I remember back in the day when Jiffy Lube used to advertise the 10 minute oil change well that 10 minute oil change is turned into a one hour oil change even when there s nobody there and no wait. I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change yes it s a Toyota tundra. It takes some more oil than the standard 5 quarts but still I dropped it off and was signed out with them on my paperwork at 3:56. They told me it would be 15 to 20 Minutes, I signed my final paperwork and paid at 4:52 so that s nearly an hour so well the services is fine I felt like there was no sense of urgency with them to get it done quickly

Walked up for a quote for an oil change was a bit pricey but there wasn't a wait. The Gentleman was very kind and accommodating. I ended up getting an oil change and a new air filter. My car was done in 40mins. Quick and simple!!! They were fabulous!!! Friendly, fast, and efficient! I highly recommend the jiffy lube in Wildomar that's attached to Superstar car wash - oh and when your done you can come get an awesome monthly car wash deal from ME! Ask for Crystal and your future will be clear as a Crystal ball !Thanks Jiffy lube for the Great service!

Good experience at this Jiffibe store. Quick in and out with good communication. Had a coupon for a big discount and they honored it no problem. Been coming here for years and have always had good service at this Jiffy Lube store.

Went first thing in the morning, and was greeted by a warm and friendly technician who got me right in.Fast, efficient & reasonable.Free car wash after your oil change at Superstar Car Wash connected to them.All coupons are accepted & walked out paying $100 for a synthetic oil change.

Horrible experience. I pull up to an empty garage slot (only 1 vehicle was being worked on at the time in 1/3 garages). Young guy comes out shaking his finger at me and pointing to the next stall, while pulling a chain across the garage door. I pull into the drive he tells me to and wait. He disappears inside building with a smirk on his face. I wait for several minutes for someone. Nobody comes. I leave. Brutal customer service.

I had a great experience with their oil change service, shoutout to Marcos for having such amazing energy and showing the new oil level on the dipstick. Also conveniently located next to a car wash where I believe you either get a free wash or discounted with proof of oil change from what I remember being told.

I was charged more than discussed. I should have gone to mountain view because they offered a cheaper price for my oil change and the tire rotation was offered with no charge.

Great manager, very personable, and detailed. A asset to your business. I think your cost is a little high compared to the Dodge dealership and the Valvoline shop a block a way. But for time and convenience sake I used y all! May return.Service: TiresService: Tires

Absolutely do not go here, they busted the screws on my skid pan during an oil change and tried to hide it. It fell out 30 min down the road. Save yourself the trouble and don t go here!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Pulled up to there shop and took me rite in. With high temperature outside there lobby was nice and cool. Was able to see the mechanics servicing my vehicle as well. After oil service was done, they took me out in the back where they were able to show me the oil level on the dipstick. Clean and full oil.Will come back on next oil service

This is my first visit to this lube station in a long time. Previous visits have been disappointing, but obviously, they must have had some customer service training, as this visit was a great experience.

Even though I initially had issues after install, the manager was quick to resolve and hand hold the relationship to satisfaction. They also made sure any issue was repaired free of charge. I find this type of fair practice and service, makes choosing them for your car worry free, which at yhe end of the day is all customers want.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Great place to get your oil change with really good staff. Power went out three times while I sat in their amazingly small lobby, resulting in a wait off 1.5 hours AFTER my vehicle was in the bay. Not their fault about the power, but just unfortunate. There were no prices posted. The person helping me automatically charged me for the most expensive oil change they offer (the Signature Service Oil Change for $120). He didn t even let me know if there were more economical options. I told him I also needed a new battery. He charged me $170 for a new battery. Thankfully I had a coupon that was applied. I appreciate the service, but I feel like I was taken advantage of. I most likely will not be going back there.Services: Battery, Oil change

I will never use Jiffy Lube again! The only reason why I use Jiffy lube because my oil compression in my truck went down so fast. I was charged $190 for a job that Ford could ve done for $80. Had these guys change my spark plugs, cabin filter and check my transmission. My transmission doesn t have a dipstick to check the level and I ve been calling around looking for a place to have it checked at and no one does it. These guys do and they take the extra time and care to explain the process. Christopher was extremely knowledgeable and let me know that my wife's car needed a new cabin air filter and that there was moisture in the brake fluid. I was an additional cost but the Christopher let me use a discount code to help take $50.00 off my bill. This will be my last visit. It's always at least an hour wait no matter how slow shop is. This time they managed to drain transmission fluid and added more engine oil. So car had double engine oil and zero transmission fluid.Drove off and it was hesitating on drive. Did a uturn to fully inspect. Oil looked dirty and high. We finally figured out what was done incorrectly. A report was filed and they redid the service free of charge but 2.5hrs later I'm done with this place.I'm just glad this was my fleet vehicle and not personal, I'd be outraged whatever little damage it may have caused to the transmission.Goodbye and good luck jiffy lube but I'm never going back to this Chain!Service: Oil change
