To John the Service Tech. You literally have one job and one job only to do it right. Came in for what is supposed to be a 15 minute oil change took about 30. Oil filter wasn't properly seated the first time. So they knew it spilled everywhere. Second time it was over cranked in turn cracking the seal. They then proceeded to let me leave without any warning. An hour passes and I slowly start losing oil. Car sat in driveway til the following day. Huge oil spill. Called the manager to express my concern. He sent a manager from a different location to mine to diagnose the issue. Got it fixed at a different place. Free of charge. This manager here apologized for the inconvenience, sent me a Free Oil change, and refunded me. 5 to him. Changing oil shouldn't be a hard job since you're doing it all day.

I won t go anywhere else I know that when I come to the Clinton, Keith location, Justin and his team will always take care of me. I go out of my way and I make sure that all of my family comes here. It s nice to come to a place that s 100% honest you can t trade that.

The manager greeted me right away and explained there would be a longer than usual wait. They got me in quicker than expected and took care of everything in short order. The service was great.

Micah was great as our technician. I even got to meet the manager on site and tell what a great job they were doing. Friendly service and great prices. Trying to sign my work fleet up there to save even more time and money.

After getting a radiator flush, my radiator blew. What bad timing. Justin went out of his way to see what the problem was to help me out and refilled it for me. Ended up needing a new one, which i installed and he came back again to make sure everything was looking good. It s hard to find good people like that. I will be a continuing customer because of Justin at valvoline in Wildomar.. Thank you so much!!!

Great Crew all around. They don t deserve any star the manager was rude and the technician are all 16-18 years of age doesn t look like they know what they are doing all of them look like newbiesThey stripped the bold on my transmission and kept denying that they didn t do itWhen I went back there they said they will not do anything for me I can take them to courtThey showed me the video I couldn t see what the guy were doing underneath my truckI haven t taken my truck to any other shop to do any kind of work on itThey are saying they did not do itI would. It recommend this place to anyoneThey say we do everything right in front of your eyes but that is not trueYou can t see what they are doing underneath the vehicles and they don t have a camera in the bay to show you what s going on when things go wrong

Valvoline Wildomar Ca. visit was great, usually go there for oil change. On my next visit I plan on getting my transmission serviced. They do an excellent job, check tires, wipes, tail lights etc... and topping off my fluids. I only go to Vallvoline for these services, they always do a good job.

I been coming to the same location for the past 14 years and the service is always on point my Yukon runs like new. Convenience and service and my car longevity is what counts.

I've been here twice. First time was a good experience. 2nd time was 5 days ago and I thought it went well. Turns out they majorly over filled my engine (see attached picture) with oil and now it's leaking. I can only hope it didn't rupture a seal.UPDATE: I took my car back in, but to a different VIOC location in San Diego. They guys were super helpful. They dropped the oil level to normal and replaced the drain plug and seal, which was causing the leak. All free of course. The guys at this Wildomar location didn't replace it didn't put the old one back in correctly, therefore causing the oil leak.

If you have wheel locks, consider this your warning and back out of there now!!!! Terrible experience that resulted in damaged wheel-lock lug nuts and a stripped wheel-lock key (aprx $650 from the dealership). Although the technicians were kind, they were unable to help me resolve the issue as the managers advised them to turn me away. The day of the incident I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Halfway through the tire rotation they had to stop and abort the mission because they had stripped the wheel lock key. The instructions that I handed along with the key specified no torque gun should be used on the locks, but they neglected to follow them and used a toque gun which resulted in the damage to my wheel locks and key. That day I was in a rush and didn't have amble time to have them fix the situation. They removed the charge for the tire rotation as they were unable to rotate them and only charged me for an oil change. I was upset about the situation but figured I would have them fix it on my next visit. Today I came in and to my surprise they had no notes about my situation or the cancelled tire rotation. The manager never came out to see me instead spoke through his technician sending him back and forth multiple times. They tried to brush it off like it was my fault and somehow they weren't responsible. I even had them review my account to verify that Valvoline was the only place I had taken my car into for service, but the manager said there was nothing they could do to help me. I asked if they would compensate me to have them removed and have the traditional lug nuts put back on, but I was told there is nothing Valvoline will do or pay for in this situation that using torque guns is standard for them even on wheel locks. Now I am being forced to go through my own insurance just so I can change my own tires. Total nightmare, never again Valvoline.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Drive In Service. No reservations.Prices are way high.So today 11/30/22 I decided to give the shop another try. I have a 2015 Nissan Versa.I had to leave work 2 hours early to get the shop in time.I wanted to get my CVT Transmission Fluid Changed. Found a coupon on the app so I figured I would use it.Come to find out after sitting In the car for awhile.NONE of your Technicians or the Service Manager were even able to take the Filler Cap Off!GREAT SERVICE!It was going to run me about $215 to have the service done.Instead it cost me 2 hours Pay for nothing!

