Please be aware of this place. The owner is not a honest men He rip off $200 for him just to check for smog check and the car was not even there 30 mins and came up with a list of things that the car needed to past the smog check. We ask to reimburse our money back he said no . I ask for the list of things the car needed he even not supply us with a copy. His a dis hosted as they come. I encourage you not to take your car there for any work done. He might have good reviews but they are all lies. Am surprise he still in business !!! I leave this action with God. God will take care of him in the long run. He stole $200 dollars and he will not reimburse our money back.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Smog check was prompt. Overall positive experience. Was able to stop after work and they got to work right away.

This place is easy to find, fast and efficient! The owner and staff are very friendly and made my experience so pleasant. The office/waiting room is clean and a cool relief on this hot summer day! I definitely recommend for all your smog and repair needs.

Stop by Ten-Four Auto for a smog test and the gentleman at front desk was very kind and understanding about what I needed done to my 2014 Nissan Rogue. This place has a nice clean waiting area , with cool air. So if anyone needs work or smog test stop by here at Ten-Four Auto and ask for Youhanna Mikhail vey nice person.

I have been using ten-four auto for many years and have never had a bad experience yohanna and his crew are very experienced in all aspects of auto repair and have very reasonable prices, they are highly recommended for all aspects of your auto repair.

My favorite auto shop ,they take care of my stuff and keep my vehicles running. It's kind of place when everybody else fails you go there. But they also love doing small stuff tire lube and stuff like that, brake service...

I had my car towed to Ten Four Auto because the oil filter cap was broken. Youhanna was very friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it in a timely manner. The price was reasonable and I was happy with the work.Special shout out to Youhanna-He was very patient, and he took the time to answer all of my questions.I would definitely recommend Ten Four Auto and Youhanna to anyone who needs quality work at a reasonable price.

Very speedy service. Came in to smog my girls car, went straight to the office, got told where to park, we plugged the baby in and went right back into the office to pay Breezy service, exactly what you want if you're a guy like me (Inpatient and got places to be!!!)

I took my car to Ten-Four Auto for repairs after I was rear ended on the freeway, and I had a great experience. They are incredibly professional, friendly, and responsive. I will definitely bring my car back if I have any issues in the future. Highly recommend!

Great experience with these professionals. They promised to have my car the same day and it was ready as promised. Youhanna was fantastic. He really cares about his clients and their cars. I recommend Ten Four for all automotive needs. By the way, after the repairs were completed on my car's suspension, I was shown the old parts which I really appreciated.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had brake pads replaced did an excellent job. If I need any other automotive work in the future, this is the place I will go. This Auto repair Company is the most unprofessional and non reliable facility in Whittier. The first time we took our car it took them over a month to fix the issue. They claimed the part came in 2 pieces and they only received one, so they took the car apart and claimed they were waiting on the second part. When I asked why they would take the car apart with not receiving the complete part they couldn't give me an answer. During the time they had our vehicle they only contacted us twice, which was weeks apart, we had to call them every couple of day's and it took days to return our calls with an update. I explained that it wasn't good business to not communicate with your clients the manager apologized and 7 weeks later the job was complete. We went back to give them a second chance trying to support small business in our city but YET again we were disappointed. This time we dropped our car off for 6 days and they never looked at the vehicle or gave us a call. We took it in for it overheating and they said they ran the car for an hour and there wasn't an issue. We were very upset after they told us they needed the car for 24 more hours to see if they could fix the problem. We refused and picked the car up we didn't drive the car for more then 2 minutes and it started overheating. The manager was very good at acting remorseful but, they really could care less. I would never recommend this Auto repair to anyone, even if the service was free.Services: A/C system repair, Engine repair

Today I came to get my Honda Civic EX smog checked . Incredible service in and out fastest smog check ever ! Less than 20 min plus they also electronically transmitted smog check certificate to DMV -

I ve never seen an auto place so beautifully clean. It wasn t clean because it was empty, there were lots of cars being worked on, but because the owner obviously takes pride in his business. The owner and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.I went here for a smog check and I knew my car needed some additional work. The owner let me know what else needed to be done without being pushy. I will definitely be going back to get these other issues fixed.Update: I m back for new tires and a belt installation. Service is still terrific! The owner recommended less expensive, but still quality, tires since I won t be holding onto this car for more than 5 more years. Future tire rotation is also included.

They do good work, the only problem is they are extremely overpriced and overcharged. If you have the money to throw away they'll get your problem fixed, if you don't want to spend 165$ just to tell you what the problem is, you might want to take your business somewhere else.

Every time I take my car in for service, Ten-Four Auto always provides great customer satisfaction. They are fully equipped in every way and they are informative clear of what your automobile needs. The service and results are fantastic! I've been coming here for two years and not once disappointed. I highly recommend it.

I've been coming here for a couple of years now. I've brought my 2003 Honda Accord, my 2004 BMW 325CI, and now I recently brought in my 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander and I have to say without a doubt the best customer service when it comes to Auto Repair, I've gone to multiple shops including the dealer and they have always made me feel like I'm bothering them or wasting their time. At Ten-Four Auto I am always welcomed like a long time friend and they always get the job done. The prices are fair an honest & they always use quality parts. Before going to Ten-Four Auto I would have to take my car back to the shop consistently. Cheap repairs ended up costing me way more money in the long haul. I definitely recommend Ten-Four Auto to all my friends & family

Crooks. I can't believe they have 4.1 stars. They overcharged me and then messed up my brakes so that I had to pay to get them fixed somewhere else. They did sloppy work on a regular basis. They were constantly telling me that I needed unnecessary repairs. I took my car to two other mechanics who told me that the repairs were unnecessary and the price quotes were almost double what they should've been. This place is truly awful and should be avoided like the plague unless you have more money than brains.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

The staff at Ten-Four were very professional and completed the smog check timely. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. They honored the estimate given, I will be taking all my cars there for our smog check needs.

Disappointing experience and lots of money spent here to get a transmission rebuilt. My rebuilt transmission only lasted me 20,000 extra miles after paying almost 1400 dollars. I also began to have transmission leaks shortly after the repair and have officially confirmed diagnosis at another shop that my transmission is failing. After calling to explain the issue they claimed I had a two year warranty (which has now passed) however continued to dodge the issues and questions I had as to WHY my transmission has failed already and if there is anything they can do as this is ridiculous that it s failed already after such short miles. I requested them to send me an email attaching my warranty details and have not heard back since. Do your research if you plan to get a transmission rebuilt! They are not ATRA certified and I did not know this at the time. LESSON LEARNED! A mistake in my part. Find someone who is and get the job done right.

My whole family has been getting our cars fixed at Ten-Four Auto Repair for many years. Youhana, the owner is very careful to do the necessary maintenance on the cars so our cars don't let us down when we need them. Youhana is also very personable (we don't feel like just a customer number on his business plan). Over the years we have built trust and he is now more of a family friend. The shop looks very nice, well taken care of, and the employees are also presentable (clean looking). The waiting room is very nicely decorated, a warm and welcoming environment. In all, we keep going back, for very many reasons.
