I had a great experience dealing with the towing company and Joel in specific. My company car was stuck really badly in mud and he came out to help me, didn t make me feel like a stereotypical dumb lady for being stuck, and really did his all to get my car out. I can t speak highly enough on his help and his kindness. I d recommend them to anybody.Service: Car towing

Unfortunately we need a towing service today and these guys came to help and have us towed to sacramento freightliner. I really had a good service and communication on the road.Thanks Joel for coming. If you don t mind little bit higher rates these guys are professional at their job.

Joel was professional, honest, and answered all of my questions when my car broke down on the side of the road. We were out of town and called around, Sanders Towing definitely has the best service, friendliest workers, and affordable prices. Towing is always stressful, but these guys took the edge off and worked with us to make sure we were okay. Matt who picked us up was funny and friendly as well. I would definitely call these guys first if you need a tow in this area!

I found myself stuck in some mud after having to pull off the road near Woodland, CA on CA-113N. Google directed me these guys in error and even though they were not able to assist directly due to the distance they went above and beyond to get me a referral in my area and even texted me the information. The company they recommended was there to assist within 30 minutes and I couldn't have been happier. If the guys at Sanders Heavy Towing go that far above and beyond for someone who is not even a customer I can only imagine how the treat their actual customer. Thank you for having great team members willing to assist! You guys ROCK!

The owner Joel was prompt and honest. Called in transit to pick us up and arrived when he said he would. Hard working, no frills type of guy. Pleasant to talk with while driving, knows the area and charged a price much lower than what was quoted by other companies in the area. Would highly recommend Joel if you ever find yourself needing a tow.

Called to get my boat and trailer towed back home due to a flat tire. Was concerned when the employee, Robert, was putting the trailer on flat bed and voiced my issue about the wires connected to the lights would be stripped with the way he loading it on the flatbed. When we get home, of course what was expected, wires stripped completely and all of the lights on the left side do not work and one light on the right side is not working. Reached out the owner and he told me that is a common problem that he can't fix. If the driver would have been straight up with me and told me wires being cut in half was a common issue, I would have just left my boat there and called one of my friends. So on top of paying them almost 900 dollars, I also have to pay for new wires.Service: Long distance hauling

Not the day I wanted to have. I myself own my own tow truck company..although I'm small (1 truck) it always sucks when your truck breaks down. I call Sanders and let me tell you this is some of the best customer service I have experienced. Dillon came to my rescue and tow my broke down tow truck home for me. This company gets 5 stars from me and will continue to use this company if I break down again. Thanks Dillon for the excellent work

On Sunday, I had the misfortune of severe tire damage while I was passing by the town of Williams while driving North on I-5 to Seattle. I was referred to Sanders Towing for roadside assistance.When my mechanic, Misa, arrived, He quickly assessed my situation. The spare was a full-size tire that I had replaced just days earlier with the new tire that failed. For my safety, he decided to rotate the tires on the right side of my vehicle, putting the more worn tire on the back and the better tire on the front. It was more work for him, but my safety clearly was his top priority. He said, " If it was me, I would get a hotel room and wait for the tire store to open, but..." He could tell that wasn't my plan."Go slow," he commanded. "If you don't go over 55 miles per hour, you might make it."I took that advice and made it all the way to Seattle.After my arrival, I went to the chain of tire stores that was responsible for the installation of the failed tire and relayed the information my Sanders mechanic provided to me when he removed that faulty tire: "My mechanic said that the folks who put the tire on didn't tighten the lugs properly. Tires can't withstand lateral pressure. Look, the tread ripped right off of the tire here." They were so mortified they had to give me a replacement for free.Thanks to this gentleman's logical assessment, extra work, and excellent and caring customer service I was safe and sound. Thank you to the Sanders Heavy Towing team. You guys rock!

Excellent service. I was in a bad wreck, car was beyond totaled, but I had many important documents in my trunk, which was inaccessible from the outside of the car.The owner stayed with me and, by hand, retraced all my documents and items from my car, meticulously, since I was in no condition to crawl around. Incredibls service. Thank you.

I talked to the owner on the phone about towing a 40 ft. Motorhome to Nevada that would have costed from $2300.00 to $3000.00 dollars. He was very helpful and gave me a bid. His tow company did not end up towing my R.V.. Gave me some other ideas which gave me alternatives other than the long distance tow. I instead am going to remove and replace the diesel powerplant and doing the work locally at warehouse at no cost to me. That is a company that ia not greedy what so ever.Thank you Sanders Heavy Towing
