I have nothing but good things to say about Toyota Whittier. The staff was great they didn't hound us or try to pressure us in anyway. They gave us our option when getting our new 22 Tundra and left the decisions to us. They were very helpful. The General Manager Craig also introduced himself to us which is something we've never experienced at a dealership before. They seemed to really care about their customers. Thanks Toyota Whittier for a no-hassle, no- pressure and very pleasing buying experience!If I have to say one thing that is not the best is just parking but honestly even that wasn't that bad if you can parallel park

Bought my car here. Came with a old clunker and Candice, who is a real sweetheart helped me to leave with a almost new car. It's not a new car, but 28,000 miles and look so awesome, makes it lime new.Everyone there was fantastic. A great service by very kind people. They deserve easily the five stars.Can wait to return for the scheduled service maintenance on the car.Wishing you a great business successes.Michelle

Took my car to get service and Diana and the outside service guys are great. They were extremely professional and had a great sense of humor. I didn't have an appointment but still helped me and service my vehicle pretty quick. Thank you and happy new years

I've been coming here for some time now. And sometimes I feel like they serve is sometimes slow and other times very quick. Nome the less, they are very friendly here and make sure to take good care of you while your here. They have a great waiting are, comfortable couches and chairs, coffee, and vending machines, and they have a tv for your entertainment. Im usually always on my phone though so I hardly pay attention to it. The bathroom is very well maintained so that's a plus if you decide to wait for your car to be serviced. They never pressure here for any additional services so that's always great. I do recommend to always make an appointment for your service to help expedite the process if you decide to wait for your car.

Good service but with an appointment it took 3 hours to get my car finished. In the past 1 and a half hour was the longest I waited.

I got a super rude woman who "helped" me. After showing up to a scheduled appointment she let me know I should have scheduled it for a different time that wasn't so busy. She let me know I would have to leave my car for 6 hours and that shuttle service wasn't available. I ended up leaving. I've been coming here for over 4 years for vehicle service. I've been trying to book an appointment for service and to have recalls taken care of for several months. I was corresponding with Maria and told her since they needed my car for 6 hours or so that I would have to bring it after work one day and pick it up the next day after work, and I would need a loaner to use. She responded saying someone would be in touch with me. Several e mails and at least a month and a half later I got an e mail yesterday saying I had a service appointment scheduled today at 11:30 AM and it specified I would be waiting there while they worked on it. When I got there I was informed that my car was 4th in line and wouldn't be done until 3 PM. There is no courtesy service or restaurants nearby open because of Covid, and it was raining. So I told them that I couldn't wait. The only option they gave me was "to call during the middle of the week" after work to see how long of a wait there would be. I've never had to wait more than an hour for a service in the past. I was also informed that they don't do loaners for recalls and that I would have to bring my car in at 8 AM (I start work at 6:45) and leave it for the day to have the recalls done, and that there was a car rental place across the street where I could rent a car to use for the day while my car was being worked on. This was the worst experience I've ever had with Toyota. My lease is up in September and I was considering my options for my next car. After today I don't think it will be a Toyota.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. They made sure to accomodate me and squeeze me in for service, even when I didn't have an appointment. I would recommend Toyota of Whittier to anyone looking to buy or service their vehicles based on the service I was given.

Jesse Cervantes and Alex Villa went above and beyond to help us get the best deal on my new Toyota Prius purchase, this will be our 5th purchase with Toyota, love the service and attention me and my family always receive. Highly recommended Toyota of Whittier.

Staff is attentive when you arrive. The wait time for maintenance can be more than 2 hours, so I suggest to plan accordingly. I appreciate the free car wash vouchers and theme park tickets.

Highly deceptive...the receptionist after taking order for the car proceeded to take photos of the 2 front corners of the car.Then ask me to go inside but neglected to take pictures of the rear corner of the car.So I requested that it would be wiseTo do the rear.But responded that photos taken of the front were high definition.As, if HD would some how had taken the rear pictures.I began communicating in Spanish but once inside , he reacted as , if it was insulting to use Spanish.Where I change to English.I was call rude for requesting the rear photos... while written me up.My question in work timing were taken aloofness/indifferent .And the information I gotten on the phone was judged as inconsistent with the receptionist.Thus receptionist saying an expletive and obscene comment about the person on the phone.So I requested a manager....never got one .Someone else got me to the manager, however, the manager attitude was more of a " you look like reasonable person "As , if I wasn't in my right mind.I requested an apology from the receptionist but he promised one but end up as, he knew the supervisor wouldn't care about his negative interactions with customers and never apologized.My car has been serviced here since knew, never such a bad experience.These behavior is not acceptable while representing Toyota.

I was able to get an appt without a problem, unlike Longo of El Monte (5 days!).Front brakes were replaced along with oil change. Dropped off at 8am picked up at noonish. Miss car shuttle home, but with covid, I get it.My brakes are great now! Pleasant staff.

The service was fine but even after I made an appointment it took 2.5 (TWO AND ONE HALF) hours for an oil change and tire rotation.Completely unnecessary

Toyota with a wonderful place to be the service was good and people with great they treat me well coffee all day we're not all dead but the time I was there and watch TV and it was excellent I will go back
