Steve was exceptionally helpful when me and my partner came in on our way to Fort Bragg for help with replacing our windshield wiper blade. We had come up from Sacramento when it started raining and we needed to change my blade ASAP! We were struggling getting the latch to release so Steve helped is put on our new wiper. Amazing service!

Always knowledgeable about what I need for my car. My car is 30 years old yet they are still wonderful about getting parts for it if I need them. They have everything for older high mileage cars as well as brand new ones. They loan out tools when you need them. These guys are a great welcome in Willits

My overall experience was good staff was very helpful beside the girl that work there was kind of rude and stuck up. Very unprofessional doesn't know how to treat customers

Great place for auto part needs. Came in recently to get a battery for my key fob. The gentleman totally helped me find it and change it out. So cool. They definitely care and want to help you.

Very helpful. Like the fact that they keep track of my items purchased so that any discrepancy,core charges,or returns dont require my receipt. Prices could be more competitive with online shopping. All-in-all, O'Reilly's is the auto parts store that I'm down with around here.

To me this is a pretty new place for Willits. The store is clean and the service is good. If they don't have the part they can order it. Overall, a good start when you plan to work on your car.

Very, very helpful. He tried everything to get my new keyless entry I got from somewhere else to work. Come to find out, It was faulty. But they sure tried. That means a lot.

Prices are good, they have a great selection but the people who work here must really hate life. They barely talk to you, they act like when you walk up to the counter with items or to order something that you are bothering them. I waited for 5 min for a guy to type something in his computer before he would even look at me. No "Just one second" or "Hi, I will be right with you" just silence, and then when he was ready to help he just looked at me and said "yeah?" Another time I went in, 2 people behind the counter and they had to argue over who had to help me because both of them wanted to go in the back office. Go there and get your parts, but do not expect any friendly greetings or help. Just assume they all lost a family pet and it will make the trip easier.

Always helpful but not always smart. Some of the employees don t know a Flashlight and a wrench. And if you need some thing that they say they have to ship make sure they don t have it in the adjacent store in the next town

There one guy who helps and he kinda looks like Santa along with some of the young kids, the manager on the other hand is not a chipper fellow and generally has his customers he coagulates with and the rest just get stared at. Need cheap part now here you go, need help to figure it out across the street at Little Lake Autoparts and you'll get help 9to6:30.
