when i went to pick it up my truck it sounded ok but as soon as i switched the song i rarely heard the bass told them bout it and all they did was put up the bass boost to the max and said it was fixed. Went somewhere else to get it looked at and found out they didnt even connect my stock tweeters. never going back there again

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUT MOST IMPORTANT ALOT OF HEADACHES AND STRESS. HAD TO HAVE THE SYSTEM THEY INSTALLED REINSTALLED AFTER THEY SHORTED OUT MY ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. DENIED IT AND TOLD TO KICK ROCKS. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS

Mickey mouse work .wrong parts on radio installation they use glue instead of screws and not all speakers work did not use in the face with insulation