Great team of technicians (8/28/22). They are thorough with their process and not pushy about recommendations. They are good at catching details. My skid plate was missing a screw and they replaced it to keep it secure.They are prompt at attending to you and keep the communication flowing at each step of the oil change.

Good service, but it was a MUCH better deal when Grease Monkey ran it. Now the prices are ridiculous. They charge $39 for 2 turn-signal bulbs! (And they don't allow you to bring in the exact same bulbs from other places.) At O'Reilly auto parts they only charge $10 for 2 bulbs. Heck, the DEALERSHIP only charges $14! Also: when Grease Monkey ran this place, you could get a FREE car wash with any oil change. Of course, they don't do THAT any more. Instead, Valvoline sold off the car wash portion of the business longer--even though it's in SAME BUILDING. Frustrating...

Very good customer service. Had an oil change and developed a leak out of the drain plug. Took it back in and no questions asked they took care of it. New drain plug and complete oil change with upgraded oil and I was back on my way in minutes. Really appreciate them standing by their service.

Outstanding service! So professional and nice like literally. I called 2 places and the woman on the phone for Valvoline was SO helpful and sweet. I then called JiffyLube and got the exact opposite. So naturally I chose Valvoline. Fast forward a couple hours and I drive up to the place and there a gal (who also works in the garage -cool!) approached my car and she was also very professional and hospitable. She told me what line to go in gave me a quick run down. When it was my turn, Christian worked on my oil change and he too had the same vibe. So professional and he was smiling the whole time! They are VERY clear when they show you your choices on a big monitor and you select what you want. They offer you other services and don t push you to do one or the other but kindly tell you the benefits. The service was quick too, while you just sit in your car and wait. They show you your air filter and the dip stick so you are literally there in the garage with them. The last thing that really stood out is that whole garage (3 service drive thrus and probably about 8-10 member team are all smiling and working together. They have this thing down and looks like a well oiled machine. Pun intended! LOL Congrats to Valvoline and the Wildomar branch for setting such a positive, professional, kind vibe. (I know this is all just about an oil change, but in this messed up world we live in, I was pleasantly surprised). Thank you Valvoline Wildomar for a great experience. Moved here from LA and was nervous about getting a simple oil change (people can really mess up sometimes!). But a friend recommended this place and I'm so glad that he was right! Everyone is super friendly and informative! Most of all their prices are fair and everyone is honest on any recommendations. Shout out to Drew, Kole, Ozzi, and the other staff that worked with him today that I couldn't get a name for (5/19/21 @around 5pm)!! You guys were amazing! Thank you so much for the speedy and 5 star service! Will now be coming back here to get my car serviced in the future!

Went to Jiffy Lube first... big mistake... wanted $119 for a full synthetic oil change... ridiculous... have always trusted Valvoline the people are respectfull and this my go-to oil change place... oh and I saved $40...

I have visited this business twice, and him both times I was serviced almost immediately. I didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes to be served.The technician offered a variety of discounts to help me save money which I really appreciated.They mostly just do Oil changes, so if you like having your car vacuumed and the other oils changed, then you may want to go to Jiffy Lube.If you just need an oil change then this is the best deal in town for that period.Also the customer service has always been 5 star so they are doing an excellent job training their workers.
