After changing drivers at a rest stop near willows our car wouldn t start. It was nighttime and there was no way to get the parts we needed for repair so after looking for a well rated tow truck we called Manuel to get us and our car into willows for repair the next morning. He was super friendly, helpful and professional. He looked over the engine, double checked the most common potential issues and made excellent recommendations for getting the best help the next day. When dropping us off at the hotel, he waited around to confirm we were able to get a room. What a great guy and great service!

Had the axle break on my boat trailer on Hwy5 south of Willows. Called Manuel and he arrived within 30 minutes. He got the trailer hooked up and towed me into town and actually made himself available 4 hours later to help load the trailer up to be transported home. This guy is a class act and truly cares about his customers. If you ever need assistance this is the only call you need to make. Thanks Manuel !!Service: Special vehicle towing

Do not be fooled! The owner/operator Manual is a con artist. He charged me $300 for a .05 mile tow and another hundred for "storage fees" and he only had my truck for 2 hours!! There's more; Manual then proceeded to refuse release the vehicle even though I provided him with all proper documentation required to regain possession and move the vehicle legally per State (VC) Law and written pre-approval from the DMV. He tied to bully me out of my truck HA not this time ! Go fish Manual!!! *10/10* Josh G, 1st Time Customer:I ran out of gas and my insurance company found the best truck available to bring me 2 gallons of gas was 45 minutes away and cost $170. I googled tow places in the area. Within 3 minutes the owner of A Plus towing, Manuel was en rout for an honest price that saved me any out of pocket fees. Pretty good considering it was past midnight. Quick, simple, and fair. Afterward, he led me to an open station and didn t leave until he saw I was good to go. That is what I consider excellent service.

I broke down past midnight and I was fortunate enough to have Manuel sent. He arrived quickly on the scene and towed me 100 miles! Manuel s excellent work did not stop there. I ran into some troubles getting a reimbursement from my insurance and Manuel was a great help working with me and the insurance to help me get my money back. Manuel is a family man with a daughter going to college and he cares about his career and his customers. I 100% recommend Manuel there is no better person to call.

Manuel assisted me today unlocking my SUV when I left the keys inside at the WalMart parking lot. He was patient and didn't make me feel like a dummy! He arrived very quickly and although he had never manually unlocked my vehicle model before he was able to quickly figure out how to do it. He didn't leave any grease marks o my doors either!! :) Great Company, great service.

Had an electrical failure at 6 pm on my work vehicle after a 3 hour drive back to the valley. Was lucky to get off the freeway by Willows. Called A+ Tow and he arrived in less than 20 min! Excellent service from this company!!! I lost a tire on my RV on I5 near Willows. I talked to this tow service and he showed up to where I limped to in about 5 minutes . He was able to install the spare and I was back on the road. Couldn't ask for any better service and the price was great! Highly recommend!

I am a domestic violence survival and I needed to get out of a situation fast. With a 5th wheel a truck that list battery connection I paid a high rate to have the issue fixed. The service personel came unprepared and left me with a remaining issue that in less than 30 minutes later and I am stranded in the heat and scared.

I highly recommend A+ Tow & Transport if your stranded near willows or anywhere. The owner Manual Rodriguez is by far one of the most professional, Kind, Patients the list goes on that I have ever encountered. My car broke down on I5 on my way to SFO an I tried other towing companies but due to finances I was referred to A+. The owner Mr. Rodriguez was friendly an gave me a reasonable price but what I was really shock was how much Rodriguez wanted to help people an he went above an beyond to jus towing my car. He towed my truck an helped me get rid of car, etc..Then offered me a ride to a nearby McDonald's as I waited for my family from the Bay to pick me up. If you are ever in need of a towing an your stranded on I5 or in a ditch, dark alley I highly recommend A+ TOW&Transport becuz unlike other tow companies Manual Rodriguez cares about helping people an his prices are fair. The guy goes above an beyond of what he does so give this Guy a call! Tip the guy if you have the money becuz he deserves it!!!

Good guy, but honestly price was a little high and i was told that someone had got charged even higher amout then me, i dont think he has set pricing.
