I don't leave many reviews , but it's hard to find a good mechanic so I thought I'd leave one for onward , honestly I've now had them do several projects on multiple vehicles ranging from exhaust upgrade on my 18 ram (flow master set up) to a transmission job on my son's sequoia and plenty of scheduled service jobs .each time AJ has been upfront about the costs , extremely thorough, courteous, quick turn around time. But most importantly to me he figured out everything in the beginning of each project and laid out my options as far as cost and possibly outcomes so I could decide what worked best for me . I would recommend onward for any mechanical project you have and they certainly have earned all of the 5 stars!!!

These guys have the best crew and they're really knowledgeable and efficient. They didn't overcharge me, helped me find a good solution and when the parts weren't fitting my budget went out of their way after hours to help me find local sources of what I needed. I can't say enough good stuff about these guys. If you find yours2lf in my neck of the woods and jn need of automotive help I highly recommend these guys every time. I owe one of them a few beers if I remember right lol

They fixed my oil cover when I was just passing through Willets at night, and they stayed open a little late just to help me out. And they would not accept payment. Super nice and gave me a lot of advice about what to do to fix the problem permanently. They were a godsend for sure!!!

Aj is an amazing machanic. Hes very detail - oriented, he has strong problem solving skills, hes extremely knowledgeable, his communication with me was very clear- i know exactly what was going on with my car. Very thankful to have him around.

AJ is attentive, punctual and he did everything he could for me and my vehicle as fast as he could. Because he s so good, he s in high demand. I highly recommend taking your car to AJ

AJ came in after hours to diagnose my daughter's little VW beetle. Found out her catalytic converter had been stolen. He made a temporary fix so she could continue to have transportation until the part came in. When the part arrived, he called, we dropped off the car and he had it done the same day. Very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Awesome shop! I highly recommend!Services: Exhaust, Vehicle safety inspection

The definition of dishonest.I called this morning and they said they had time to install a part I had. When I arrived Upton told me he just needed the part and some time and he could get it done within a few hours. I told him I just had to go get the part from home not a short distance especially without AC and then drop the car off. He agreed.I went and got the brand new part. But when I returned another mechanic was talking with Upton and they told me We just changed our policy about installing customer supplied parts. I was prepared to do a lot of business with them at a non-discounted rate. I own a house in Willits. I m part of this community and just wanted to give my money to someone else in it.

I was driving down the road and came across this business.My RV had a check engine light on I knew it was because of the gas cap. I spoke with the owner and he said he would help me, immediately and solve the problem. I was very grateful I spoke to him a little bit and he shared with me that he has been in the automotive industry all his life. I saw that he had drive and a willingness to help. S&S quickly diagnosed and repaired a failed wheel bearing on my truck as we were passing through with our travel trailer. They did great work and got us back on the road same day! I couldn't be happier.

I needed a smog test and that service in 'Fort Bragg had a 3-week wait list. S&S said "come on over". They set up quickly performed the check right away and were done in half an hour. Only problem... They were such good guys and knowledgable we stood around for another half-hour talking cars, Highest recommendation!

Called for price on a common job common truck, guy in phone put in no effort to help me went ahhh silence ahhh nothing comes up under chevy exspress 3500 5.7I said well some parts systems call it an express and some commercial cassis but its the same motor i can give the pump part number...Ahhhh silence again then you got the vinNot right here its in the truckAhhh yhen a pause a minute laterI guess you should get the vinIk ill do that. Its the pump that goes in under the fuel tank you dont have to drop it. And id like to replace the relay also but ill get the vin sonyou can find your price. Thx s lot appreciate it.YaHis tone, lack of wsnting to help and verbage we screaming "i hate my job, please dont make me fix your truck, and i hope he doesnt call back".

Had my car smogged they where very quick to get me in and out no longer then 30 mins had I only was charged 80.00 I will use them from now on..
