Out of state traveler that woke up to a screw in my car tire. Drove down and these guys got it fixed right on the spot. Friendly service and fair price. Highly recommend for their professionalism and honesty.

Rarely write reviews. Needed car repaired early Wednesday. Gave me priority. Fixed promptly, continued trip to trinity Alps to meet family but found them packing to leave due to fire evacuation. Put 500 miles yesterday on my car. If not repaired earlier in day would have been a disaster. Thanks to all of you at Mid Valley. Dave

Absolutely amazing speedy service!! Me and my families AC wasn't working on a road trip and EVERYWHERE appointments were full because it was a holiday weekend. We stopped by here as a last ditch effort to fix it & they took us in on the spot. They estimated an hour but within 15 minutes we were able to leave with a working AC! I thought they'd charge us an arm & a leg for last minute holiday service but not at all! Thanks guys!!!

I was pulling an RV travel trailer and after stopping for gas in Williams, I noticed the casing on one of the trailer tires had just ripped off and was about to blow. I drove across town to the shop and showed up at 4:55 pm just before they closed. They stayed late (after hours) to replace my tire, and I had the other tire replaced while they were at it (6 year old tires). They didn't charge me extra for staying open late. Honest hard work. I had to get to Oregon that night, so this was crucial! They're worth going to for work on your vehicle even if it's not an emergency situation, if you're just passing through on I-5.

My tire exploded earlier today. Thankfully I had a spare. But a tire wrench alone can't secure a tire for a long drive. So I drive down here to ask them to tighten my tire. They were fast, polite, and best of all, they didn't charge me. They said it was too easy to charge me. I never visited a repair shop that didn't charge if they had to bring out the heavy tools. Not only that they let me use the bathroom and gave me some water. That tire took an hour to change by the free way at over 90 degree heat, so the water was much appreciated. They didn't let me pay for that either, said it was a thing they do for all customers.

They took me in when I was in need of fast repairs which was great. I was told the vehicle would be done by noon which it was not but greatfull they scweezed me . They were to install the alter belt for the AC but did not but changed the Drive belt which does not operate the AC so disappointed about that but will speak to them about it when I go back this week for a leak... other then that great people and service.

We broke down on I-5 near Williams with the wheelbearings of our travel trailer on fire! We called Mid Valley Auto Care and Marvin took us in and saved the day! Within just 1 day he and his amazing crew were already done repairing the damage! We were treated with respect, kindness and genuine empathy! Their work was excellent, thorough, reasonably priced and fast! This shop reminds me of how it must ve been in the old days!!! I can t say enough about how amazing Marvin and his shop are and how grateful We are that they helped us!!!

Had a check engine light on in my truck. Told me it would be an hour an 112$ just to check on the computer. Went over to Autozone where they do it for free. No reason to charge that much other than to take advantage of someone.

Went to change my motor oil. Found their autoshop close on Saturdays. So, I want to auto parts section to buy motor oil. The salesman was friendly, helpful and professional.

I called at 4:15 got a price for a tire was told service truck is gone for a hour I tell him I will limp my car to him when I arrived at 4:45 the owner was gone and his employees refused to help saying it won't be done by 5 I use Napa always charging more than double cause I'm in need not good I will call corporate very bad business choices

Did a wonderful flat repair on my RV my 87 year old father was being transported in it as he is paralyzed they did the job in a hurry and got us back on the road so he could get care what a marvelous place

Needed a headlight! Got pulled over, just a warning! While there, had a oil change! Am from out of town, but got in pretty fast!
