Victor was very helpful in helping me get a good deal on some tires to get my car back on the road. Awesome service, went out of his way to help me out and make sure id get a perfect fit. I'll definitely be back and recommend this place to friends and fam. I see the ladies keep coming into this place for a reason. Thank you y muchas gracias!

The workers that change tires have no sense of quality, there hands are extremely dirty when they approach your car. No regard for rims with white walls, they scratched my rims and denied it.

Fixed a BMW rim and 2 tires at an incredible deal. Saved this out of towner a lot of hassle and money.Operates on a small lot and kind of crowded and confusing but they make up for it with great deals and quick service.

It just happened to be the only place open at 7am and I needed a used tire. I stopped there and first of all it took them forever to get going. They finally got it together and figured out what they were doing. I actually needed two used tires so I bought them. They were each $45. It took them forever to put them on but they finally got it. I kept hearing the tires rubbing. My mechanic told me the tires were too big for my car. That was $90, wasted because they don't give receipts. They appeared to be hung over to me as well. I will never go back to this place and I will discourage anyone I know from going there tooService: Tires

I ve come here for years and rarely had issues. I went in Saturday for a tire change they gave me mix match tires. But that wasn t even the tip of it. They kept two of my good ones , then didn t transfer the sensor from the old tires onto the new charging $300+ for mix match tires then an additional $200 for labor asked me why I didn t tell him about the sensors?? I don t know about cars. I pay other people to help and expect them to know about cars. It is their job. If you don t know about cars don t work in a car place! Then proceeded to tell me I have to pay an additional $300+ cause the sensors won t fit on the mix match tires. 4 days, I went back Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday . 4 days and the price kept going higher and higher for their mistake ! For their lack of completion. Will never return I hope no one else goes there , heartbreaking now my car is messed up lacking sensors which is a safety issue and they continue to scam me ):Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Not happy at all. Paid $200 for 2 tires that were WRONG SIZE. To have the audacity to say not noticeable or notbig of difference, that wad a JOKE the tires blew up on me, so thank you. Luckily I was at work.

Took my car and my own tires that I previously bought elsewhere. Just needed the tires mounted and balanced. I was originally told $20 per tire, which is a ridiculous price. After questioning the price, they later told me $55 for all four tires, which was still too much. ($10 per tire is a fair price) I agreed only because my usual tire shop (Valley View Tires) was closed and I was in a hurry. The employee that mounted and balanced my tires acted as if he was hung over and took his sweet time. A job that typically takes about 20 minutes, took over an hour. I was disappointed to say the least. Not only did they overcharge, it took them forever to get the job done. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I highly recommend Valley View Tires for any tire installation or repair. This was a first and last for this place. Terrible experience!!!Service: Tires

I went in to get my brake pads replaced and told me to come back in 2hrs, fine. They took almost 4hrs. The old owners team would've gotten it done less than half the time, RIP to the owner. To top it off, the lug nuts were loose and one lug nut went missing on my way home. BEWARE!

Always willing to take the time to go the extra mile and help out a customer been here once before and will continue to come back. I recommend them to everyone in the Whittier area for all the everyday service that your car will need. I go there for the used tires and they are always replacing my damaged tire with one I cannot even tell is a used tire. They really know their stuff.

Beware Of this placeI took my Vehicle need it repair keep Asking how much was going to be, call about 10 times they never said how much $$$$ they keep feeding me stories how they couldn t find the part. Then finally when they found the part the promise to Show me how much was for the parts . ... I was call to go pickup my vehicle and guess what .... no receive for the parts keep asking so how much was the part ? No answer . I know for fact the charge triple and i was never giving an estimate...NEVER ... Again Don t let these people work on your vehicle till you get anEstimate......if you appreciate your hard-working money.Note : Previous owner was great.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Car waxing

Steve's Tires is the BEST and most legit mechanic/tire places that you could ever go to. The best work at the most reasonable price. The team who works on the tires know their stuff, and the mechanic is honestly a true blessing because he's so upfront and honest and not in some know-it-all kind of way. I can't thank these guys enough for their hard work and HONESTY!!!

This place is great. I have been going there for over ten years! I now have a good report with the employees - as well as the owner. They are good people and do honest work. The prices are unbeatable and the service is quick and convenient for the most part. The only time that you may have to wait, or leave your car overnight or for a few days, is if you are having some major mechanical work done. Yes, it's advertised as an "Auto Glass & Tire" shop, but they do have a couple mechanics that work there. Otherwise, you are usually in and out for tire service in 30 minutes to an hour - depending on whether you're fixing one tire or changing the whole set. Obviously, this isn't Pep Boys or some other big name repair shop, but neither does it come with the exuberant prices.Even I would get a quote at the dealer or at a repair shop chain that has a thorough track record and provides warranties, but if I just need to get a good cheap used tire or change out my alternator for a bargain price - this is the shop that I go to.

