I would like to give them -5 stars if possible, they advertised false tire specials, I went in less than an hour I called them to confirm availability and they said the tires were just sold, they offered me other tires way more expensive. Bunch of liars. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I went to this place the other day. I had my granddaughter with me. They offered me a place to go in the inside to where I could sit down and be comfortable because it was warm in the inside. I actually told them no thank you because I know that my granddaughter was with me and she likes to move around laugh out loud. But for the most part I can say that their customer service skills were great superb to be a fact. They took care of me I bought 4 brand new tires at a reasonable price with a 40000 mile manufacturers warranty.If you ask me would I recommend this place definitely would. Thank you guys at Whittier tires. If you go there let them know that Jackson sent you..

I called many tire places and this one had the tires needed. They replaced and mounted in about 20 minutes. And it was a good price

It was busy as usual but all the staff made me feel like it was a second. They told me they'd finish in 15-20 minutes and they did! Good price and they didn't even try to sell anything I didn't need. Thank you all for your efficiency, integrity, and honesty!

Pepe his name he charged for an alignment and sensors and he failed to state he didn't have the proper equipment to do the alignment refused to give me a refund. Do not use this place go down the street pepe what a shame you charge for services without be able to do the job!!!

It was raining, I had bald tires, and it was late in the evening. I Stopped by to get new tires at this place and the customer service was excellent. The owner is very friendly. The workers are super experienced and did an amazing job. They installed my tires quickly. I was back on the road in no time. It was a very pleasant experience. They have a nice waiting area and I would recommend this place to all my friends and family

People saying they have low prices just baffles me. Went here for used tires and the man tried charging me 60$ for each used tire only because he went to the back to shine it a bit. I wouldn't trust this shop especially the young guys they look so entitled and like there dealing with personnel problems but like taking it out on others. Poor guys I'll pray for them. Wouldn't recommend this shop for used tires.

Searched for the tires I needed on Facebook market, asked if they were able to sell me 2 vs the 4 listed as I only needed 2. They messaged back almost immediately on a Sunday and I drove there as soon as I could. I drove in, picked the practically new tires and although it was insanely busy, the new-used tires were on and balanced in less than 45 minutes. I got two Bridgestone Dueler tires for $150; I bought two at Costco a few months before @ $200 per tire!!! I am extremely happy so far. If I run onto any issues I will update this review but so far it s smooth riding at an unbeatable price.

Went all the way over there from Chino after they said they had what they were advertising and had pictured in stock and all they had was a mismatch bunch of used tires bunch if the price is too good to be true it is never again bunch of Liars their business belongs across the border

My semi- new tires from 3 & half Years ago have sure taken a beating..... I've seen Bakersfield and Hermit California.Now it's time my PALOMO to get replacements once again.So I'm back again for a 2nd time coming to this place.... Fast & Friendly Service.

Save yourself a headache don t buy from here tires are old make sure to look at the tire DATE manufactured date. very important, I was sold out dated tires and wasn t aware of it my mistake for believing the tire guy telling me they were all good never again will buy from here I was disappointed 1yr later my tires were loosing tire thread!

Careful with the used tire here they sell cracked tires they shine em up nicely then once the shine comes off u see all the defects. Plus they clown around to much in Spanish is mucho cotorreo no toman cosas en serio uno ba a ser negocio no a gastar tiempo i no es todo un chiste. And there prices for used tires are rather expensive $40 vs $25 at other tire shop.

They practice dishonest business and provide false advertisement. I drove to the shop from Yorba Linda on Sunday afternoon for nothing as they said that they have Micheline tires with 95% thread life left but found out it only had less than 70%.

Don't buy here. They tell you they have your size tires, then you get there and all the employees lie to you. And try to sell you used, expensive tires. And... when you ask to.speak to the owner, they say he's not there. Yet, im.watching him respond to.my text as he sat inside the shop. Never again!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

They are a ball of entanglements, by phone they tell you that they accept credit cards and when you go to pay they tell you that the machine takes 10 minutes to carry out the transaction that you better go to the ATM of the Seven Eleven that is immediately not I recommend.

Went here for four tires they quoted $400 out the door . AFTER I paid and they put on the tires ,they tried to get me for $60 more for alignment . When you say out the door , that usually means everything is included . I had already paid . Very unprofessional . On my way out another customer said they hate this place because the tire they just purchased blew out of them . DO NOT GO HERE (be warned) .Service: Tires
