Steve is a expert in the suspension department. He also is a top notch mechanic. I went to high school with him and still stay in touch with him. I needed a tube on a saturday and his shop was closed. He met me down at his shop and got me the tube i needed. I have know Steve at Shock Therapy since 98. He serviced my race bike s suspension. I moved away and have a new bike! After 15 years he picked up on the second ring and is ready to handle my needs again.Not only a talented suspension tech but a great guy.

ordered a set of shock resevoir extension caps for my can am maverick x3. the description of the product gave a diameter of 2 inches as the only identifying fitment specification. I verified with a set of calipers before ordering only to receive a set of cups that was much smaller. I called and informed the sales team of the issue. I then had to purchase a second set and was told they would include a return slip. the second set came in and fit perfectly. however I never recieved a return slip. I contacted the support team at shock therapy and they sent a return form for the inside of the package but not a paid postage slip. not a big deal if they would have told me in the first place but I called today after waiting two weeks for a reply. I called again and after explaining the situation i Was told that I'm responsible for return shipping even though their policy states you are responsible only if it does not meet your satisfaction. My issue was not that I wasn't satisfied with the part. My issue is that the product is poorly describe and cause me to purchase the wrong part. I have the fox qs3 quick setting System. I will say after a more than reasonable attempt to fix the situation, the shock therapy team fell way short of my expectations as a paying customer and I will not be returning. There are many other options to choose from and customer service is part of what sets you apart from the competition.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Steve took the shock in to my 1981 Yamaha XT250 to rebuild precisely 1 year ago today. He told me it would be done in 2 to 3 weeks.I'm a very patient person but after 2 months I called the shop during business hours. No answer other than voice-mail. I left a message. After two weeks of no return call, I called again and left a voice-mail. Still no return call. I then called evey other day until Steve answered. He apologized that it took so long. He said he already ordered and recieved the parts to rebuild my shock and would have it done "soon."Fast forward to April of 2022 and I see Steve at Glen Hellen Raceway. I approached him and asked about my shock. I recieved the same song and dance as back in February... "I'm sorry it's taking so long, I already ordered the parts, it will be done soon."After not hearing from him for over two months I sourced a replacement shock and repair my Yamaha myself.I have absolutely no respect for a person that doesn't keep his word. The lack of service from him and his empty promise are pathetic.

Can't say enough great things about Shock therapy racing. Service is always swift and the work is great quality. From suspension set ups to trouble shooting they do it all. Highly recommend.
