I highly recommend this place! We were stranded in Williams in our van that we live in full time, and Dave was incredibly helpful, kind, and communicative. We felt like he went out of his way to make sure we could get back on the road even though they were absolutely swamped. On top of that, his crew was thoughtful and friendly, and many of them also went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. I have an old van that I have experience fixing, and Dave was super receptive to that and invited me to look at certain things and follow the process he was taking while also explaining aspects he couldn t show me. He also seems to love working on old rigs and has a great knowledge of them which is sometimes hard for us to find. I can t recommend Harper s enough! Shouts to Dave, Ann, Sheri, and Jeff! Thank you and the rest of the crew we appreciate y all so much.

3 other auto shops didn't have the time of day for us. The gentleman here was polite, professional and kind. Though I told him that we were not in a position to have him do the work he diagnosed as needed, nevertheless, he gave us good advice, and refused payment for the time he spent on our problem.

I broke down on I-5 heading toward the Bay Area in my 29' Class C RV and the tow truck towed me to Harper's. My transmission was blown. They got to work on it right away and had a rebuilt transmission put in within a few days. But the old RV had other problems and Dave and his excellent team of mechanics were committed to making sure my RV was completely fixed before I got back on the road.Everyone at Harper's is extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. And they are FAIR! You don't have to worry about being gouged or taken advantage of. They're very communicative and are very good at explaining how your automobile works and what needs to be fixed - and why.Because of a laundry list of things that were wrong with my RV I ended up being stuck there for 2 weeks - and I couldn't have asked to be stuck in a better place. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care.I'm back on the road, my RV is running better than ever and I am very grateful to Harper's Auto. I highly recommend them!

I was travelling on I-5 on my way down south and stopped at a Williams gas station. My car had lights lit up on the dashboard and I was advised to check my electrical system. I found Harpers Auto Repair on Google and called them. They were awesome, waiting for me when I arrived. I don't know anything about cars and they assured me everything was okay after checking it out and test driving. I give them a five star rating! Thank you Harper Auto Repair for taking such good care of me!

My truck broke down on my way up to a Datsun show in Oregon with friends at a nearby gas station and Dave offered to let me use his shop to fix it. I thought that was very generous and honest. We got my truck on one of his racks and he even loaned us tools! We fixed the truck and made it to Oregon no problem. I HIGHLY recommend Harper's Auto repair for your automotive needs. They are friendly and very helpful. Thanks again Dave

I broke down near Williams, CA and had to rely completely on internet reviews to find a place to have my car towed. Lucky for me Dave was still there when the tow-truck driver dropped off my car so I was able to hand off my keys and discuss the problem in person. He gave me an estimate for replacing the serpentine belt (he also shared some of the amazing pluots from the box he had in the office!). When he called the next morning Dave explained the problem was actually the tensioner assembly, which took out the belt. He had to wait for parts, but expected to have my car ready an hour after parts arrived. The parts took longer than he expected, but he was very communicative about the entire process. In my experience cars are rarely ready at the hoped-for time. My Dad, who has worked on cars for years, said the problem and fix were on-target for what I experienced and the price was reasonable when not going to my usual mechanic (Dad...). All in all, this experience was as good as an unexpected $300 car repair and overnight stay at a hotel in the middle of nowhere can be. I appreciated I could reach Dave when I called and he also called me to give updates. He also explained the problem in a way I could understand and convey to my dad.

Very pleased with the service at Harpers. I broke down Thursday evening on my way from Seattle to LA. I Googled repairs in the area and called Harpers. It was after closing time but they answered.I had the van towed to the shop and as promised they would look at it first thing in the am. They called me by 10:00am, diagnosed the problem and had me back on the road by noon. They even came and picked me up at the hotel. Fair price and customer service was top notch. If you are ever in tribe in the Williams area, I strongly recommend Harper's Auto!Thanks again Guy's!

I recently had some major transmission work done on my truck. Harper's was great!! The truck was completed on time and is running great!! They saved me money along the way also. I was so impressed with their work I took my other car in for service the day I picked up my truck!!

I was driving from Seattle to San Diego and had some car troubles Saturday night. Harper's Auto was closed but I was able to get help anyway. The customer service was fantastic and the folks were honest. I cannot say enough good things. If you need help with your car, go to Harpers. Fantastic. I cannot thank them enough.

Car broken down from out of state road trip and he reviewed the car the next day. Very quick and professional - provide a great breakdown of what happened to the car. Upon realizing the engine was blown, went above and beyond to research possible warranty/recalls. Called a local dealership on my behalf to have them do the repairs. Life saver!

I've been going to Harper's auto repair for the last 5 yrs.. I could go and have my vehicle's serviced or worked on anywhere else if I chose to but then I would not get the service from them that I get from Harper's. They not only do the things I feel I need at the time but look at my auto's from bumper to bumper letting me know the condition and what may needed to be done in the future .. There friendly and very helpful.. And accommodate my wrk hours in times of repairs.. 5 stars for sure.!!!!

Got towed in with a transmission issue. I was driving from New York to Oregon. The friendly people at Harper found the issue with a worn bush and fixed up my Jeep and got me on the road in no time. I really appreciate their professionalism.

They charge 119 to just look and they will raise price quickly especially if they see your vulnerable.Woman stay away!! They don't act like small town folks they are greedy manipulative hustlers! it is just really upsetting because my mother trusted them she is a vulnerable senior.Her son lost everything in the camp fire as she was en route go go live with him her vehicle is all she has left since she lost her job which was also her home.Youd think this place would act timely and fairly considering all she's been through but these people will kick you while your down.

Tramatic Experience...they are unclear...over filled my oil don't keep agreement s...and discriminate....strange ...t.. while I'm there trying to speak with the woman..the guys over there.. my hood is up...and he is snapping my motor cover....on...offf..on...off...???? What the heck for..... Service: Oil change

Honest Humble Kind people got off the freeway scared something really wrong with our car I thought tire blew out ran into Harpers auto repair and was helped quickly had my 2 daughters and sister with me they had us wait in warm office and took time to check our car test drive bring it up check wheels and everything let us know what was wrong with our car let us know what we needed to be repair as soon as possible but that we could make it safe to drive back home under 55 through back road not once did they say or suggest for them to repair I insisted in paying for the time and for checking everything they said no and where happy to help God Bless this business will definitely recommend and go back thank you so much David and Sheri you where Angels for us today very gratefulServices: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Very friendly and great service! Dave and Brent were awesome and very helpful! If I had 10 thumbs I would give them 10 thumbs up but I only have 2 thumbs. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

They can't probably torque a oil drain bolt or weld a muffler to save theyre lives. multiple bad experiences here please take your money somewhere else
