All of the technicians were super friendly, professional and polite to me. The service was super quick and convenient and I just overall loved the environment that I was in while my car was being serviced. I would highly recommend this particular Valvoline Instant Oil Change to any of my friends and family members and I will definitely be coming back to this place for my next oil change. service for sure!

The staff that works here is incredibly friendly. They got my car done quickly and we re even able to point out stuff that needed to be done. I will definitely definitely be a returning customer to Valvoline.

They have no prices posted anywhere and now I know why. Showed up to find out the synthetic oil change is $109!?!?. I then read the fine print and discovered it was going to cost basically $130! No thank you. I immediately left.

How do I give a higher rating than 5 stars?!Never in my life have I had a wonderful experience like I just did with these wonderful gentlemen who serviced my Jeep.Courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and quick!!I recommend 10/10!!

My share could have been a 5 but I had to return cause I was getting a message that my vehicle was 7% and needed oil. The level indicator hadn't been re set to 100%

I always love coming here for my oil change. Cody was super helpful today and made me feel comfortable and confident. Good experience, I brought my own oil/filter and you sit in your car while they work. Which is nice because you get to see them pour in the oil it was quick and the price was just above most places like Wal-Mart. However, you do get that peace of mind that they did good work on your car.

When your too lazy to do it yourself... this is the fastest hassle free way. First time at one of these places. The staff is great. Knowledgeable told me what I had what I needed and what should be done. But today only had an oil service. Quick easy done thanks guys

Got our oil changed last Sunday. They were very courteous and quick.However, last night out splash plate under the motor nearly fell off on the freeway. They didn't fasten it correctly, got loose and the several stays pulled out from flapping. They half fixed it today, not even apologetic. Found out today they did the very same thing to my sister a couple months ago. Plus, today in front of me, was a car they tried to change the brake light on. Couldn't take off the light and had to refund they customer. Never returning.

I had to write this because this is the 3rd time they messed up my service. First, they left a leak after an oil change and had to come back twice to fix it. They told me my battery was fine and it died 2 days later. Ended up getting their battery. Year later the battery dies and I come back to get it replaced with a warranty and they said the battery is fine, so I can t use the warranty. They said go get my alternator checked with a mechanic. Spent $150 for a full inspection to find out my battery was dead.

Really disappointed by the service today. One staff member was friendly and courteous, but found that if he wasn t directly servicing you, the rest of the staff were non-communicative and inattentive. It was just a simple oil change and fluid for my transmission. Looking forward to finding a new oil change spot.

Waited in line to have oil changed a car left in next bay a truck showed up and just pulled in, while i had waited 10 minutes or longer. Employees don't take customers who were in line 1st, take cars out of sequence. I left i did not get my oil changed went to a competitor .

These guys was amazing. The first place other than bmw who could do an oil change on my bmw i8. Grateful for them. Highly professional and fast. Would recommend them.

Very good service...Very prompt....very good staff......later, I noticed they even put caps on the tire air stems....BUT expect to pay high price for an oil change.....synthetic oil change was about $130 if my memory is right.....it was high like that but the service was awesome.....crazy high price but wadaya gonna do, everywhere is the same thing.....

1st time here. Very Happy with the service I received. Very friendly staff. It was pretty busy when I was there, but I still drove away 45 minutes later with my oil change, and air put in my tires. Will definitely return.

DONT trust them for anything more than an oil change. Twice they damaged my car. The first time they stripped one of the bolts on my tires. And they said I d be fine if one was missing, just to get a new one soon. The SECOND issue was recently. They wanted to change a headlight and they tried, but it was a wiring issue. So they closed it back up and that was that.When I went to look at it myself I saw that they left the wire exposed and didn t even put the cap back on over the headlight wiring. Now I m left without a headlight cap. Unprofessional and amateur. These mistakes could have been easily avoided. I m overall unhappy with the services this Valvoline had provided. I would suggest going elsewhere.

A great company, at least I think so. They make oil changes seem simple as where I did it, a chore. They are quick, efficient, and friendly. Once your vehicle is registered they will keep you up to date on all your services. Plus the email coupons are useful and helpful..

I am normally a regular here, but I don t think I will be coming back. I might possibly give this place another chance if I have no choice. But overall please don t say 15 mins of oil change as an advertisement when I clearly waited for over an hour. The service was great this time. Last time the supervisor hit on me and after about 2 months of dating his true colors came out and i aced him. The new supervisor was professional and did his job instead being a player. Good thing cause i was hesitant to return to this location

I was here about a week ago..I was so glad they were able to take me..I got there 10mins. Before closing and Victor was able to service my car.. very nice and professional I would definitely recommend this location to my Family and Friends.. Thank you.

Just as advertised 15 minute oil change. Sure it was Sunday morning but it was nice to get in and out so quickly. Staff did a check on fluids.

The worst Valvoline center that exists, bad experiences, other cars always go by first and they leave me waiting since I arrive first, they do not have the capacity to check the points well, the last time it had two lights out and they said that everything was fine, In addition, I waited more than 30 minutes to pass and other cars that arrived after me passed first, they did not properly check the air in the tires and I noticed when I left that I was just as unprepared as when I entered... they need a good manager who is to take the control and work together with their subordinatesNot to mention that the penultimate time Jos� changed my oil, he did it so badly that I had to go back and they had to send for the oil because they didn't have it, that is, what oil had he put in it before???Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Hey you're in you're out you maybe pay a little more but trust me it's worth the few extra dollars rather than going make an appointment somewhere drop your car off have to come back and pick it up later I was in and out of there 15-20 minutes tops no appointment needed great staff too by the way
