Bryan is the kind of person you want to be working for a tow company. Friendly, kind, funny, and makes you feel like everything is gonna be ok in a bad situation. My husband and I had the pleasure of hanging out with him for a couple of hours from Ukiah down to Sacramento. Lost a wheel on a trailer, and needed a flatbed for the tow.. AAA won't cover this, so I called Smith's. They dispatched fast, price was great, and the driver was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We hit a deer on 101 at midnight on Christmas Eve. CHP was unavailable to assist and our insurance was unable to dispatch a tow truck. I googled Tow Company in Willits and Smith Automotive was the only service that said available 24 hours, unaffected by Christmas. After 2 hours on the side of the highway getting nowhere with CHP and our insurance company, I gave them a call and Brian magically appeared in less than 30 minutes with a smile on his face at 2AM on Christmas morning, loaded our truck in less than 10 minutes and drove myself, my boyfriend, and our 80 pound dog to a hotel and waited to make sure we were able to check in before taking our truck to the yard. Brian was amazing, extremely professional and genuinely seemed to care about getting us safely to a hotel for the evening. His customer service was above and beyond, he made the end of our disastrous Christmas Eve 1000% less stressful.Service: Car towing

My daughters low to the ground bmw 328i had an issue with the back breaks where the back wheel locked up. Brian at Smith towing is hands down the best! He has all kinds of tricks and he figured out the best way to get our car where it needed to be without any kind of issue or damage regardless of the wheel locking up or the lowness to the ground. Seriously people, we will recommend him to anyone who needs a tow! Brian ROCKS!!Service: Car towing

I slid off the road on my way home with a generator and food for my wife and newborn at the house in this blizzard I called smiths towing not only was the lady that anwsered the phone knowledgeable about the area with where I was stuck but dispatched a driver out to me ASAP peter pulled up within 5 minutes!!!! Pulled me out in about 2 minutes while giving the friendliest and quickest tow service I've ever experienced would recommend over ANY tow company around 5 stars if I could give 6 stars I wouldService: Car towing

Was locked out of my car this evening. AAA was going to be an hour and a half while we waited with a 3yr old in the freezing cold. We swere traveling from Washington and got stuck on the side of the mountain in the dark at 930pm and within 20mins of our insurance calling Smiths towing Brian showed up. He was able to get our 2500 dodge with truck camper on the back to Willits. He was extremely professional and helpful. You could tell he knew what he was doing and knew his equipment well. They let us stay in there yard over night. It was such a comfort being taken care not knowing where we were. My brother traveled all they way from Dallas, Tx to visit me in Oregon only to find himself stranded in Willits, CA with a dead battery. Smith Towing showed up quick, gave him a jump, and got him back on the road in no time. 10/10 highly recommend! Shout out to Peter! Thanks for helping my bro out so far away from home!