Well I've been to Stevens tires before, the place is close and I like the price of the good used tires to fit the needs of my car. Had good experiences; however,I recently had an unfortunate incident where I had two flat tires. To make a long story short, Stephen's Auto mechanic confirmed with me to have the car towed over there the next day and that they have the tires for my car. I asked are you sure because I'm having the car towed and I'm limited on tows plus I need your specially priced tires for my car needs. So I had the car towed over there next day and they said they did not have the tires and were rude and ignoring me.They did not stick to their word and I noticed they were busy, but the day before they were not busy. Maybe too proud to work on my car ?because they were busy? I was upset because I had to find another place with affordable tires that was close enough to be towed over to on the tow truck.I got stuck spending too much money for new tires and the inconvenience of it all. Luckily I had a credit card to use. Stevens Tire not trustworthy and I will not go there anymore.

I had my rotors turned and the service was, fast, efficient and well done. What I love the most was the price. These people a professionals and extremely courteous. If you are on a budget and need used tires this is the place to get the job done. The new tires are competitive, however, they make it up the the installation and that's where they become very affordable. Give them a chance you may be surprised. Everybody deserves a chance.

Steven's Tires is YOUR ONE STOP SHOP FOR EVERYTHING!!! These guys BEAT ANY price!!! I've been going to them for more years than I can remember!!! THE BEST WORK!!! THE BEST PRICES!!! IT SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE ALWAYS OPEN & READY FOR ANNNNNYTHING!! NOT JUST TIRES!!! FRIENDLY GUYS GREAT MECHANICS!!!

The guys here always take care of my tire needs. It's you need new/used tired then go here first. Pricing is amazing and they are knowledgeable with what they're doing. Sure, it isn't the cleanest place ever. It's an outdoor tire place with an auto shop attached. They have cash discounts, so bring some money with you. It'll save you for sure. Just right lowball them, they do quality work.

Come early! They open at 7AM. The sooner the better and they get you taken care of quickly. The guy was very nice and got me a lightly used tire for low price. Plus he have me a card and let me know to call when they get in weekly tires. They can hold one for you.

Needed an oil change so bad they took me right away and fixed my tire!!!! I needed a new mechanic glad I can come here everyone has the best vibe plus good value!!!Update: car said stop engine oil pressure basically had to go back while the mechanis blamed my sensor a oil leak etc ... Tried to tell me there was oil ..... There wasn't no oil. Then he opened 3 different oil containers and dumped it in. Smh now my light says change oil because they didn't bother draining it. I paid 55 and I'm gonna have them redo it or give me my money back ....Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I have been a customer for over 5 years. They are honest, friendly, and provide expedite service . Every time that I drive in, there is a tech outside my door before I even put my car in park. The prices are super low. I have three cars , and I have tire changes, rotations, brake pads, and other brake service needs. My boyfriend showed me this place and he brings all of his and sons vehicles here. I have had service that has taken 20 minutes, and up to 1 hour when it's super busy. (I just walk across the street to Sam's for lunch with my bf, and come back when they call me.)

At this place, they are hustlers they MAKE YOU PAY CASH ONLY . IF YOU DONT HAVE CASH, THEY HAVE A ATM THERE THAT CHARGES $3.50!!! MY CHARGE WAS 45 FOR A SPARE TIRE HE TOLD ME IF I USED DEBIT THAT IT WOULD BE 54 CHARGE . IN THE BEGINNING HE SAID WE HAVE NO Debit MACHINE I KNOW THAT WAS A LIE BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN HERE.I get it they want you to pay cash because they don't half to claim it ok, but they should not charge more on taxes if you use the card . THAT'S MY POINT!!!!!

First of all My Experience was ugly the new Owner is very Bad The Prices went up the Service is not the same the Guys Working there are not the same Nice and Friendly. The New people aren t that Efficient Nothing is the same is when Mr Asael Rest In Peace was there too bad Non of His Family or Relatives took Over the Business. I will never gonna go back to this place I Feel like This new people just want to Make money But not care about the service of the individuals If you People don believe me just go and see for your self most of the Workers aren t there at least the loyal ones like Francisco who was very Efficient knowledge and Super fast and Friendly and very Honesty with the client s always with a Smile on His Face. Or Jose the Mechanic also one of the best knowledge thrusted Guy very nice People are Gone For Good Please Look for another Tire Please we Don t need this Bad Prices and Super Poor Service. I will never Go Back to this Place.

Very friendly, best place in Whittier. You can definitely trust these guys. I go here for tire changes all the way to part replacements. They don t charge you an arm and a leg for labor either.

Misdiagnosed my car, paid for a service. $40.00 I did not need done. Went back to get the correct service .. the owner resurfaced the correct rotor after I told hem the week before it wasn't the front rotor that needed fixing, they told me $25. They tried to charge me for the last time I was here even after I gave them a tip and waited 3hrs. DO NOT GET SERVICE DONE HERE! you get what you pay for and an owner who is only worried about making money not drivers safe

They used to have the least expensive tires in the area. Now they're some of the most expensive. I recommend Walmart instead.
