I was travelling by (rental) car and spent one night in Willits. It was raining the evening we arrived and the wipers in the rental car were shot! The next morning I went to get new wipers and was assisted by Calvin; what a great guy! He was super friendly, and very helpful, taking off the old wiper and installing the new. Great service which is getting harder and harder to find these days.

Shout out to Tim at this Napa location. He has gone above & beyond for my Ford which blew out a spark plug & coil.With no repair shop open today, he is going the extra yard to try and get me on the road, and I appreciate his generosity & professionalism.

Kathy runs a tight ship here and she is just as knowledgeable as anyone when it comes down to parts and she expects the same of the counter staff so if you really need help finding a part of that vintage car or a set of wipers for your electric conveyance stop by and get the help you need.When you need real car people with real knowledge this is the place in town you turn to for quality service and known brand parts. It's also the home of Willits Shifters a 60+ year history laid out on the front wall and just inside the door. So Napa Know How and real car people make this the go to spot for those car needs.

I went today to show my starter still under warranty that I took off my Ford f250 to show it and have it tested, I tested it myself just before and realized it would spin but not engage.When they tested it they said it was good.My understanding is that it was probably an intermittent failure, anyhow they swapped it with a new one without difficulty, I came home put it back and the truck started right up.Great customer serviceFred

Tim and cathy are excellent they help with as much if not more than anyone could want. Also tim is killer when he makes the high pressure line always work or will be able to come up with a solution that will work.

Wow!!! Amazing customer support/service and a excellent staff of people to work with. Tim and the fine lady at this NAPA saved me from a weekend of stress, found the parts I needed for a not so familiar car in a nieghboring city, had the parts shipped up, they opened the doors to me early on a rainy day, had parts by 8:30 am, let me use the back of the store to change out the serpentine belt tensioner, belt, and idler pulley, loaned me some tools and was back on the road by 9:45am. These people at this location know how to take care of people in a bad situation, I was 850 miles from home with my wife and kids, not sure how to get the parts I needed in a small town with a population under 5000, but again Tim made this happen flawlessly. By far the best auto parts buying experience I have had to date, and I have had many. Thanks again Tim.

Was on a road trip with the family, pets, and luggage. Tire started to go flat and they fixed the tire free of charge, but the kicker is, they were kind enough to see that I was just passing through and prioritized my repair since the kids were just sitting in the truck. Great group of guys and gals!

Napa is always great to me! They have intelligent people and they always help you out as much as they can! They are definitely always in my mind when we need parts for our vehicles!

Was going on a camping trip and on the way my van started misfiring. I first stopped at O'Reilly's down the street they were kind enough to diagnose my car and tell me what cylinder was misfiring but wouldn't let me use their tool. Drove down to this NAPA and they were so friendly! They let me use their tools, gave me a hand with the car, and provided me with an overall positive experience and made my bad situation a lot better.

My auto battery suddenly died while I was forty miles from home. The folks at this auto parts store were more helpful than I could have dared to hope. A man came out and tried to remove the fittings from the battery, which proved almost impossible because there was so much corrosion. He tested the battery and installed a new one for me. Since I know very little about auto mechanics, I am very grateful for the service and help I received today. If I had been towed to a garage the expense and inconvenience would have been great, indeed.

Napa in willits is a great place to get parts. The staff they have is top notch. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They are always ready to take your call or greet you with a smile when you walk in. I won't go anywhere else to get my parts.

I drive trucks for a living I don't usually need tools but I went in there they have the exact will I needed in fact they had a set of Ratchet wrenches that I needed they even gave me a great sale price for them even though they weren't on sale the customer service is great they greet you on your way in the door and don't leave you standing around lost and the AC works great in there too so if your hot stop in there and check it out

Nice small place to shop for a part for your car or just get a miscellaneous that you might be working in your car.Friendly staff always happy and ready to help you, they even will help you choose the same product for less money that will do exactly the same thing. I'm glad I went there to get what I needed!!!

I was working at our satellite office at Howard memorial , after work I went to start my car and the battery had corroded the connection to make an extremely long and angry story short I made it down to Napa auto parts and went inside asked for help and without hesitation the nicest lady started helping me pull everything off the gross battery and picked out new connection things for it , then a gentleman by the name of Carl went wayyyyy out of his way and ended up cutting the wires and cleaning everything and got me on my way at the extreme costly price of $4.95 (sarcasm) how incredibly cheap!!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW HELPFUL THEY WERE !!! Carl and mystery lady i thank you so much ,you are amazing humans to say the least .

Tim, Cathy, Danny, River...all of those people at Napa are very friendly and helpful. I know that when I walk into this Napa, that I will walk out with the right parts...that is not always the case at part stores....Even when they are very busy, they always take the time to greet people coming into the store.

I was on a road trip up to Oregon for Labor day weekend when I lost my vacuum pump in my Ford campervan. I coasted down into Willits and had the choice of NAPA or AutoZone. I'm glad I chose NAPA. These guys recognized the part I needed. And the had it in stock!! The let me borrow a wrench to take off my belt, I had the rest of the tools needed. And even let me wash up when I was done. The whole thing was less than a hour delay that could have been catastrophic to my Holliday weekend.

Great place and crew! They bend over backwards to help you and solve whatever issues you may have, and pricing is usually low or at least reasonable.

They didn't have ANY alternator for my base model Toyota Tacoma, nor did they offer to find one nearby. This NAPA location is a customer service disappointment compared to other NAPAs I've been to.

Once more NAPA proves to have awful bad customer service. You would think I'd learn. I will never use NAPA parts again not will I allow my mechanic to use them with my car.
