4 star auto brought a transmission to me and i paid $1600 which i had a 90 day warranty. After a month i called and told them that the transmission had failed and if they could please send me a new one. They said they'll call me back and delayed and rejected all my calls after. Then weeks after they called me back and sent me a new copy of the invoice stating that the 90 day warranty was up because they put a stamp on the new invoice saying that the core was never returned but they refused to take it when they dropped off the transmission. Terrible business with them and would never recommend or consider ever doing business with these types of people ever again. Very disrespectful and have no pride in there work.

Well experience. Part in good condition. And if they don't have the part i need, they will source it, find out who stocks it and pint me in the right direction, fast and efficient... Thank you 4 stars... Should be called 5

BEWARE!!! I chose one star because no stars is not a option. Purchased a transmission, paid asking price and was given a 90 day warranty, waited over 2 weeks to receive it. When I needed the vin number from the car it was removed from Junior gave me a vin for a car coming up for auction in 2 weeks. I called him on it and he said he gave me the wrong vin and then proceeded to tell me that the transmission I got came from Japan on a container and he cant give me a vin. I told him it was not acceptable and then he gave me another vin number. Not 3 months later we are having issues and need transmission replaced. He gave us 3 month warranty, called several times only to be told that his boss is going to auction to buy another car and he will send us another transmission. Days and many phone calls later he tells us that he wants the old one back at our cost and only then will he ship us out another one. We have no faith in him doing this and told him so we will ship it back at his cost and then he says we are out of the warranty and hes not giving us nothing. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET CHEATED OUT OF YOUR MONEY!

Called to identify a bumper that I located there. After saying it was in stock and they would send pictures, they immediately stopped contact. Two days later I call again and they told me they sold the bumper. Bad business ethics.

VERY DISHONEST!!!!!THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY, BECAUSE WE DID NOT RETURN THE CORE WITHIN TEN DAYS. THE MECHANIC WE USE TOOK 12 DAYS TO COMLETE THE INSTALLATION. I TOLD JUAN SR. IT WAS READY TO PICK-UP. HE SAID IT WAS NOT IN TIME AND TOUGH LUCK!!!!!!DON'T BELIEVE ANY THING HE OR ANYBODY THERE SAYS.

It's a disgusting place and the owner, very irresponsible and thieves, tried to get me a share and asked me for 200 dollars as a deposit and they never got it and when I asked for my money they only returned 100 after insisting a lot, very bad service.Es un asco de lugar igual k su due�o muy irresponsables y rateros quedaron de conseguirme una parte y me pidieron 200 dls de deposito y nunca la consguiron y cuando les ped� mi dinero solo me regresaron 100 despu�s de mucho insistir muy mal servicio

You call and they tell you that they do have the parts and when you go to buy the parts with them they tell you that they do not have that part you asked about but they have another more expensive one, they make you go and they change the price, they only waste your time, they are not reliable in special a certain juniorllamas y te dicen que si tienen las partes y cuando vas a comprar las partes con ellos te salen que no tienen esa parte por la que preguntaste pero tienen otra m�s caras te asen ir y te cambian el precio solo te asen perder tiempo nada confiables en especial un tal junior
