Our motorhome broke down on interstate 5. Dispatcher was very helpful finding a desiel repair shop and had a tow truck there to tow us to Redding CA.James the tow truck driver was wonderful. Very helpful. Thank you so very much.

Took a little while to get to me, but they came all the way from a different town, so it was expected. Great company! Really impressed with the driver they sent out! 110� outside and he didnt miss a beat. Was off the road and on our way in no time! Thank you guys so much(:

Levi and the guys at L&T Truck Service did an awesome job getting Bird Dog Fire's Engine 627 back online to continue working the August Complex fire after 14 days of abuse on the fireline and 5 days of travel from Florida.

My brother works here so it's hard to be impartial,,but this is a good towing company their family owned in operating for years. Which gives them quite a bit of experience. There's centrally located along I-5 so they can respond with speed and haste. They operate 24/7 right through the holidays rain or shine they're always there.

Eva/AhmWe want to thank Trevor for the great Roadside Service he delivered to us when the emergency brake light came on in our Subaru Outback.AAA representative connected us to L&T towing in Corning and Willows, Ca. Trevor came with his truck less than 30 minutes of our call, towed our Subaru to find an open repair shop. Finally Trevor was able to release our emergency brake light mechanism himself! They were the only tow service willing to go out into Mendocino National Forest to rescue my stranded car. When I explained what a serious situation I was in, they scrambled to get a tow truck to me that same day, even though it was a 6 hour round trip through dangerous dirt roads deep in the mountains at night. If you need a tricky backcountry tow job, this is the only company worth calling.Service: Car towing

Tow truck drivers are okay, just there to do their job. However the lady they have answering phones on the weekend could really use a few pointers in customer service. She was extremely rude, told me someone would open the gate in an hour, the hour came and went, when someone showed up they proceeded to tell at me for parking near the driveway. Once I explained to them I wasn't trying to enter, was only there to pick up my belongings, they then informed me that "the boss said no, come back monday" mind you the driver who told me this was the same one who dropped me off and informed me that I could grab my things once my ride had arrived. He told me to call the 24 hour line, once I did the lady yelled at me, talked over me, told me that if I didn't have 150 for her to come down, I could get my things Monday. I informed her I didn't sign any paperwork and that my wallet and other personal information was still in the car. She then hung up on me and refused to answer the phones. This is when I called the authorities and they had to show up to ask them to release my property. One of the most ridiculous things I've ever had to deal with, you would think they'd be in the business to help people, not make things worse.

Too expensive!! I called them I thought the starter was bad. Mechanic came looked it and hit the starter few times and it ended up being the fuse box issue. So they used WD 40 to clean up the corroded area all about an hour top I was expecting $100-$150 but they charged $350 for an hour.. definitely will not be calling them ever again..

We were in a car accident 2 nights ago amd L AND T TOWING had picked up our totaled truck hours and hours after they should of. THEY STOLE OUR 4 1/2ft big black tool box, packed full of tool's, and a tote full of other odds and ends. I will not stop spreading the word til justice is doneService: Car towingService: Car towing

Thank you so much! The gentleman who towed me was professional, personable, and understanding to a unique situation. He went above and beyond to help me figure out where I could get the quickest service to my vehicle abd meet other needs as well - I appre I ate people like this so much and I can't thank Andrew (I hope that name is right! enough for being so helpful!

Nothing but "respect" for everyone at L&T Towing, had a blow out in rv and they went well above and beyond to get my family back on the road. Very professional even tho there was a minor mishap with the tow they made everything good. Thank you Zack for being a caring and understanding person and Josh for your hard work. You guys were the fist good that's happened to our family since be for Santa rosa. Thank you guys

Affordable to receive your vehicle back but not the best for how they treat your vehicle with how they tow, drive and store your vehicle. Car returned covered in dirt and cracked window from lack of proper space for towed vehicles to store until returned the time it's returned to legal Owner after proper fees and paperwork's finished.

Late in Friday afternoon my Rollback driver broke down on his F750 truck,Patrick and L & T towing did not hesitate and got to my driver within the hour. Patrick towed our rollback all the way to Union City safe and sound from Maxwell California 143 miles one way.

In 44 years of driving truck and I had never been towed this was my first experience to say the least I don't think I could've asked for anything better very professional and courteous and clean would strongly recommend to anyone needing a tow and from the smallest car to the largest truck they've got you covered thank you wants again

Good Sams gave them wrong location on our RV that needed towing.They made a special trip back to assist us.The driver was exceptionally competent and caring!

They towed my car from Willows all the way back to the Bay Area, and they provided prompt service and updates to let me know what was going on (I got home separately before the car).
