Justin at the front desk was extremely helpful. I went to multiple other tire shops and this is hands down the best one with the best prices. They worked with my budget and got me 4 new tires and an alignment. Definitely my shop from now on.

I received AMAZING service from Ezequiel last week and wanted to rave about him and this place for a bit!For reference, I made an appointment with this shop a few days prior which I highly suggest of anyone to do instead of a drop in. These guys are all very good, in high demand, and making an appointment helps secure your spot for you to get exactly what you need done right then and there.I needed a full set of new tires which also came with a free synthetic oil change and everything was done that same morning! They examined everything and were EXTREMELY thorough with their work! The price is AMAZINGLY AFFORDABLE which is good for me since I'm in a tight spot financially.It's been a week and my new tires work like a charm and now I also don't have to worry about my oil for a good while. It's a great way to start the new year and I HIGHLY suggest this place to anyone within the area (and to those willing to make the trek!). The staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful so you can feel at ease knowing that you're in good hands.This place will officially be my go-to regarding anything to car needs for the foreseeable future! Every time I have been here everyone has always been very kind and helpful. They always schedule me in quickly, and fix my car up quickly. Justin especially went above and beyond in assisting me and will always appreciate it :)

The guy at the desk was great. Good sense of humor made the visit. Feel nice. They did really good job like always very pleased with that place. I would definitely come back. I wish they were in San Diego county.

Justin the service manager is A plus!!! From service to letting me know how long itll be. He walked me through from beginning to finish on my new tires and I couldnt be happier. Make sure if u ever consider getting tires..just go over and ask for my man Justin!!! You wont regret it!!!

Every time I've been here I've come away having had a pretty decent experience. An employee once even advised me not to purchase their windshield wipers due to the fact they're apparently lower quality than I would want, so they obviously know their stuff.

Justin and his team went above and beyond. I went in for a flat repair and advised me that my front and rear brakes and suspension were looking great and I had nothing to worry about. I didn't even ask for this service. I didn't know that they did that. I thought they only did tires. Apparantly they do brakes and suspension and tune ups. And oil changes. They have coupons for all this. 58.99 full synthetic oil changes with a free tire rotation and vehicle inspection. Way cheaper than valvoline and jiffy lube. I paid 120 dollars last time at valvoline. They charged me extra for a tire rotation. They use the same oil here that valvoline uses and there tire rotaion is included in the 58.99. I got ripped off at valvoline. I will continue to come here for now on. Thanks Justin and team for my free flat repair. And letting me know on what other services you guys do here. This place is amazing.

Justin ( Store Manager) is very knowledgeable about all facets of tires, suspension, and brakes and provides optimum customer service while providing unbeatable prices. Justin takes care of all my cars and I won't go anywhere else.

George is absolutely a wonderfulmanager of this location with his customer service, experience in automotive, and integrity. His staff of highly experienced and prompt to deliver quality work for any visit I have had to come for whether it be under the hood or the brand name itself to swap my tires, or brakes etc. Don t bring your car anywhere else than to this team here!

Save yourself the trouble and pick another location. Scheduled an appointment for for new tires which we came in and ordered the day before. Took 3 hours for four tires to get out on but the catch is the car sat for over an hour before they even started working on it. Only 3 workers total in this location today which is insane! Never again !

90 minute wait turned into 5 hours. I bought new tires and they didn't even bother to shine them they looked dirty and old. Seems like a small gesture for someone spending $500+Update. After they did my brakes my car started shaking. They blamed it on suspension and I took it somewhere else ... surprisingly it's not shaking anymore. I had to pay for brakes 2 times because of these scammers. Don't got here!!

Been doing my oil changes and purchased my first wheel purchase at discount tire at Torrance in 2017 and now moved to the IE and no doubt they still provide the same level of satisfaction every visit.Last week, i went to take my car for service and had to replace my tires as i found i replaced them last 2017. I believe I got the GT Champiro but wasn t satisfied with the ride after changing to this. George gladly helped and I had it replaced to the Michelin Defenders which I preferred and only paid for the difference for the quality, of course. Now loving the ride with my Michelins. Thanks to George/Long and the guys at Clinton Keith discount tire for the great service.Highly recommend getting lifetime wheel alignment too.

I've been taking my cars here since 2017 and couldn't be happier. Discount Tire in Wildomar is efficient, reasonable, reliable, and most importantly honest. They don't nickel and dime you and don't recommend additional work unless it truly needs it. I don't take my cars anywhere else and will continue using them in the future!

I have had two very positive experiences at this location. In June 2022 I had all 4 tires replaced. The employees were very respectful and helpful.In October 2022 I was having some problems with my car shuddering during turns at freeway speeds. I brought it to them and they completed a free inspection and found that one of my control arm ball joints was worn out. They ordered the part and had it in the same day.I was so happy that Boris was able to assist me in figuring out what the problem was, patiently explaining and showing me the situation, and then helping me with a ride home until my car was finished. The technician who worked on my car did a fantastic job. All is well, and I feel safe driving my car again! Highly recommend!

Wouldn t recommend.1st experience - ok. Tires replaced and wheel alignment.- scratched rear wheels and vehicle shakes at high speeds.- alignment is off. Sways to the right after 25mph2nd experience - bad. Setup an appt to realign vehicle.- Set it up a few days prior due to my busy schedule. Received confirmation. Once I got there, the front counter guy told me he had no techs available and to come another day. I don t live close to this area - went here because of simpletire offer. At least a call or email.Wasted my time here. I appreciate Richard - cool guy. But service here does not reflect. I d rather pay for another alignment than go back here.

They tried to cheat me with the out the door price. Be very careful with what they are trying to sell you. Had an appointment to change my tires. Took about 3 hours and then an employee came and told me I shouldn t be driving this car for long the way it is. He made a list with everything that should be wrong. Came up to $3000 and I said no I will get a second opinion. Turns out nothing is wrong with my car. Guess they tried it because I had a lot of miles on the car. Shame on you guys. I will definitely go somewhere else next time.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Been going here for over 5 years. That is, up until today.I brought in my truck today to have my spring/summer tires put on as I ve done many times before with both vehicles. The service advisor said they would not install them citing liability. I was clearly shocked, as I ve done this at least 10 times before. I could completely understand a used tire in poor condition, patched, etc. But MY tires, that have been on the truck last year?I ve referred so many people here, I ll do my best to ensure they don t return either.
