When a tree branch fell on the roof of my Mercedes it damaged my roof and broke the rear glass. My insurance deemed it a total loss. Whittier Collision saved my car from the dismantler. The did such a great job, it looks like nothing ever happened They also beat the price of another body shop by $1000. They did it quickly too. Couldn t be happier with their professionalism and efficiency.

I had such an amazing experience! Tony and his team were so friendly on receiving my vehicle. I called and sent pictures of the damage to my vehicle. I provided them with the insurance claim and they took over the process of communication with the agent. The team was very professional and communicated with me at all times. I was able to get a rental through them and went back to my busy life as usual. My car came out amazing (like new). The color matched the whole car. I am fully satisfied with my experience here and highly recommend you bring your damaged vehicle to this spot. Happy customer.

Hands down one of the best experiences I have had with an auto body repair place! Tony and the rest of the crew were very pleasant and easy to work with. They gave me an estimate and it didn't change in the end and the work was done in the time that they said it would be. Hopefully I won't have to need these types of services too much in the future but if and when I do, I am definitely bringing my vehicles here! I had brought my BMW here to get a rear fender and dented door repaired. What I was happy about was that they stayed on their quote price even though there was more work than expected. They had to do an extra step but they stayed true to the quote price..... The quote itself was reasonable and at the end of the day I couldn't even tell there was damage! Apparently they have computer matching paint. The blending was perfect and it has held up. It's been 2 years now.

Yet another body shop that will only want to work with insurance claims. I wanted a personal estimate to pay out of pocket and they simply didn t seem interested. Just to get me out of there they simply say it was a minimum $7000 and up job. Didn t even look at the vehicle. I don t recommend if you re going to want to do personal work yet alone an estimate. Save your time and go elsewhere.

I came in and received an awesome quote from Tony who is a very down to earth person. I needed a bumper replacement and we had signed an agreement on a final price and negotiated I would bring in license plate lights to replace the already broken lights. Although we had agreed in person and spoken over the phone about it, when I came to pick up the car they said they already had changed the lights. I got charged an extra 75$ to change license plate lights, which so you guys now don t cost more than 20$ and take less than 5 minutes to install. Lack of professionalism to add charges to a customer s bill without their consent.

I brought in my 2017 Ford Explorer for some damage done to the rear bumper. I informed Tony that this vehicle was our only family car and that we would be in a bind without it. He had me bring it in first thing on a Monday morning and had it ready for me by Friday afternoon of the same week. It came out great and I can't thank Tony and his crew enough. Thank you Whittier Collision for your hard work.

Orlando and his team literally went over the top to make sure my car came back to me in perfect condition. In fact, my car came back BETTER than when I brought it in!!!If you're looking around to fix your car, stop looking and come here!!

My car was has to be taken not once but 3 times the owner will promise you the world but doesn't give you it nothing but lies the you have one individual that seems like he wants to help but that's as for as it goes and the female in the office just gives you dirty looks they painted my vehicle the wrong color they say you must bring it back so it can sit for another 2 to 3 weeks more and they do not want to finish the job you paid them to do my vehicle is now fading miss match paint they refuse to fix it be careful people very dishonest owner check out other places in Whittier will be honest and helpful watch out if you leave your car to be fix let the job get done before you take your vehicle out because they will not finish the job beware people unprofessional business take your vehicle elsewhere if you want it done rightService: Painting

Update to my review:I am going to give them the benefit the doubt. Now that the situation became public the owner became involved and is motivated to resolve them at 100%. But now that they are prepared to fix all the issues, I haven't been able to leave my van. It's a work van and I need it. If they fail to resolve I will be sure to advise. For now, I'll update review based to Tony's willingness to resolve this as best as possible.1 Star Original Review:Short version of my story1) Shop repaired my van from a front impact small fender bender:* took 2 weeks to repair l* fender didn't match rest of van* left passenger inner fender (underliner loose and tire wore it down* needed my van to work so we planned on repainting fender to match at another time while the inner fender was something that went unnoticed until recent2) Shop took in the same van for another incident this time rear end collision* shop "helped me out" with a rental for a week to bring my van in* van was at shop for 2.5 weeks before they decided they didn't want to repair the van* left me the bill for the van rental3) Van repaired elsewhere but now ready for them to fix their issues from the first collison:* Called them and explained what I needed fixed and was promised a returned call (1 week no answer back)* Called back and same gentleman acted as if he wasn't explained the situation the first time and again promised a call back (1 week no answer back)*Called again and was told that my part was there but the gentleman needed to talk to owner to coordinate with him as if owner were personally work in on my van (1.5 weeks no answer).So today I make my situation and experience known. Now that it is public let's see how this professional shop handles my issues. Will post update.
