Helped us out of a jam when a trailer detached on the highway and we needed a wrecker to pull it off the hill. They were pretty quick to respond and very helpful.

Had issues with my car in the middle of nowhere at night, pretty stressful, but everyone I met was very kind, they worked hard to get me the best price in my situation and were efficient/considerate in getting it towed back. Hopefully no more problems but if I have them I know I m in good hands

Had locked keys in my truck, called buddy's and in less than 15 minutes they showed up and quickly got me in my truck and I was on my way, fair and affordable prices ,

Buddy's Auto has helped me out a number of times throughout the years. Everything from a locked key in my car to broken down in harm's way. They have always been kind, quick, and efficient. Today was no exception. My daughter's vehicle was stuck in the snow on 299. Within a few hours she was back on the road to work. Thank you so much for help. The woman handling the calls is very rude first time we called for help we cancelled the tow due to her attitude. However, I will give the 5 star review for the tow truck driver. He is professional , caring and knows his stuff. Try to ignore the office the driver will take care of you.

Rotten place with the worst staff especially the front desk girl who was extremely rude and no respect I went to get. My car and my keys was but with the car wen I went to pick up plus they charge on weekend s even tho they aren't even open ! Total nightmare and horrible service I'm from outta town and she did care to tell how long it would take for the. Key to get back plus she never even called me stating that it was there but she was sure willing to take my money 1700 wat greedy inconsiderate actions I received .. sabatoge for sure so I lost my car. And it's cuz they unprofessionally didn't have my key with my car and no call after that messed up

What a great crew. First off, I work as the local FedEx guy. It had snowed and I didn t know how to chain up my tires with some new chains. They took time out of their day to show me how. Then, I needed a truck to be towed from Salyer to Eureka. Not only did Mike keep me updated on how the travel was going, but he also was very accommodating and helpful. Thank you Buddy s!

I've dealt with buddies on several occasions and they have always treated me me right. All the guys are sweet and kind greeting me with a smile and fairness. I'd recommend them all day and night long. Thank you buddies for your years of serving the Humboldt and Trinity Counties. Xoxo

Operator hung up on me for asking how much a tow will cost. Obviously only in business to rip off the insurance companies because they won t even tell you how much they ll charge. I refused their service due to non disclosure of prices.

I know its weird to have a GOOD towing experience....but Travis was the nicest guy & he did everything he could to accommodate us when we broke down right outside Willow Creek after our 5� hour drive from the Sierra mountains to Trinidad.... he gave us plenty of recommendations & even checked up on us the next day when he was helping someone else at the hotel we were staying at....

Called to ask about a tow and somehow got on the topic of vaccinations, the operator clearly expressed being against getting vaxxed and I agreed bodily autonomy is important, then proceeded to get really defense about drivers not wanting to give rides to passengers because they don't want to risk getting COVID....ok... anyways, she was awfully rude and unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting.

Have AAA & be served 5 stars. We have had 4 tows in one year and each time the driver response time was within the hour, the driver was courteous & knew what he was doing.1st was a lock-out at the grocery store - 15 min response & 3 minutes the door was opened2nd was a tow for a friend to eureka - response was 45 min - we followed & driver drove safe3rd was a RV 20 miles off the highway - response was an hour & driver was a pro4th was a salvage we bought - we scheduled this for the next day (sunday)& driver was on time & towed it home for us [ till we could get plates & paperwork done following Monday]Each and Every time we received timely, professional, and courteous customer service. Thanks to the drivers and the staff at Buddy's.

Was getting a car towed to my house in eureka from hoopa. It was picked up at 2pm. Still haven't made it to my house at 7pm. Very disappointed. No phone call no info on what's happening. You guys might as well be the cable company.

The drivers and owners son like to sit back and laugh about how the poor souls who have their cars stolen and taken out to willow creek area just to be picked up by Buddy's towing. They laugh because they know the owners won't be able to afford their storage fees and they will get to sell said car. They also joke about it with simple impounded cars too. This company gives off a good front of being nice but they constantly are looking for ways to rip you off if you're not AAA or fully insured. Watch out guys and gals. Ask for an alternative if you can. Its also funny to see the employees and there families posting 5 stars. Those are almost the only people who gave 5 stars.

I had a blow out in the middle if the night. A CHP officer called them and specifically told them the tool that would be needed to fix my spare. They didn't bring the tool. They made the mistake and demanded I pay them all the money I had on me and still had intentions of leaving me in the middle of no where but broke this time. I refused to pay them for their mistake. Another CHP officer sent me back there the next morning to get a new tire after spending the night alone and frightened and they yelled at me saying I owed them money and to get off their property. These men see a woman desperate and try to manipulate her. What pigs! I would never ever use their services even if they were the last place on earth to get service after the way I was treated by these people. They think it's ok cause they are the only place for miles to get help. Well I'm here to tell you Buddys it's not ok the way you treat people that don't have AAA!

Very professional they know what they're doing and do their job well. When you talk to them on the phone they speak to you in a professional manner and they are very respectful in the way they answer you questions. Thanks to all that work for Buddies towing.
