I was searching for a converter lock and i was recommended whittier muffler from a coworker. I'm so happy i called. Hugo was very friendly and knowledgeable. Because converter locks are selling like hot cakes right now, i did have to wait a tiny bit. BUT it was worth it. He kept in contact with me the whole time, so i knew the status of the lock. When I took my car in, it was a fairly quick installation. Price was on point too! Other places were quoting me a arm and a leg to get a lock.The shop is appointment only and they do a lot of different work there. I highly recommend whittier muffler! I will be back when my car needs repair!

Hugo and his guys are super friendly and knowledgeable. Always fast and always honest. I have had a couple experiences where Hugo turns away money because I don't need a repair/service that someone else tried to sell me. I will bring ALL my vehicles here and will continue to refer friends and family (all of which have had excellent experiences as well).

They can't weld during rain. If people can weld under water, their equipment might need improvement. Other than that, the price was reasonable, just have to wait.

Hugo's guys do great work. Got my exhaust was done and also my generator was switched to alternator. The reason I am giving it a 3-star was because I called one day to get my belts changed and long story short was supposed to be a $40 job became $120 job. When I went to tell him it was supposed to be $40 he then got upset and said I'm just trying to help you. I told him well you should have called to let me know it's going to be more. He then said you want me to take it off I said yeah he said he would charge me the labor to take it off so to avoid an argument because this is where It was heading I told him forget it I'll go ahead and pay for it. He at least was able to drop it 10 bucks so I only paid $110. About a year later the bracket broke. When I called to tell him he said custom parts don't have warranty. I then told him I didn't want the custom part you put it in there without telling me then I had to pay what you wanted me to pay. Then he said bring the car and I'll give you a deal on fixing it. I never went back. Since then I have not gone back and I don't plan on doing so this happened about a year ago. I now go to a guy down the street who has been fixing my car.

Great service. Good pricesQuality work. I had my truck maintenanced and runs great quality work. Had my flowmaster installed aswell. Come here to get your car fixed avoid the surrounding shops especially one stop auto care.

I thought I had lost all faith that there are decent people left in this world; let alone a honest, skilled and AMAZING Mechanic left. After pulling my 1968 ford mustang out of storage...being ripped off by 2 other shops in the area. FINALLY got a referral to Hugo. Only PROBLEM he was not my first referral but defiantly my LAST!I found my permanent mechanic till the end of my days (or my pony's eeekkkkkk knock on wood)....Thank you Hugo and Team! You have warmed my heart by giving my mustang life again. Even though I can't drive anymore I CAN HEAR your amazing work every time I take that damn ride to the docs. (I miss the days of driving and working on her back so grateful to you for letting me have a little heartfelt past experience)May You Be Blessed in Riches for your honest work, good heart and kind nature~

Just got my exhaust done and Hugo does very good work. I can tell he takes pride in everything he does and props to him. Highly recommend

Quality work and friendly neighborhood type attitude. Take both my cars to Hugo. Honest mechanics with reasonable pricing are good to find.
